Daniel Landver is the head of UTA's creators product group — a role most people may not even realize exists. While his job keeps him behind the scenes, Landver is behind some of the buzziest brand launches of the past decade. Think: Patrick Starrr's One/Size, Alex Cooper's Unwell (beverages), Mikayla Nogueira's POV Beauty and Alix Earle's recently launched Reale Actives, to name a few. Much has changed in the 10 years since Landver began working in the creator economy. During his conversation with co-host Sara Spruch-Feiner for the Glossy Beauty Podcast, he discusses how the creator-brand landscape has evolved since he first entered the space in 2015, what separates successful founder-creators from those who struggle and why, in an increasingly crowded market, product quality matters more than follower count.
Send us Fan MailResh and Stef are BACK and they are UNWELL about clay season — in the best possible way. In this episode, your favorite hosts break down everything that happened between Charleston and Roland-Garros, and honey, there was a LOT.Elena Rybakina won Stuttgart and finally learned how to drive. Marta Kostyuk did a back handspring after winning the Madrid Open. Hailey Baptiste snapped a racket in half with her bare knee and ascended to icon status. And Elina Svitolina defeated basically every top player alive en route to winning Rome, completing what the tennis world is calling the Ukrainian Sweep of 2026.Also on the agenda: the Roland-Garros draw is simultaneously a gift and a crime, Coco Gauff is hungry and motivated and we love to see it, and Iga Swiatek has a draw so brutal it would make a lesser player retire on the spot.Plus: Gael Monfils is retiring and Elina Svitolina wrote a letter about him that will make you sob into your pillow. And Billie Jean King got her bachelor's degree at 82 and shot tennis balls into the crowd. We don't deserve her.Support the showInstagram : Out_Wide_PodcastJingle : https://www.nelaruizcomposer.com/Logo: https://www.instagram.com/crayonspaghetti/

If you've done the therapy, set the boundaries, and still find your body holding onto stress, symptoms, or chronic issues, this episode will shift how you understand healing entirely. In this conversation, Dr. Kelly Kessler sits down with Marcus Fernandez, a global leader in homeopathic education and Principal of the Centre for Homeopathic Education, to explore what it really means to heal at the root—not just manage symptoms.Marcus shares how a personal health experience led him from a completely conventional path into natural medicine, and why true healing isn't about fixing the body—it's about activating the intelligence already within it. Together, they unpack:Why so many high-achieving women still feel unwell even after “doing the work”The difference between symptom suppression and true root-cause healingHow homeopathy works (and why it's more individualized than conventional approaches)The hidden ways we've been conditioned to give our health power awayThe 4 foundational pillars (MEDS framework) that create real, sustainable wellnessWhy your body already knows how to heal and what blocks that processThis episode is not about rejecting modern medicine. It's about becoming informed, empowered, and deeply connected to your own body again. If you've been overriding your body for years…This conversation will show you a different way back.Marcus Fernandez has been at the forefront of homeopathic education for over three decades. As Principal of The Centre for Homeopathic Education (CHE), he's trained thousands of practitioners through a curriculum that balances classical knowledge with modern application. His work is rooted in a belief that natural medicine should be practical, empowering, and accessible - not mystified or gatekept. His latest book 'Homeopathy at Home' reflects that ethos. Designed to be used, not shelved, it offers simple, step-by-step guidance for everyday ailments using natural remedies. Its success, reaching #1 in Amazon's holistic medicine category, reflects a rising demand for family-focused, self-directed wellness. Marcus also created an AI-powered virtual assistant that lets people ask home prescribing questions 24/7 - a project born from his desire to make quality natural health advice as available as online misinformation. While his formal background is in homeopathy, Marcus speaks just as comfortably about men's health, slow living, and holistic longevity. He co-hosts Beyond the Shed, a raw and reflective podcast spotlighting unfiltered conversations about men's emotional health — part of a wider mission to create space for honesty, healing, and ownership in the way we care for ourselves and each other.Whether he's teaching herbal remedies in a London classroom or exploring health span strategies on a podcast, Marcus brings curiosity, compassion, and depth to every conversation. His message is clear: the body already knows how to heal — we just have to give it the right tools. Marcus' warmth and wisdom makes natural health both useful and deeply human.Connect with Marcus:https://www.youtube.com/@Homeopathy-at-Homehttps://marcus-fernandez.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcus-fernandez-98252523/https://www.instagram.com/marcusfndez/https://www.facebook.com/people/Marcus-Fernandez/100009253627766/?skhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/Homeopathy-Home-Everyday-Treatments-Complaints/dp/1837823189
