So what is Rhythms of Life all about? The rhythms of your life are the regular patterns and schedule by which you live your life. We all have them whether we realize it or not. We all have regular things we do and regular seasonal rhythms throughout the year. The question then becomes not if we have Rhythms of Life but rather what are our rhythms and who or what are they serving? As followers of Jesus, we are to be his apprentices/disciples. In order to become like Jesus we should apprentice to Him by following what He says (Words), what He does (Works)  and how He lives (Ways). Our aim in our life should be to follow His Rhythms of Life and to pattern our own Rhythms of Life after His.
