This week, AJ ponies up for Disney+, and he is NOT thrilled with the value proposition. Regardless, he puts it to good use, as the boys give a spoiler-filled recap of the Daredevil Born Again 'season' finale (if you can call it that). For those wondering, Yack is still out there yoggin', while Ice rides the pine for the time being. Elsewhere, AJ is just barely recovered from his last injury but he's already shopping for new gear for the road (new injuries notwithstanding). The guys had a rum night, and things get real picklely. Stay briney, my friends.

This week Foo tariffs his son's leftover pizza with the Dad Tax. Zander has an upheaval at the local movie theater. Do you have a weak stomach or a steel stomach? Shout out to the Taco Tree! The Dads find that they consume and share videos in much the same way. Foo finds a couple at a local nursery with a boxer. Gym has some frustration with his silly pool. American EVs are behind now. The guys are back together this week… sort of. Yack is on the hunt for a new ride, while AJ reveals a ‘secret' side gig (which may come into play if the economy keeps going the way it has been). In addition to all the recent economic turmoil, there was weather-related drama, and AJ was smack dab in the middle of it. With the finale of Daredevil Born Again looming, the guys get you all caught up through episode 8. There's even a little bonus breakdown of the Superman sneak peek from last week. But just as the guys are ready to shut it down, there's a surprise ‘cameo' to bring the episode home. Pour yourself a proper pint and have a listen... but make sure your Ring doorbell camera is ON at all times. You never know who might show up on your doorstep.

Yack and Ice take a wild ride through casinos and indoor waterparks, debating whether the real winner is the blackjack table or the big wheel. Hydration remains a theme as they dive into a blind tasting of Guinness vs. Non-Alcoholic Guinness. From there, the guys embark on a bar-hopping adventure before shifting gears to a tech review of the new Nintendo Switch 2. Nostalgia kicks in as they dig into the Power Rangers' peak era (hint: it's not Dino Thunder). Buckle up, because this episode is as unpredictable as a roulette spin.

Yack and Ice recap a largely successful joint effort in the Middleburg 5k, complete with curious outfit choices, PBs, and fancy recovery shoes. Speaking of recovery, the guys try their hand at hydrating the Ashton Hall way, as they dissect his viral morning routine. With their bodies in check, the guys plopped down to do some serious watching (some more serious than others). Ice reviews the ‘controversial' live action Snow White before downshifting to comparatively lighter fair, in Netflix's Adolescence. The guys close with all the MCU hub Bub of the day, talking the Avengers Doomsday cast before getting uber-spoilery with the two-episode drop of Daredevil Born Again.

It's officially race week so obviously the focus of this week's episode is… Sylvester Stallone? AJ airs his grievances with a certain 80s cult classic film, spoilery news headlines, and bad running shoes. Meanwhile, Yack is already looking passed this week's 5k (and he's got the perfect after-race shoes to prove it). Ice and AJ celebrate a local business of note, while JJ takes an early victory lap for his beloved VCU Rams on the eve of March Madness. It's enough to make you wanna arm wrestle a child in a truck stop diner.

This week, Yack is back, and on his birthday no less! To celebrate, the boys exchange Gen-Z slang and experiment with offbeat ice cream toppings. (Note: results may vary.) With the flavors still lingering on their palates, the boys give their reviews of Disney+'s “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man”, complete with harsh language and numerous spoilers. AJ follows with a review of “Flow”, plus a thorough breakdown of John Cena's titanic heel turn. (Honestly, it's not as much wrestling chat as you'd think. Still a big deal though.) Lastly, the guys send thoughts and prayers for Skype as it crosses the tech-rainbow bridge to obsolescence.

But true inclusive disability leadership requires a mindset shift - moving away from ableist assumptions and toward an appreciation of the unique talents and perspectives that people with disabilities bring. "Often, if you feel that vibe that someone's going to look down on you or patronize you, you're not going to disclose. And thus, you Yack that connection with the people in that space because you don't feel like you can disclose." As leaders, we must be transparent about valuing disability, provide structured learning opportunities, and lead by example through our language and behaviors. It's not enough to simply have the right policies in place - we must foster a culture where disability is seen as a normal part of the human experience. 3. Empower Employees to Self-Advocate While it's our responsibility as leaders to build an inclusive environment, we must also empower employees with disabilities to advocate for their own needs. This starts with creating safe spaces for open communication and providing clear guidance on available resources and accommodations.
