I'm really conscious right now about adding to the noise of everything that's going on around us. I don't want to tell you about all the things you could be getting done or should be ticking off your list because to be honest, I don't think that's very helpful at all. So in today's episode, I share a bit of a different perspective. Could this time be used as a re-set instead? In this episode I cover:+ Why feeling stuck could be an invitation to re-assess and re-calibrate.+ What I believe is being asked of us right now. + How feeling intense heaviness, overwhelm and feeling stuck and unmotivated could be a signal you're holding onto things that you need to let go of before you can move forward. This is just an intuitive perspective, take what you like and leave the rest XOConnect with me:Instagram: www.instagram.com/theessentialhome_collectiveFacebook: www.facebook.com/theessentialhomecollectiveWebsite: www.theessentialhomecollective.comEmail: hello@theessentialhomecollective.com.auBe sure to subscribe to the Heart of the Home Podcast so you don't miss an episode! Welcome back for episode number 4! I really hope you are getting something out of these messages and love them as much as I love creating them for you. Thank you again for joining me, beautiful! In today's episode I share some beginning practices for mum's with anxiety and how they can begin to create some beautiful changes. But before we can begin to create any change, we have to WANT to create change. Often what I see happen is mum's are struggling with anxiety but they don't realise that there's another way of living. They almost become resigned to the fact that this is just their life and they have to live with it. But I'm here to tell you that there IS another way of living! A way of living that can feel good as you move through your day, no matter how your anxiety shows up for you. And you certainly don't have to "put up with it" or "deal with it" either. In this episode I cover:+ The first thing we must do before we can begin to create any change in our life. + 6 practices that I have implemented in my life as I began my healing journey with anxiety, and most of them I still do today.+ How to begin creating a deep awareness around your anxiety so you know how you can move forward.+ Some prompts you can ask yourself to get really clear on your triggers so you can put systems in place to support you next time. + A key element in your healing journey with anxiety that might not be what you expect.I would love to know which practices you will try and how they support you. Welcome back to another episode on the Heart of the Home podcast. I'm so honoured you're here!In today's episode I share one powerful tool that has supported me and really been a crucial part of my healing journey with anxiety over the last 12 to 18 months. And that's......WRITING.I never considered myself to be a writer so this concept was completely new to me. I had tried journaling many times in the past but I really struggled to see the benefits of it or how it was supportive. So I would stop. But these last 12 to 18 months my writing practice has really unlevelled and now I do. more writing than ever. My body FEELS it when I haven't written or journaled for some time.In this episode I cover:+ How I use writing as an incredibly powerful tool to process some of the big and heavy stuff that us mum's feel.+ Why I believe us mum's struggle to use writing as a tool to support ourselves.+ How to recognise within your body when you need to process some of the heaviness you experience.+ How I use writing being a HSP and over-thinker. + A simple yet effective starting practice for you to begin your writing journey.+ A beautiful opportunity to join a FREE community of women to being your supportive writing journey straight away. A big warm and loving welcome to you!! I was a little lost for words as I began episode 1 because I am so thrilled to be able to share this new platform with you all. My vision behind this podcast is to create a platform where we can deeply connect and share beautiful, loving and supportive conversations as well as the conversations that are difficult to have. I was craving a more intimate connection with other mum's who struggle with anxiety, like the women I support in my private coaching practice, so I hope that you get something out of these beautiful messages that I just can't wait to share with you. In this episode I cover:+ The beautiful role you have as the heart of the home.+ How your role as a mother is so incredibly powerful even when you feel powerless. + The shifts you can make to create a new atmosphere in your home. + Why taking care of yourself needs to be the very first thing you achieve before taking care of your family.+ Plus, a big welcome to each of you!Connect with me:Instagram: www.instagram.com/theessentialhome_collectiveFacebook: www.facebook.com/theessentialhomecollectiveWebsite: www.theessentialhomecollective.comEmail: hello@theessentialhomecollective.com.auBe sure to subscribe to the Heart of the Home Podcast so you don't miss an episode!
