In this weeks episode we bring on a very special guest Ryan Crum aka Crums Kitchen. @crumskitchen_atl Crum and Gavin went to college together at the University of Bloomsburg and were roommates for two years so they've shared A LOT of wild stories. During the show, Ryan puts on an AWESOME cooking show for us as he whips up some fire philly cheesesteak sliders. Ryan LOVES to cook especially on Sunday's during NFL game day. During the show we talked about how Ryan first got into cooking. We laughed a lot during this conversation as it was very entertaining. From Crum unexpectedly becoming a cat owner, to the funny stories of what it was like at Bloomsburg. We talked about chasing happiness and enjoying every day you get. There was a lot of interesting content that we got in a short 45 minutes. This was a lot of fun and we enjoyed this episode with our guest Ryan Crum. Be sure to follow Crums cooking page (@crumskitchen_atl) for some awesome content. @seanietsunami300 is a Bay Area bro who is into filming and creating cinematic moments. This was a fun conversation as we learned a lot about Sean. This was also our first episode that we had our other teammate Nick Shaffer join us. Sean got into filming short stunts about 8 years ago when him and his friend got into GoPros. He was manly filming on GoPros recording snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, and the beautiful outdoors of San Francisco. When Sean has time he also directs music videos and photoshoots. He would like to do more commercial and fashion work in the future. (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hill, Victoria's Secret, etc) In this episode we dive into what it really means to capture the moment. How amazing technology is and how it allows us to always go back in time and remember an exact moment based off of a picture, video or conversation that was recorded. Seanie Tsunami has a great outlook on what its like to just chase happiness and love every moment that you get. His work speaks for itself so be sure to check him out on all social media platforms @seanitsunami300 --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/gavin-toomey/support

We welcome back ourselves after a short two week break. We wanted to give an update on where we are currently as a team. We did a follow up with our first ever podcast which was on well being and mental health. In this weeks episode we touched on how social media and our phones can have an impact on our well being. It is important to realize that we can be the solution to the media's problem. If we can flip the narrative to get people to use social media and all media platforms for more positive outlooks we can make the world a much happier place. This starts with each individual. We are the correlation on the graph. We are what they use to test to see how media platforms can get THEIR best results. If we can block out the one sided hate and use it for positivity we can create change. Another thing we discussed was the emphasize of getting in a daily routine to get your day started on the right track. Doing small little things everyday can have a positive impact and switch your perspective to look at things differently and more clearly. We wrap this episode up with Gavin surprising Kyle with a sports card of one of Kyle's favorite players. If anyone ever wants to reach out to us please do not hesitate to. In this weeks episode we talked about how to grow the biggest pumpkins with pumpkin pro Zackary Yackenchick. He touches on the differences in sizes of the pumpkin seeds, how much water each pumpkin needs, and how much care goes into growing a healthy pumpkin. Zack grew an award winning 206 pound pumpkin last year. Next, we talked about Chili Dip classic. The Chili Dip Classic is an annual golf outing in Yack's hometown (Schuylkill Haven) where they have to drink a certain amount of beers per hole and golf to the best of their ability. Afterwards Zack's mom is kind enough to make a ginormous pot of chili for him and all his friends to enjoy. We then follow up with with Zack's most recent project of getting himself involved in real-estate. Within the last year Zack has gotten his real-estate license and is enjoying house hunting. The housing market is very interesting right now with low interest rates but houses going for more than what they should be going for. He gives his best advice for his clients and all the listeners out there. Overall this weeks episode was super fun and we hope you guys enjoy. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/gavin-toomey/support
