Big news! We officially have a sponsor for the 2021 Transformation Program. Ventum Racing! The meat of the episode is about setting goals, and understanding the difference between the different types of goals. Sometimes goals can support each other that move you towards your main life goal. Reach out to us about the program or with podcast questions at Just Go For It
Today we talk about the program and how it is progressing. I talk about possible sponsors to come onboard to the program and support it. It was just me on the podcast today Co-Host Rachel was working on her own projects but she will return! Remember to stay connected to the show and follow the program. We are building a community of people who want to improve the quality for their lives. Reach out if you have questions or want us to cover a topic?
In this episode we talk about the signs of know when you are wrong and the benefits for correcting that. This one gets a little off track and not as clear as other episodes but its still a good listen.
Rachel and I dive into nutrition briefly and touch on things that have worked for us and things that have not. Nutrition is tricky and can get really complicated really fast. That is why I choose to exclude nutrition from the free plan because there isn't a specific plan that will work for everyone. As I talk about in the show what works for me is basic in and out with some focus on macros. This works for me with basic weight loss not necessarily fine tuning my body composition. For Rachel it was different, she is more concerned with getting in whole foods and how she feels. The calculator we both used that works really was and is pretty through was from Transparent Labs (https://www.transparentlabs.com/pages/calculator) This was a good episode to start with and we could easily do another one and do an episode on supplements
Training update and Program launch! It's FREE! The more that join the bigger the prize and the bigger the community of support.
Happy New Years Eve! I hope everyone can have a better time in 2021 than we had in 2020! In this episode we talk about the relationship that we have as a younger married couple and how being aware of yourself can make you a better partner. The second half really gets going and is where the meat of the episode is! I talk about creating a no-fail mentality. This sets you up to create a winning streak in anything you want. Fine tune your sixth sense of conflict resolution and catastrophe avoidance . Yes, things will go wrong and you will make mistakes; however you can learn to see the signs and make better choices. Taking calculated risks that move you forward is what will separate you from the pack. You want to stand out because the biggest obstacle you will have to overcome is obscurity! You can't be recognized for something, if no one knows your name.
We got Triathlon Taren Gessel on the show and we talk for a moment about his accomplishments and his company. He is well established on Youtube, has a top ranked podcast and is a certified IronMan coach. Taren is wealth of knowledge and information into the sport and seems to be a down to earth guy. The interview was effortless and carried on to be my longest episode. Check out is website and his YouTube channel https://triathlontaren.com https://www.youtube.com/triathlontaren
This episode is a great one and is all over the place! We cover a side hustle stuff and Rachel talks about her shop on Etsy and different challenges she has faced. We talk about being a forever student and falling in love with the process! Have a great day guys and enjoy the holidays!
Thank you for tuning into my show this episode covers my plans for 2021 and beyond. I plan to launch a transformation program that will have both a free version and pay by the month version. All the workouts will be laid out daily and at the beginning of the month. The program will be broken into 3 stages lasting the entire year. At the end of each stage are winner with be announced and at the end of the year a grand prize winner will be announced. There will be some qualifications that need to be meet to be eligible to win. Must be in the paid program to be eligible, must complete 80% of all workouts, must have a way of recording the workouts, must be apart of the either Strava page or the Facebook page. As I mentioned I will be reaching out to create partnerships and sponsors of the program to sweeten the prize at the end of each stage and the grand prize. Please share this! The more people in the paid program the bigger the the prize!
Time is an uber valuable resource and once it has passed there is no more of it. In this episode I talk about different things I have done to increase my time efficiency. I also reference three books that were immensely helpful in getting me to this point! Each one of these books in their own write is enough to get you motivated and get you one the track to time domination. Stick them all together and you have the blueprint to get more time in each day and start moving towards your goals or success. Thank you for tuning into today guys this one is a banger! Awesome Zoom episode with Diaa Nour, we cover topics about his company Ventum bike and the future they are looking toward. We talked about how the pandemic has affect them and their new bike that has just released. He also drops some of his favorite tips to living a higher quality for life and being easy going. I can't wait to have another talk with him in the future.
