Kasia Wrobel is not your average real estate agent. As a featured guest on the Real Estate Moguls Podcast, Kasia shares her journey into real estate, one defined by ambition, a love for people, and a drive to make a difference. Growing up in Chicago with Polish roots, she's grounded in a deep sense of community and a fierce independence. Her background includes an accounting degree from DePaul University, a skill set that gives her a strong foundation to succeed in Chicago's competitive real estate market.Kasia's decision to enter real estate wasn't traditional, and her approach to it is equally unique. With an academic background in accounting and a knack for numbers, she brings a level of financial literacy and analytical skill to the table. “A lot of agents don't have a strong math background, so I bring something different to the table,” she shares, highlighting her edge in a business that often hinges on data and precision. The choice to go into real estate didn't come without doubts from others who viewed her as “just another agent.” But Kasia knew she wasn't cut out for the standard 9-to-5, and she was determined to build a career on her own terms. “Helping someone buy a home, especially in America, is a huge accomplishment,” Kasia says. Real estate is more than just contracts to her; it's about making dreams come true and building connections that last.Networking has played a vital role in Kasia's success, despite being relatively new to the real estate scene. Through events across Chicago, she's learned that showing up with a smile and a willingness to connect can open countless doors. Admitting she's naturally introverted, Kasia made it her mission to embrace these gatherings as a way to overcome any hesitation. “Every event has boosted my confidence—not just as a real estate agent, but as a person,” she reflects. In the competitive Chicago real estate market, Kasia stands out for her personalized approach. When meeting new clients, she spends time learning their backgrounds, financial situations, and ideal locations before even starting the search. She specializes in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, connecting clients to resources, like mortgage lenders, through her network at Exit Realty Redefined. It's this attention to detail and empathy for her clients that have quickly earned her a reputation for excellence. When asked what advice she'd give her younger self, Kasia's response is simple yet profound: “Just do what makes you happy.” She admits to feeling pressure to conform to the expectations of a traditional career, but she now recognizes the importance of following one's own path. “If you have access to resources, go for your dreams, and don't let anyone's opinion hold you back,” she says, acknowledging that not everyone has the same opportunities, but that those who do should seize them.Kasia's path into real estate is also marked by her passion for people. She enjoys hearing about her clients' backgrounds and creating bonds that extend beyond the transaction. Her goal isn't simply to close a deal but to make the entire process feel personal and empowering. Through her work, she's found that making people smile and creating positive experiences aligns perfectly with her own values and aspirations.Kasia is a refreshing voice for anyone considering a career change or looking to bring more fulfillment into their lives. Her message is clear: follow your instincts, don't be afraid to go against the grain, and always bring authenticity to your work. In doing so, Kasia has built a foundation for success that not only benefits her clients but also sets a new standard in the industry. In Kasia's words, “Just show up and smile.” These simple actions can change your life in ways you never imagined, both personally and professionally.

Do you ever feel like you're always chasing the next big thing, believing that happiness lies just around the corner? In this episode, we dive deep into the habit of constantly looking toward the future for joy, fulfillment, and success. I explore my personal journey with these feelings, especially how they manifest in finances and career aspirations. Together, we'll examine the impact of this mindset, how it can rob us of appreciating the present, and ways to begin cultivating happiness in the here and now. If you're ready to reflect on how to stop chasing and start embracing, this episode is for you. Here are five key takeaways from the episode: The Habit of Future-Chasing: Constantly looking to the future for happiness can lead to missing out on the present. While ambition is important, it shouldn't come at the cost of appreciating the current moment. Temporary Fixes Won't Bring Lasting Fulfillment: Achieving future goals might bring temporary satisfaction, but if you're always seeking the next thing, true contentment will always feel out of reach. Your Present Self is Enough: The belief that happiness only comes from future success devalues who you are right now. Recognizing your worth in the present can shift your mindset toward greater contentment. Emotional Patterns Drive Our Desires: Often, the desire for more comes from ingrained thought patterns. Understanding these patterns can help shift focus away from external circumstances and toward inner fulfillment. Cultivate Joy in the Now: Begin feeling the emotions you associate with future success—happiness, peace, fulfillment—right now. By embodying these feelings in the present, you can reduce the fixation on what hasn't yet happened.  On a beautiful Sunday, I went to the emergency doctor to give me my injection… I was 21 years old and was consuming over 20 drugs a day, and got my daily dose… To make the long story short, the doctor failed to give correct me the injection, and I left my body. I was clinical dead… When I came back in my body, I understood that my life was from the beginning in the hell… I was punished every day, mostly for things I never did… Until I didn't feel anything.I defined my life new, it should be the sum of my happiness. I started with psychology, participated in many groups, began to meditate, became fast spiritual, and all my diseases disappeared.I learned that everything has two poles. We can only experience happiness when we have experienced the opposite feelings, like sadness, anger, frustration,… And most of our time we hold unconsciously on our suffering and can't experience happiness. So faster we release our negative feelings so faster we can feel positive emotions like love, joy… Let go your negative feelings!Assuming that others are always happy, live a perfect life because… This is totally wrong. People can act to be happy, and we interpret their show as reality. Always is something missing or not perfect in our life. Nobody has a perfect life. Why we should focus on what is missing?!Bhagwan or Osho told us we should always be happy. That was for me nonsense. When we separated, my girlfriend and me, I wore black instead of the red that we should wear as disciples of Bhagwan. This gave me the right to be in sorrow.Be what you are, and don't make a show!!!We can't chase happiness or love because we are a vehicle of our feelings. The feelings have the control over us! And that is proved by the brain science through brain surgery and through psychology. There is only a one-way road between emotions and thoughts. This means our thoughts follow our feelings. We can only suppress our feelings, and this will cause diseases and long depressions. We can be thankful for everything that we get, be it a challenge or a fulfilled desire. And that is the game changer. Because with our “Thank you” we connect to the divine. What is with spiritual happiness? I learned that everybody can experience bliss and divine love, regardless of which situation. For that, we need the awakening of the Kundalini and to connect us with the divine. My video: Does chasing happiness work? https://youtu.be/0QmF1YYqu0EMy Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.A/Does-chasing-happiness-work.mp3

