Time machine is on! We are turning the clock back exactly 20 years. This mix is my personal tribute to 2006, the year Summer Fondue Sessions was born. I went digging in the crates to pull the pure soulful house tracks released during that exact year. These are the basslines, unforgettable vocal hooks and vibes that I absolutely adore, tracks I can listen to a thousand times and never get tired of. If this trip down memory lane hits the right spot, let me know in the comments. I'm thinking of making this a recurrent series, exploring the sounds of specific years, one by one. Turn up the volume and let's dance like it's 2006. 🕺✨ 📺 This is Episode 230 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!

In this episode, we're jamming with the legendary 80s and 90s anthems we know by heart, but through a modern, funky lens. It's the sounds of our youth - iconic tracks I was listening to many years ago, transformed by modern producers to give them a fresh nu-disco heartbeat. Featuring reimagined hits from: Madonna, Haddaway, 2 Unlimited, Blur, Faithless, Genesis, Bronski Beat. Depeche Mode.. Whether you're warming up for a night out or just need some productive cleaning motivation, these remakes bring the perfect balance of vintage soul and modern bass. 📺 This is Episode 227 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!

No words, just pure soul. Sometimes the music says more without any lyrics. For this 227th episode, I'm stripping things back to focus on the pure musicianship. We're chilling with a curated selection of jazzy soulful house instrumentals - think Rhodes pianos, live sax, flutes, trumpets, and the steady 122-125 BPM groove. Whether you're winding down the day or need a sophisticated rhythm for the background, these twelve tracks (spanning 2000–2013) from the likes of Alankara, Kevin Yost, Micky More, and Mark Grant have you covered. Press play, and let the instruments do the talking.

Familiar hooks, fresh beats. For this week's episode, we're exploring that beautiful friction between the '70s/'80s disco era and modern production. This is "Disco but Edits" — a deep dive into the world of disco re-edits and nu-disco reimagining. I've put together a selection of tracks that pay homage to the legends (think Stephanie Mills, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, and Pino D'angio; don't think Kiss and Technotronic, but they're there, too) but through the lens of modern producers. 📺 This is Episode 226 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!

In this week's episode: sweet classic soulful & vocal house, and 100% DJ Soulmate vibes. :) From 2003 to 2007, soulful house had a special kind of magic - piano-driven hooks, live percussion, and proper songs with full vocal arrangements. I'm playing some of my favorite gems from the era, including tracks from Richard Earnshaw, Jamie Lewis, Roberto De Carlo and Rasmus Faber. Whether you remember these from the first time around, or you're discovering this side of house for the first time, I hope this mix brings a little sunshine to your speakers. 📺 This is Episode 225 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!
What kind of a reaction should you expect when you are setting up a cannon under pressure? Is it possible for Marine Recon guys to celebrate a birthday in style? Find out, the answers to these questions and more on this weeks "sode" of The Cammo Comedy Show Podcast! If you have any funny military stories of your own that you would like to share, drop us a line at:stories@cammocomedy.com or Leave a voicemail at (531) 222-6146 Sadly, the voicemail will only record in 2 minute blocksWe are here to make you laugh, but behind this there is the imbedded philosophy of, "No One Left Behind." Sadly, 22 vets per day commit suicide, approximately 67,500 vets are homeless and thousands struggle with everyday life after service. What we hope to accomplish is providing a fun place to gather that will have a similar feel to the conversations that happen at the VFW or American Legion between vets. Since the latest generations of vets are not really going to these places anymore, we are making it happen online. We believe that the sense of community will help some who struggle, while providing stories about the good times that we can all laugh at!An additional part of this show is capturing the oral history of the military over the past few decades, so if you happen to know a veteran who served during WW2, Korean War or Vietnam eras, we would love to hear from them. Obviously, we want to hear stories from all eras, but we have special respect for the older generations. After years of strictly soulful house, I'm exploring sounds that feel like the perfect natural evolution for Summer Fondue. So in this week's episode we're doing another fusion of Modern Funk, Nu-Boogie, and Nu-Disco with soulful edits. We're traveling from the West Coast synth-funk of E. Live and B. Bravo to the chic disco-infused streets of Paris with Yuksek and L'Impératrice, while keeping our roots in place with George Benson and Róisín Murphy. It's soulful, it's groovy, and it's got that heavy 80s synth DNA with a fresh, sophisticated edge. 📺 This is Episode 224 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!
Cheesy and Fondue mix it up this week with a contest called Name that Cheese where only silly names can compete. We talk about stinky cheese, scary cheeses, cheeses that are named for a monks head and maybe even poo. And of course, we tell a very cheesy joke!Find us at www.justcheesy.com and everywhere you enjoy social media! https://linktr.ee/JustCheesy ***Newsly is the sponsor of this episode! For this episode, I'm digging into the sounds that first made me fall in love with house music. It's all about that cozy classic soulful feeling: warm Rhodes chords, vocals from legends like Lisa Shaw and Barbara Tucker, and that unmistakable sun-drenched groove. All tracks are from 2003-2011, and 100% pure soulful. Press play and feel the glow. 📺 This is Episode 223 of the Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow, originally an audio‑only show, now in the video format → watch this mix on YT at https://www.youtube.com/@summerfondue 🌐 More information and show archive with tracklists → https://www.summerfondue.com 🙏🏼 Please support the artists making this great music: follow them, stream their work, and buy their releases to help keep the scene thriving!
