From the messiness of last week's pt 2...to the all out tom-foolery of pt 3! *Note I did make a bleep edit of a word that I don't like to hear. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The Critic, as do most of the episodes, goes a bit off rails then stays there for most of part 2...but it does end with a satisfying joke from Brad. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
It is rare that we bring in a guest that most of you don't know. The next few episodes will be just that, in an introduction to Tyler, and it's a good one. From Trucking to Podcasting to Fathering and beyond. Check out this week's episode The Critic. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
This week we delve further into this lovable immigrant's life. There is also some really easy to follow words of wisdom at the end. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
On this episode we lean into Demetrious' current all the live long day job, the railroad...I get $15 for every time I make a great joke like this. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
No one loves the military more than One More and We All Go. You can really tell by our lack of service...this episode is with another veteran and we think our first immigrant. Demetrious, (Frank's brother in law), hops on the show and talks about growing up in Carter Lake (gross) doing hoodrat shit with his friends and joining the military. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Back at it and a great conversation with one of everyone's favorite. John! It was a varied and fun conversation and you'll get it all over the next few weeks. Stick around, you're going to love it! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The guys like to believe that they are actually pretty alright dads. Perfect? No. They save that for husbanding...but as parents they try hard to make sure they have some skills and knowledge...like starting them driving too soon. After that the conversation takes some ducks and dives, twists and turns. It's pretty clear that One More and We All Go is BACK! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Debunking the rumors that Brad and Frank got in an argument and were no longer friends...and the one where they fell in love and ran away together...and the rumor that Frank was kidnapped and Brad had to find the kidnappers, save his friend and make the world a safer place...the guys are back from an extended break where, honestly, time just got away from them. Time has been made and here is the latest episode "Keeping it Clinical" because in the time away, Brad and Frank matured and are taking a more professional and grown-up approach to the show. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Could we have chopped this into a 4 part saga? No. It's a longer episode, but it is worth it! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
We get into Jeff's world travels and try to get the juicy details on his secret Brazilian family. Listen to see if he admits to it...classic "Gotcha Journalism." Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
We are Back! Until Brad goes to the field...but we should be able to stack episodes so you won't have to endure without your 5th favorite local podcast. This round is with Jeff Bentley, husband, father, word traveler and farmer. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Brad's in Florida...then Canada...I've been drinkin'..it's a shit show, but this episode has some teeth. Enjoy! Iff not, write your congressmen, or don't, they won't care. Volunteer to be on the show...then make a difference. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
As a Father's Day treat, we are posting the whole rest of the episode instead of making you wait for a third installment next week. That being said, if you are not a father, then you must pause this halfway through and finish it next week. We will know if you don't. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
We have a couple places...not big deal. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Kris gave us such a great interview, we thought it would be cool to air the whole thing as an episode...mostly there was about 45 minutes where he went off on the Hamas/Palestinian war...but we cut that. J/K...but enjoy the full show! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The exciting conclusion of Kris' episode...we'd like to thank Kris for taking the time to join us in studio and sharing his story and insights into his treatments. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
This starts out with a heater of a story! We continue our chat with Kris and get into some stuff on this episode FVCK CANCER pt 2! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
We're BACK! Well, there was a lot of rain and Brad is still in the field...so we should have enough to cover the airwaves until he gets done...speaking of enough, Kris Bramman, hoped in studio with the guys and chatted it up. If you don't know, Kris is currently battling cancer and while that is taking up a lot of his time nowadays, it isn't who he his. Father, Husband, Collegiate Athlete, City Guy, all around good dude Kris tells some stories about who he is and how he grew up. The tile comes from the shirt he wore in studio, FVCK CANCER pt 1! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
I think we can all agree that Casey's has terrible service, but great breakfast sandwiches. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
It's perfectly acceptable for a 42 year old man to be uncomfortable driving at speeds exceeding the limit. And there is nothing you can do about it. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Drake gives the run down on military life and why drinking and driving is never a good move. But it's all working out for Drizzy, we dive into the business and entrepreneurial side of Drake! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Drake pops in studio as the first guest we've had in a long while...I was starting the think that the boys has lost any friends they had. Drake is the youngest guy we've had on the show, but from tossing piss balls on girls in the woods, to beer parties and joining the Marine Corp. Drake has seen some stuff and lived some life. Enjoy “You're Worth It.” Pt 1 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
An age old tradition, wrestling your children until they can beat you, then taking it too serious and hurting them. . . That's not exactly Brad's tactic, but don't think Frank hasn't been whispering it into his ear for years. The guys discuss other podcast ideas, but rest assured, One More and We All Go is the priority. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Brad gives Frank the Gay Test....which sounds pretty ambiguous when read out of context...but you don't know what ambiguous means so we're even. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
