C'est le pari du mentorat, un dispositif humain et solidaire qui relie des professionnels actifs à des personnes en recherche d'emploi.Le principe est simple : un mentor partage son expérience, ses conseils et son réseau avec un mentee (le mentoré). Ensemble, ils se rencontrent régulièrement, échangent sur les projets, préparent les entretiens, retravaillent les CV, partagent des contacts utiles et, surtout, redonnent confiance. Pour le mentee, c'est un soutien précieux, une écoute et une présence régulière. Pour le mentor, c'est une manière de se sentir utile tout en développant ses compétences humaines et relationnelles.En Belgique, le mentorat commence à s'implanter, notamment dans les grandes villes. Plusieurs associations s'y consacrent :Duo for a Job, coaching intergénérationnel qui s'adresse aux jeunes de moins de 30 ans issus de l'immigrationTeam4Job qui met en relation des mentors et des chercheurs d'emploi de tous horizonsMentorYou, axé sur la formation et la motivationEt plus récemment, Backstage Network, qui innove en impliquant directement les entreprises.Ce dernier programme collabore par exemple avec la STIB, dont une dizaine d'employés se portent volontaires pour devenir mentors. In seinem zweiten historischen Roman beschreibt Dirk Stermann die 13 Monate der Republik von Fiume nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg. Die verrückte Geschichte eines von niemandem anerkannten Staatsgebildes im heutigen Rijeka unter der Führung eines Narzissten erinnert in jedem Moment an unsere Zeit. Am 12. September 1919 besetzten italienische Freischärler gegen den Willen ihrer Regierung die Stadt Fiume (Rijeka) und errichteten dort eine nationalistisch dominierte Republik. Anführer war der Dichter Gabriele D'Annunzio, der, inspiriert von futuristischen und nationalistischen Ideen, die Massen so lange zu elektrisieren vermochte, bis die Stadt in Drogen, Alkohol und Orgien versank und die Republik zusammenbrach. Nicolas Senn präsentiert vielseitige Musik aus der Region und darüber hinaus. Nicolas Senn besucht das Klanghaus Toggenburg und taucht ein in die traditionsreiche Musikregion zwischen Churfirsten und Säntis. Mit dabei sind Formationen und Stimmen, die den unverwechselbaren Klang des Toggenburgs prägen: Der Jodelclub Säntisgruess sowie das Singchörli Laad begeistern mit ursprünglichem Naturjodel, während Simon Lüthi mit gleich zwei Formationen seine Heimat musikalisch umschreibt. 1226. El feedback que recibo a diario es una de las cosas que más valoro desde que comencé este podcast. No hay nada como ver cómo cada episodio genera un pequeño eco, una respuesta, una reflexión o incluso una crítica que me ayuda a seguir creciendo como creador de podcast y como oyente. Por eso, me gusta cerrar cada mes leyendo y comentando algunos de esos mensajes que me dejáis repartidos por distintas plataformas: Telegram, Mastodon, iVoox, Fivecast, Bluesky o incluso vía directa. Este mes de septiembre ha sido especialmente movido en cuanto a comentarios. Empezamos con Danny Caran, que me dejó una reflexión completísima sobre la burbuja de adquisiciones de grandes productoras como Wondery, Gimlet o Serial, y cómo esa euforia inicial está mostrando ya su desgaste. Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con él: hemos vivido un boom artificial que ahora empieza a regularse, y no me extrañaría ver movimientos parecidos con los videopodcast o incluso con los audiolibros. Víctor Manuel, por su parte, aportó una sugerencia preciosa para mi glosario podcastero: amor. No se me ocurre mejor concepto para definir lo que muchos sentimos al dedicarnos a esto. Amor por el medio, por el contenido, por la comunidad. Abraham, desde el canal de Telegram, me habló de los podcasts largos, comparando duraciones y experiencias de escucha. Me hizo recordar aquellas maratones de ocho horas con episodios dedicados a Dragon Ball. De vez en cuando, ese tipo de locuras vienen bien para romper la rutina. También hubo quien se animó a cambiar su equipo gracias a lo que comparto por aquí. Roberto Ruisánchez se decidió a pasarse a la Rodecaster Duo después de escuchar mi análisis. Y aunque no usó mi enlace de afiliados, lo importante es que tomó una decisión informada. Estas cosas me dan una alegría especial, porque sé que lo que cuento ayuda a otros podcasters a mejorar su flujo de trabajo. Aracely López me escribió un año después de dedicarle un episodio, lo que me hizo especial ilusión. Me encanta cuando el podcast rompe la barrera del tiempo y alguien se encuentra con un mensaje que le dedicamos hace meses o incluso años. También hablamos de la importancia de tener una web para tu podcast. Kitsune, desde Estados Unidos, me dio la razón: sin una buena estrategia de SEO y una web que centralice tu contenido, es muy complicado que te descubran si dependes exclusivamente de las plataformas. Algo similar me decía otro oyente con experiencia en proyectos nicho. David Marzal volvió a dejar varios comentarios valiosos sobre el bitrate, Podlink y el papel de Spotify en la comunidad abierta. Lo mismo que Rubén, que reflexionó sobre el cierre de los feeds de RTVE y cómo este tipo de decisiones afectan a los que apostamos por un ecosistema abierto. Y cierro con el agradecimiento a Leo Menéndez, que me felicitó por la base de datos en Notion y por una charla que di dentro de la comunidad SinOficina. Me alegra ver que compartir mi forma de trabajo también puede servir a otros. Gracias a todos los que habéis escrito, comentado o simplemente escuchado durante este mes. Mike Evans and Brandon Stokley kick off today’s show talking about the Broncos’ Monday night football game as they set up a “Tell Me Why I’m Wrong” Wednesday on a Thursday. They guys let the 6am listeners hear Joel Klatt’s in-depth breakdown on what’s wrong with Bo Nix’s mechanics and why he still believes the Broncos can catch up in the AFC. Mike and Stoke take on some “Tell Me Why I’m Wrongs” comparing Sean Payton to another coach, bagging on Marvin Mims, and power ranking the Raisins’ place in trail mix. The 6am Duo wrap up the first hour giving the 6am listeners a chance to hear Dan Orlovsky’s breakdown of Bo’s footwork and how the Broncos can help their young QB fix it.

Mike Evans and Brandon Stokley kick off today’s show red hot about the Broncos' latest heartbreaker in LA, they call for heads to roll as the age of “Broncos gonna Broncos” begins. Mike and Stoke wonder if Bo Nix is really the right QB to lead an offense that isn’t boom-or-bust and they wonder if Sean Payton should be the play caller anymore. The guys think that the loss to the Chargers is even worse than last week. The 6am Duo finish the first hour projecting the mark the Broncos need to hit to make the playoffs after a 1-2 start.  

Mike Evans and Brandon Stokley open the second hour blaming Sean Payton not only for the loss, but also for pumping up the hype for the team with all of the bravado during the offseason. Stoke argues against the notion that Broncos fans would be any more or less angry about the 1-2 start regardless of Sean Payton’s comments. Mike tries to have an uncomfortable conversation questioning whether Bo Nix is still the right guy for the future. Are you losing faith in the Broncos’ young QB?