What if the most controlling relationship you've ever heard of isn't happening in a compound somewhere, but behind closed doors in an ordinary home? In this episode, Renee sits down with Rachel Bernstein, one of the country's leading cult interventionists and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience. Together they unpack one of the most eye-opening parallels in psychology: the stunning overlap between cult tactics and covert narcissistic relationships. If you've ever felt like you needed permission to exist in your own relationship — this episode will explain why. In this conversation, you'll discover: - Why a marriage or partnership can function as a "cult of two" - How covert narcissists use the same mind control techniques as cult leaders - Why intermittent gratification is just as addictive as gambling — and keeps you trapped - Why leaving feels like abandonment — and why that feeling is by design - How to start trusting your own inner voice again after years of gaslighting Rachel has worked with the Department of Justice, appeared in the Starz documentary Seduced: Inside the NXIVM Cult and Netflix series Unwell and How to Become a Cult Leader, and has likely spoken with more cult survivors than anyone in the history of her field. The epidemic of physician burnout isn't just a personal problem. Burned out doctors are more likely to make mistakes, less likely to follow preventative care guidelines, and more likely to have dissatisfied patients. When a burned out physician leaves an institution or quits all together, it can cost north of a million dollars to replace them. Unwell doctors lead to unwell patients — and an unwell health care system. The toll that the burnout epidemic has taken on physicians, patients, and even the bottom-line requires more than individual adaptation on the part of physicians. It requires a grass-roots movement to heal the healers. Our guest on this episode is Mary Brandt, MD — pediatric surgeon and Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Surgery, Pediatrics, and Medical Ethics at Baylor College of Medicine. Over the course of her clinical career, Dr. Brandt published over 245 peer reviewed publications, 26 chapters, and 2 books. She became particularly attuned to the suffering of trainees and physicians while serving as General Surgery Program Director and Dean of Student Affairs at Baylor, and she subsequently obtained a Master of Divinity Degree to better understand and articulate what she was observing. Dr. Brandt is a persistent advocate for physician wellness and correcting systemic issues in medicine. Over the course of our conversation, Dr. Brandt describes the moment she felt called to surgery, her fruitless efforts to resist this calling, and how the combination of competence and humility allowed her to manage the pressure of operating on children. We explore the evolution of the physician-wellness movement and why the health care system cannot afford to ignore the wellness of its physicians. Finally, Dr. Brandt posits that the hard work of compassion is what can sustain physicians long term. In this episode, you'll hear about: 3:00 - Dr. Brandt's unexpected path to becoming a pediatric surgeon 11:00 - Dr. Brandt's mental approach to the high stakes work of pediatric surgery 27:49 - The disconnect between the work of healing and the business side of medicine38:15 - How Dr. Brandt's studies in liberation theology have influenced her vision for the healthcare system and medical practice42:00 - The three shifts healers can make to collectively change medicine48:20 - The ‘practice' of compassion and how it can protect physicians from burnout If you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe, rate, and review our show, available for free on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. If you know of a doctor, patient, or anyone working in health care who would love to explore meaning in medicine with us on the show, feel free to leave a suggestion in the comments or send an email to info@thedoctorsart.com.Copyright The Doctor's Art Podcast 2026
Today, Juliet and Callie begin the podcast by discussing the current slate of nostalgic millennial media and Justin Bieber's return at Coachella (02:05). Juliet shares how ‘Temptation Island' made her want to start reading again, and they both agree that the host, Mark Walberg, is the best part of the show (17:52). They applaud ‘Unwell Winter Games' for keeping them entertained through the finale (30:25), and they agree that ‘Ladies of London' has the perfect amount of drama and messiness for a reality TV show (39:46). Donald Trump's Truth Social feed can get awfully revealing. He just unleashed numerous posts that open a new window on the man and his presidency: the transactionalism; the amorality; and the utter, buffoonish incompetence. In one, he attacked his MAGA allies in a way that displayed his utter lack of any principles. In several others, he revealed that he simply has no grasp whatsoever of the situation he faces with Iran's Strait of Hormuz. All of which raises a question: How do we make sense of the fact that this man is president? We talked to political theorist Alan Elrod, who has a good piece arguing that the election of Trump—twice—should prompt deep introspection about what our country has become. We discuss Elrod's argument that America needs a dose of hard truths about this man and this moment, dissect Trump's “personalist” presidency, consider whether civic malaise produced our current national crisis, and discuss how to pull out of it. Bachelor Clues & PaceCase analyze Alex Cooper's first leap into reality TV: Love Overboard and Unwell Winter Games. One delivers a baffling game structure, broken mechanics, and a catastrophic failure to capitalize on a strong cast, while the other surprisingly works—despite deeply controversial casting choices and questionable production ethics. From Bella's MVP-level face play to Val's all-time chemistry play, to the complete collapse of Love Overboard's premise, we examine how production decisions shape player performance—and whether Alex Cooper can evolve into a true reality TV producer or just took a massive first swing and miss.Subscribe to Game of Roses: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrFYM8CvKhDvV8OLfnhvP0A/?sub_confirmation=1Patreon: https://patreon.com/gameofrosesMerch: https://gameofroses.orgListen on Apple Podcasts: http://bit.ly/gameofrosesListen on Spotify: http://bit.ly/spotifygameofroses Hosted on Acast. She has a $125 million deal, media empire, hydration drink, reality show premiering this week, and a brand name that belongs to someone else. Today on Fluently Forward we're going deep on all of it - the Sofia Franklyn situation and why "Suitman" was actually right, the Matt Kaplan hypocrisy that nobody is talking about loudly enough, the MowPod download scandal that I have personal receipts on, the Alix Earle fallout and what I've heard from people in the know, and what Unwell Winter Games tells us about where this empire is really headed.