I believe the direct quote was "Jack the Ripper going to town on a hooker in an alley." but out of context you don't know what that means....it's the second half of the conversation from the last recording session with the boys. Time Travel Date Nights, lies from kids, hidden talents, cougars and more! What do you think of the new format? Just Brad and Frank chatting and the occasional guest? Let us on know our social media @OneMorePod Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Brad has a solid point this episode. Nobody looks like they're having a great time at a casino on a Wednesday night. In fact it is kinda sad and desperate...which explains why the guys were there. Losers. Any hoo, it's just Brad and Frank again this week, they did try to get their wives on, this being the 69th episode! [Confetti emoji] But they politely passed and the guys chat about casinos, budgetless vacations and the time Frank got lost at sea. (True Story!) Check out this week's episode and for the love of shit, download it, rate and review it and tell your friends so EVERYONE can enjoy. Also, buy a shirt, Frank is taking an absolute bath on these things! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
From Naked and Afrain to Melatonin Induced Nightmares. It's a wild ride on this episode of One More and We All Go! This episode is brought to you by OLLY brand Melatonin. J/K don't sue us. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
What would you do if you won the lottery? The guys tackle that thought as well as other random ones that pop into their heads. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
This one has, what I think is the funniest intro to an episode we've had. Then we hit Disney, Dad Jokes and Brian's words of wisdom. It's all fun and games until the conclusion of our chat with Brian, The Bird Dog. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
We change it up this time and rename an episode...Bird Dog...in honor of both the drink of choice for Bry and that Google says it's a name common to refer to people from south of the Mason Dixon line...and since no one knows where that is, but it is legend that it originally ran where Highway 2 is. We go from pee break to pee break and if you turn up the volume to max, you can hear Frank's birdlike bladder fill. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Pretty sure Whammer Sauce is cool new term that kids are saying to describe a cool person that you are talking to on your podcast. This week the guys have Brian in Skinny Calf studio, where it is decided that you have to be skinny to get 3 full grown dudes in there. Brain fills you in on growing up in Missouri, shooting bb guns and meeting his wife Cassie, maybe no "e" on that...but certainly not a "y". Bird Dog Peach Whiskey with Sweet Tea and Yeungling fuels this episode! Check Out Whammer Sauce! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Scheduling conflicts with an upcoming guest forces the guys to record a solo episode...luckily they get along pretty well and no longer need a buffer between them to hang out...thanks couples counselling! Recapping the holidays and a pretty good segment on drunk Amazon browsing. This episode has it all! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Oh. My Gawd. I get it. Silver Bian...because Joni has silver hair....and she is a lesbian! Anyway, part 3! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
It gets deep in this episode! Hike up your boots and come wade through the stories with us on part 2 of The Silver Bian. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
What do get when you toss a 16 year old girl in front of a hole in a fence while working rodeo bulls? Joni answers that question, plus a ton of other great laughs and one liners from the Silver Bian pt 1! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Getting in fights with animals...and more of what you can expect from the program. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The boys fly by their lonesome this week as they didn't get a guest scheduled...but it did make for some great conversation. Projects, Goals, Journaling, Safe Zones, Clan of the Cave Bear and how to seduce your wife. Pretty Standard, really. Check it out...and when you finish, pop over to Laugh With Me, Jermey Odem's podcast that Frank was on earlier this month. It's a banger. Also, still have shirts left! Large and XL! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Such an absolute pleasure to have Chris in studio with us...we will definitely have him back...and while I am super excited for you to listen to this episode, I am more so for Brad to hear it for the first time. . . ask him why. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
It's one of Southwest Iowa's absolute treasures this week...Knoke! The Uncle Grandpa thing is an early joke that we stuck with this week. Check out this doozy! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
For me it's the DEEP voice and well-manicured beard....but YOU only get to experience one of those things. The Seaman pt2 is LIVE! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Great little trip around the country, into Canada...we recorded an episode so we can write the whole thing off...pretty smart, right? We strongarmed Kurt into recording with us on a very fun and laid back episode. Enjoy Vancouver Sessions - The Seaman pt1 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Again, no host intro...we just jump right into the action with SAEDY (correct spelling, even if my spellchecker is smoking and about to burst in flames). From the Past to the Future we get more than just the tip of the conversation in this round of Mrs. Talker pt 2! Author Note: That Birds and the Trees joke was solid and warranted a WAY bigger laugh. I hate it here. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
True to the family name, Sadie (sp?) is also a Talker...pretty quality session from the quarry and we had to cut it in half because there was too much good stuff. Enjoy Mrs. Talker pt1!! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
The Quarry Sessions with the Talker...recapping his episode and shooting the shit...as we do...OH! and there is no intro or outro because I have a house full of kids. Sorry Joe. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Can I be honest here? I feel like I can...it may be because I have done some of my best fucking writing here and no one has ever uttered a word of it's fluency and greatness, so I can say whatever and it won't be seen. Brad and I recorded this at the quarry in a marathon of sessions, thinking we would get a cavalcade of responses and have an influx of participates. We got what we though...it was a ball. So we edited this into 3 parts on the way to Canda, fleeing the law in hopes of starting a new life....and recording an episode or two internationally. We got drunk and forgot to post first thing Sunday...and I left the bar under guise of getting a can of chew to post this before Sunday as to meet our imaginary deadline and not disappoint our fan. Singular. Hhilarious. Told you, best writing of my life. Any way...Enjoy this part of quarry....no key required. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