This episode is definitely overdue and should have been closer the intro. It is a short dive into me and how I go to this point. I talk about why I started a podcast and what my hopes are for this in the future. Also we have opened a Merchandise shop through Etsy : https://www.etsy.com/shop/JustgoforitShop We have three items up so far and I am hoping to add as we go. This is how you can support the show and help us grow. I prefer this to putting ads on the show and forcing you guys to listen to them. If you like the show and chose to support us, tell a friend, share it, give it a review, or buy the merch. I touch on the darkness that I went through recently and how I got out of it. The darkness is a necessary part of the process, because without it you don't appreciate the light. Learn to love and appreciate the good times and share it with people you love around. You are far stronger than you think you are! You are here, you are alive and bet the odds every day you take a breathe!
Thank you so much for tuning in today! This is a very special episode with our first professional interview for the show. I'll admit the beginning felt a little shaky as I had some nervousness going into it. Mr. Folan was a pleasure to have on the show and had a ton of great information to share about his company and some plans moving forward! Infinit Performance Nutrition is a rockstar! Custom nutrition for you and your chosen sport. I would definitely like to have Mr. Folan on the show again in the future. Seems to be a down to earth CEO who gets people, built his company around culture first not just money. Link to their website is: www.infinitnutrition.us I would recommend at the very least checking them out and trying one of their products after the consultation. Nothing like taking something that has been custom designed for you.
This Episode covers a few topics all basically centered around being the best version of you! Discover yourself by learning what you don't enjoy doing. People are a time multiplier, treat them well and be a good human. Loss and struggle is apart of the process, you need them to grow! Don't let your past put you in a cage and steal your future from yourself
Welcome to Tactical Tuesday's! This episode is about hitting resistance and continuing forward. Most plans sound good on paper but when things go wrong some fall apart. Change to the training plan, but still trying to get there! References to Mike Tyson and Rocky

A little shorter than usual show for you this time but this one is packed full! I touch on the election results and polarizing party differences, along with incredibly high tensions in America at this time. I make references two other Podcast show and they are both worth a listen. The Shawn model health Show Real AF with Andy Frisella Remember to make today better than yesterday, learn from the loss and be a good human!
Welcome to the show! Thank you for tuning in, during this episode I briefly touch on the current political climate of the US and how that is affecting my plans. Talk about the my adjusted training plan going forward and some decisions that I have to make. A brief overview of the Zwift Academies and the respective branches Road, Run and Triathlon. These are huge and will massively helpful in my training plans. Reach out to me at Instagram.com/justgoforitpodcast/
Thanks for tuning in today! First I give a brief update on the current presidential election in America. It is hard to get away from it at the moment as it is all anyone is talking about. Then to the meat of the show, this episode is about what are some traits of a success person and how they set themselves apart from the average. Some key things I are talk about are being conscious about your decisions, your future and your perception of yourself. There are studies linking your perception directly to your health and its possible negative effects. Successful people are always conscious of the future and have a plan to get the most out of each day. Do not be just busy, be focused; instead commit completely to a task or project and give it 100%. Do not fall into the decision fatigue trap and limit the number of decision you need to make to the critical ones. Your best way to reach me is through the Instagam at Justgoforitpodcast all one word. Keep moving forward!
Thank you for listening to my show this episode is about training. Specifically my plans to train for an Ironman Triathlon, the new team spot I've landed and how it all relates back to business. A good business plan takes focus, consistency, mental strength and a truck load of struggle. All the same is true for a fitness training plan, you will have to stick to it everyday. As mention below is the link to the training plan I will be following, all credit for the plan goes to RGActive.com https://livetotri.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/05-RG-Active-12-Week-Olympic-Program-Beginner.pdf The plan is free and comes with a ton of links with how to videos.
Thanks for listening to my show, this episode just announces a format change in the show and in the episodes. I am breaking down into a Tuesday Thursday set up. Thank you for tuning in an spending some time here. This is the first episode and really briefly I talk about what I think success is and what type of podcast this is going to be! I do not plan to run adds, for at least as long as I can sustain it without them. I want to keep all my episodes short and right the point! I respect your time and I appreciate you coming here and spending it on my show. I plan to have a little more structure in later episodes and run longer. If you like the show please show some support and share it. Have a great day!
