To naturalne. Zgubiła mnie głupota, nieznajomość alp i letnia rutyna. Nieprzemakalnej kurtki i worków. Dlatego nim zaczniesz wspinaczkę wypadałoby zrzucić bluzę i wpakować ją do kieszonki. Będzie lepszy komfort i przede wszystkim nie zapocisz jej. Podkoszulka kolarska pomoże z kolei oszczędzić nieco koszulkę. Tak samo jak czapeczka z daszkiem. W górach ogranicza zalewanie oczu potem odprowadzając go poza czoło, pozwala oszczędzić wnętrze kasku i paski, a na zjeździe wpada nam w kask mniej robactwa. Będziesz zmęczony(a). Wówczas ciało inaczej odbiera otoczenie. Stąd rękawki i cieniutka kurteczka zjazdowa to minimum jakie musisz mieć. Możesz też zdjąc kask i ewentualnie czapeczkę. Niech to przeschnie. W srogie upały mozna kask przemyć w zlewie. Tak samo czapkę. Chłodzi i usuwa bakterie powodujące nieprzyjemny zapach. Na podjazdach i ostrych akcentach kurtka i komin do kieszeni +8 – 12 stopni: Krótkie spodenki, nogawki, długa potówka, koszulka, bluza, komin, ciepła czapka. Na podjazdach kurtka do kieszonki koszulki. Na długiej trasie cienka kurteczka. +12 – 15 stopni: Krótkie spodenki, potówka, koszulka, bluza, z wykłada czapka, zwykłe rękawiczki. Na podjazdach bluza do kieszonki. Na długiej trasie cienka kurteczka. 15 – 18 stopni. Cały na krótko, plus bluza. Na długiej trasie cienka kurteczka. •⁃18 – 20 stopni.

Halny to wiatr fenowy występujący w Tatrach. Wieje z dużą siłą i kumuluje w sobie kilka intensywnych zjawisk atmosferycznych.
Dziś to zabytkowe hale stoczniowe zmienione w galerię sztuki, scenę koncertową, restauracje i food trucki z jedzeniem z różnych części świata. Latem odpoczywają tu tysiące mieszkańców Trójmiasta i turystów.

Maybe you've heard the following David Foster Wallace parable that goes like this: There are these two young fish swimming along, and they happen to meet an older fish swimming the other way, who nods at them and says, “Morning, boys. How's the water?” And the two young fish swim on for a bit, and then eventually one of them looks over at the other and goes, “What in the world is water?” We can all identify with these fish because like them we are also swimming around in our own water. That water is our narrative and it influences everything about who we are and what we do. Do you know what narratives are running your life right now? Are you ready to take responsibility for building a new one so you can create a better work and life future? My guest in this episode is Guillaume Wiatr who is an expert on helping entrepreneurs and businesses build strategic narratives that align their teams and help them innovate. But his work and model don't just apply to these groups. There's something very powerful here for you that's going to help you change the water you're swimming in! By the end of this episode you'll learn: The difference between story and narrative and how they influence your life How when narratives change, worlds can change How to build a new strategic narrative to change your life and impact your world About my guest: Guillaume is the author of Strategic Narrative: A Simple Method That Business Leaders Can Use to Make Everyone Understand Their Business, Get Behind it and Believe In It. What is a narrative, exactly? It's more than a story.Stories often have a beginning, a middle, and an end, making them self-contained. Contrarily, narratives are open-ended. The outcome depends on the decisions and deeds of people involved, it has the potential to be a forceful call to action.Guillaume Wiatr, the Principal and Founder of MetaHelm, a company that guides CEOs, founders, and business owners to align teams and accelerate innovation adoption, joins us in this week's episode. His insight that stories engage but narratives mobilize is the groundbreaking subject of his book, Strategic Narrative. We will learn about this framework leveraged by senior executives of companies such as Google, Microsoft, the US, and French Government.Guillaume explains as Mick deeply listens that we'd want a strategic narrative, succinct but thorough, precise but with space for development, one that conveys the strategy, represents the culture, and defines the company's vision. It should describe your brand as a whole rather than a catchphrase or a positioning statement. It should include your past, present, and future locations. What you value in relationships and how you think value is created. It requires a change in perspective that is driven by the leadership team.Download this episode to learn about the actions you can take to transform relationships with your executives, your team, your partners and your customers.Guillaume Wiatr Social MediaWebsite : https://www.metahelm.com/LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaumewiatr/YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIxoyfQejqR1lQzY5i61A1QTwitter: twitter.com/GuillaumeWiatrDownload eBook for free: https://www.metahelm.com/getstrategicnarrativebook/Join the Strategic Narrative Essentials For Entrepreneurs: how to mobilize the right talent, customers, and investors with your leadership. His work teaches leaders how to build a strategic narrative. We discussed all of this and more this week on the On Brand podcast. Episode Highlights Storytelling vs. Strategic Narrative. We can't resist definitions here on the On Brand podcast. As Guillaume was quick to note, businesses have many different stories. “Narratives are systems of stories that you intentionally design to bring customers on your journey.” “Strategic narrative is an act of leadership.” Of course, this work should involve the usual suspects from branding and marketing but for your narrative to shape your organization's culture the CEO has to be “holding the pencil” as you facilitate these important conversations. Guillaume reinforced this with a story from his work with Horizon Airlines. “Leadership is not a title,” notes Guillaume. “It's who shows up to participate in a conversation that has an impact on the brand.” What brand has made Guillaume smile recently? In keeping with the idea of bringing about transformation, Guillaume cited the work of Girl's Garage. To learn more, check out the Metahelm website and connect with Guillaume on LinkedIn and Twitter. Alex first dropped into my orbit about 12 months ago when I worked with her in a one off session, as her coach, during her second pregnancy. Naturally I followed her journey through pregnancy and into motherhood with baby number two, and so beautifully we have landed side by side in the same coaching program with my beloved coach Ellie Swift.I've wanted to have Alex on the show for months now but saw the space to honour her energy and that I knew she would have so much to share on this side of birth number two. And of course, what divine timing. Alex is a sensual wealth coach who guides women to connect to their sensuality and unlock limitless exponentiality. Originally from Chicago and an entrepreneur at heart, she left her 'on-paper perfect' corporate fashion merchandising career and moved to Australia in 2018.Fast forward to 2022 – together with her husband & their two daughters on her hip – Alex has built a million dollar soulful product business in under 3 years. Alex has also coached hundreds of entrepreneurs across the globe to build ecommerce businesses, which led her to explore how the mind, body & spirit interact in business and the creation of wealth.Unraveling the connection between her sensuality, motherhood, and wealth has by far been the biggest needle mover in her own business and most importantly, in the lives of her clients. Her mission is to guide women and mothers everywhere to tap into their sensuality & alchemise the abundant lives of their dreams. In today's episode we cover… + What each of Alex's first trimester experiences were like, and how she prepared the second time around. Including how she lent fully into being held and supported as priority. + What each of Alex's birth experiences looked like, and why she chose a new care provider at 40 weeks pregnant.+ How she is feeling as she comes out of the fourth trimester, and where her focus and intention is and how this clarity is serving her to feel embodied at this time+ What Alex learned about herself through the sacred container of birth and how that has more deeply informed her work in the world and her commitment to helping women remember their power+ Why Alex believes we can have it all and how understanding our sacral chakra energy underpins our ability to do this+ Why separating the ‘having' from the ‘doing' is essential for living an embodied and abundant life Plus LOADS more. This conversation was such a joy to experience, and I know that you will feel that through every moment.