In a world that constantly promotes instant gratification and success, many of us find ourselves chasing happiness. Whether it's through career achievements, material possessions, or social approval, we've been conditioned to believe that happiness is the ultimate goal. But here's the thing—happiness is fleeting. It comes and goes based on external circumstances. That's why we often feel like we need to keep reaching for the next thing, never truly satisfied. The reason we chase happiness is that we confuse it with contentment. Happiness is an emotion, sparked by a particular event or accomplishment. On the other hand, contentment is a state of being, grounded in peace with where we are and what we have—without giving up the drive for growth. However, one of the fears of pursuing contentment is falling into complacency, the trap of becoming stagnant and losing the desire to push ourselves forward. But true contentment doesn't mean giving up on ambition or settling. It means balancing gratitude for where you are while still striving for more. ___________________________________________________________ Experience the Future of Health with Mission Med+ Experience Virtual Regenerative Medicine, dedicated to optimizing your health with Mission Med+. So they are very earthly biological reasons for why religiosity confers greater survival rates to the religious than the non-religious.” “The justification for why you should have a punitive progressive tax is that as you make more money, you pay more and more inexorably very aware of it. Exactly. So that argument stems from exactly of the things that I talk about in the parasitic mind, which is the confusing of equality of opportunities with equality of outcomes.” “I think that if you can crack those two things in whatever profession you choose, creativity, impulse, temporal freedom, you're well on your way to being happy.”  Follow Gad Saad: Website: https://www.gadsaad.com/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/GadSaad  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@GadSaad  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/doctorgadsaad/  SPONSORS: Visit https://bit.ly/WildHealthImpact to apply for membership for a better alternative to traditional healthcare. He shares his insights and views of why the path to happiness is sometimes controversial when truth and authenticity are your highest values. Though this has led to death threats, Gad Saad, a renowned author, YouTuber, and award-winning professor who asserts that happiness is not a destination, but a byproduct of specific behaviors. “The only road to individual dignity and sustained existential happiness is to adopt an ethos of personal agency. You are the ultimate architect of your own happiness, so get to work.”  -Gad Saad We open the door for deeper conversation as Gad explores our need for intellectual variety, operating from a non-fractured personality, and being truly antifragile in the sense of being able to handle opposing views and beliefs. Stay tuned for the second part of this compelling discussion as we start digging how an absurd amount of failure and rejections translate into happiness. Saad Truths: “It's very very difficult for me to not be authentic if I need to defend some truth claim, [...] so the death threats come from the fact that I have to decide, am I going to be a fanatic and walk away from a defense of truth, or am I going to be authentic not only to myself, but to truth by stepping on some toes? And regrettably, at times I step on the wrong toes, which yields some death threats.” “Don't worry about taking a statin to lower your LDL scores. Make sure that you have two, three, four friends that you really trust and love and you can engage in reciprocal rituals with.” “I don't think you can solve some of the most important novel problems if they're not at the cusp of interdisciplinary.” “Having a conciliate mindset, being a generalist, in my view, are probably the best ways to crack novel problems.” Follow Gad Saad: Website: https://www.gadsaad.com/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/GadSaad  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@GadSaad  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/doctorgadsaad/  SPONSORS: Visit https://bit.ly/WildHealthImpact to apply for membership for a better alternative to traditional healthcare. “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness…” If you caught part one of today's dynamic conversation with Arthur Brooks, we talked about the role of progress in your ability to flourish, the danger of being attached to your beliefs and what happens when you allow your views to define your identity. Arthur Brooks is a social scientist, Harvard professor, and bestselling author committed to helping people find success, happiness and deep meaning. He's such a profound thought-leader in the space that he just released a book with Oprah called Build the Life You Want, The Art and Science of Getting Happier. We explore a deeply thought-provoking conversation about the pursuit of happiness through progress, learning, and understanding. As simple as the idea of happiness seems on the surface, understanding the complexities of what it means to pursue it, relish tt, and define the meaning of it without attachment and dogmatic viewpoints escapes many people. In the second part of our conversation, we tip the scales and really explore some controversial areas which is such a gift: The concept of beliefs becoming a religion  The topic of political differences and abuse being reasons for family schisms. The idea of making decisions that go against our natural instincts. By the end of this podcast, I want for your challenge your beliefs and reassess where you are in your pursuit of happiness. Are you exploring life with meaning on your journey or trapped in misconceptions and social constructs that distort your ability to ever be happy. ARTHUR BROOKS QUOTES: “Each of us is an entrepreneur in the startup of our lives. That's what really matters. And what we need is to always have a clear intention…” “The best thing that you can possibly do is to think about the emotions that you're feeling, what they mean and how best to use them.”  “All the things we really want in life. All of our deep desires are complex. All of our solutions are complicated, and we're throwing complicated solutions at complex problems and we're not getting happier.” “They're not entrepreneurial in the part of life that matters the most, which is their heart.” “The first one is that there is meaning. You need to find it and live up to it.” Follow Arthur Brooks: Website: https://arthurbrooks.com/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/arthurbrooks  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@arthurbrooks123  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/arthurcbrooks/  Sponsors: Visit https://bit.ly/WildHealthImpact to apply for membership for a better alternative to traditional healthcare.
