1226. El feedback que recibo a diario es una de las cosas que más valoro desde que comencé este podcast. No hay nada como ver cómo cada episodio genera un pequeño eco, una respuesta, una reflexión o incluso una crítica que me ayuda a seguir creciendo como creador de podcast y como oyente. Por eso, me gusta cerrar cada mes leyendo y comentando algunos de esos mensajes que me dejáis repartidos por distintas plataformas: Telegram, Mastodon, iVoox, Fivecast, Bluesky o incluso vía directa. Este mes de septiembre ha sido especialmente movido en cuanto a comentarios. Empezamos con Danny Caran, que me dejó una reflexión completísima sobre la burbuja de adquisiciones de grandes productoras como Wondery, Gimlet o Serial, y cómo esa euforia inicial está mostrando ya su desgaste. Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con él: hemos vivido un boom artificial que ahora empieza a regularse, y no me extrañaría ver movimientos parecidos con los videopodcast o incluso con los audiolibros. Víctor Manuel, por su parte, aportó una sugerencia preciosa para mi glosario podcastero: amor. No se me ocurre mejor concepto para definir lo que muchos sentimos al dedicarnos a esto. Amor por el medio, por el contenido, por la comunidad. Abraham, desde el canal de Telegram, me habló de los podcasts largos, comparando duraciones y experiencias de escucha. Me hizo recordar aquellas maratones de ocho horas con episodios dedicados a Dragon Ball. De vez en cuando, ese tipo de locuras vienen bien para romper la rutina. También hubo quien se animó a cambiar su equipo gracias a lo que comparto por aquí. Roberto Ruisánchez se decidió a pasarse a la Rodecaster Duo después de escuchar mi análisis. Y aunque no usó mi enlace de afiliados, lo importante es que tomó una decisión informada. Estas cosas me dan una alegría especial, porque sé que lo que cuento ayuda a otros podcasters a mejorar su flujo de trabajo. Aracely López me escribió un año después de dedicarle un episodio, lo que me hizo especial ilusión. Me encanta cuando el podcast rompe la barrera del tiempo y alguien se encuentra con un mensaje que le dedicamos hace meses o incluso años. También hablamos de la importancia de tener una web para tu podcast. Kitsune, desde Estados Unidos, me dio la razón: sin una buena estrategia de SEO y una web que centralice tu contenido, es muy complicado que te descubran si dependes exclusivamente de las plataformas. Algo similar me decía otro oyente con experiencia en proyectos nicho. David Marzal volvió a dejar varios comentarios valiosos sobre el bitrate, Podlink y el papel de Spotify en la comunidad abierta. Lo mismo que Rubén, que reflexionó sobre el cierre de los feeds de RTVE y cómo este tipo de decisiones afectan a los que apostamos por un ecosistema abierto. Y cierro con el agradecimiento a Leo Menéndez, que me felicitó por la base de datos en Notion y por una charla que di dentro de la comunidad SinOficina. Me alegra ver que compartir mi forma de trabajo también puede servir a otros. Gracias a todos los que habéis escrito, comentado o simplemente escuchado durante este mes. Aujourd'hui je vous emmène à la rencontre d'un duo d'entrepreneures : Emmanuelle et Jeanne qui sont les co associées de Bonsigne. Les recevoir à mon micro fut un pur bonheur, toutes deux forment un duo ultra complémentaire, elles semblent littéralement faites pour travailler ensemble. Vous l'entendrez dans notre conversation, il arrive souvent que l'une finisse les phrases de l'autre. Cette harmonie est belle à voir, elle est aussi très touchante. Leurs parcours se ressemblent, école de commerce, grand groupe ou startup, remise en question, bifurcation vers un CAP cuisine pour Emmanuelle, la naturopathie pour Jeanne et puis elles se rencontrent, Jeanne anime des ateliers pour Bonsigne et de fil en aiguille elles deviennent associées. Emmanuelle revient aussi sur sa première association avec Candice, ce qui a fonctionné et ce qui a contribué à la fin de leur association, les enseignements qu'elle en a tiré et comment elle a su les mettre à profit lorsque la question de s'associer avec Jeanne s'est posée. Pendant notre conversation, nous avons aussi abordé l'importance de s'entourer, de rejoindre des réseaux et je profite de cette introduction pour mettre en lumière le travail de Réseau Entreprendre Nord dans l'accompagnement des entreprises et de leurs dirigeants. We have The Turk and Yurik first, whose conversation begins with The Turk apologizing for putting Urich up for a fight with Galahad, and then transitions into a discussion about family, upbringing, and their current situation. Arguile and Zechs are on second watch, where Zechs apologizes to Arguile for not being there for him as often as he thinks he should be. Arguile hears him out further but assures him that no apology was ever needed, as they all have their own things that they're working through, and it's easy to fall into groups amongst the party. Arguile asks Zechs how he's doing post Malar, and Zechs reveals that while he's relieved, it feels strange not to have him there, but most of all, while he knows he couldn't do anything at the time, there is still some guilt in just letting him loose to the planes. They end with talks of their love life, once there's time to think about it after saving the planes, for Arguile, potentially reconnecting with Cenari, Zechs expresses that he approves and reveals that he'd probably try to see where things went with Kivela from the Shuffle Guild to Arguile's surprise, and finally joke that Galahad is likely holding out for the Executioner one day. Finally, we get to the third watch with Shanks and Galahad, who catch up and express their thoughts about what's to come for them and if they're prepared for the inevitable decision they'll have to make. For Galahad, it's putting a stop to Antonius and his father, and for Shanks, it's putting a stop to his mother. The next day on the road, Glad is having a conversation with an unknown figure, and it gets heated rather quickly. Though the party can only hear half of the conversation, they picked up that the conversation was between Glad and The Protector. There's an awkward silence as things continue until eventually she sends him off in colorful fashion, and her magic dissipates around her, but in its place, there is the energy of protection around her from her ancestors, reaffirming her relinquishing herself as a cleric and embracing this road of rediscovery as a barbarian. After this, Zechs briefly speaks with Glad to check in on her and then sends Duo to accompany her for this part of the trip until they arrive at camp. We end with the group going around the campfire, revealing more about themselves to each other. It's a thoughtful bonding experience that The Turk introduced to them, and they are grateful for the refreshing, somewhat more cheerful conversation, even Duo and Yurik get involved, to everyone's surprise and delight.
