Confronted with terrible dreams, the group wakes up without much rest, as they must now decide their next course of action. Agon, Elleinad, and Gardin find themselves chatting with different people in town, as they try to get to the bottom of what's going on, but when their attention turns to the south of town, the villagers seem eerily on edge. Just what exactly is going on in the south of Lavacloud village?

Nightmares can shake us out of sleep and mirror our real-life worries. Dream interpreter Stase Michaels will talk about how to handle bad dreams, and give us tools for deciphering their meaning. We'll also look at how we might keep daily anxieties from becoming invasive bad dreams. Stase Michaels has three degrees in psychology, and a lifetime of experience in writing and dream analysis. She's taught college courses in psychology and dream interpretation, and has done a great deal of research on nightmares, including writing two theses. Stase suggests medical researchers, scientists, and inventors can harness dreams as a powerful source of practical insights for sought-after breakthroughs. She's the author of eight dream books, including the best-sellers A Little Bit of Dreams and Nightmares: The Dark Side of Dreaming. Her newest book is a true crime novel called Justice Plays Roulette. Find out more at interpretadream.com.

The consummate king of Christian cringe is back, and he's curated a list of his favorite nightmare clips of 2021! Almost all of our guests have mentioned that their favorite Instagram/Twitter account is Christian Nightmares, and for good reason. He continually shines a light on the funniest, scariest, and most shocking actions, proclamations, and admissions from a colorful cast of religious leaders. Whether they're pastoring a megachurch, holding public office, or simply berating bikini-clad teens at the beach, Christian Nightmares documents the insanity that is the American church. On top of that, he has a fun music project called "The Christian Nightmares Tribulation Band," which you can find on bandcamp and youtube! Below you'll find a list of links CN was nice enough to put together so that you, the listener, can watch the videos we discuss play and discuss in throughout the episode: 1) The January 6th Capitol siege in general and the prayer in the House chambers specifically: "Jesus Christ, we invoke your name!" During the Capitol siege on January 6th, the QAnon Shaman and other Christian terrorists prayed inside the House chambers. https://twitter.com/ChristnNitemare/status/1350887413548244997 2) Mike Lindell: So many videos about this guy from his election fraud claims and beyond... But maybe we play this clip next and then discuss the rest: During a service last night at Eagle Mountain International Church, MyPillow guy Mike Lindell said that the rioters who stormed the Capitol Building were "100% not Trump supporters" and that "it was a set up." https://www.instagram.com/p/CJwwGefFyf1/ 3) Pastor Hank Kunneman: Like so many other evangelical "prophets," he thought Trump would be returned to office and of course was very anti-mask/vaccine: Pastor Hank Kunneman sings 'Something is about to bust!' https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ6b_0RlJ8E/ During a service this past Sunday, pastor Hank Kunneman mocked "Bidenittes" and people who wear masks. Then he angrily yelled, "God made man and woman male and female!" and said, "I'm not a bigot, I'm telling you the truth." https://www.instagram.com/p/COQcRF9ji7B/ 4) Sean Feucht super-spreader event, etc. Trump's pal Sean Feucht talks about “the only mandate that matters” https://twitter.com/ChristnNitemare/status/1447645925254606855 5) Asshole pastor Greg Locke: During a sermon yesterday, pastor Greg Locke told his congregation, “Don't believe this Delta variant nonsense!” and said if anyone shows up to his church wearing a mask, he'll ask them to leave. https://www.instagram.com/p/CRyu3gDDk8P/ 6) Sexist pastor Stewart-Allen Clark Sexist pastor Stewart-Allen Clark makes offensive "jokes," says married women no longer have all the rights over their bodies and suggests that men have the right to have sex with their wives even when their wives aren't in the mood... https://www.instagram.com/p/CL5JpsUlycu/ Sexist and homophobic pastor says not "every woman can be the epic trophy wife of all time like Melania Trump" but "you don't need to look like a butch either!" https://www.instagram.com/p/CL5Br-_lvaQ/ 7) “Apostle” Kathryn Krick... “Apostle” Kathryn Krick “casts out demons” in the name of Jesus… https://www.instagram.com/p/CP-8t8eDGwp/ 8) Pastor Robert Jeffress... During a recent appearance on The Jim Bakker Show, megachurch pastor Robert Jeffress says Christians are going to work in Heaven and they'll enjoy it because there won't be any “government regulations.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CMIIDJ9Fi2E/ 9) The great Andre Antunes... Biologist Matthew Cobb presents the first episode in a series which looks at the 50-year history of genetic engineering, from the concerns around the first attempts at combining the DNA of one organism with the genes of another in 1971 to today's gene editing technique known as CRISPR. The first experiments to combine the DNA of two different organisms began at Stanford University in California in 1971. The revolutionary technique of splicing genes from one lifeform into another promised to be a powerful tool in understanding how our cells worked. It also offered the prospect of a new cheap means of manufacturing life-saving drugs – for example, by transferring the gene for human insulin into bacteria, growing those genetically engineered microbes in industrial vats and harvesting the hormone. A new industrial revolution based on biology looked possible. At the same time some scientists and the public were alarmed by disastrous scenarios that genetic engineering might unleash. What if microbes engineered with toxin genes or cancer genes escaped from the labs and spread around the world? In early 1974, responding to the public fears and their own disquiet about how fast the techniques were developing, the scientists leading this research revolution called for a global moratorium on genetic engineering experiments until the risks had been assessed. This was followed by an historic meeting of 130 scientists from around the world in February 1975 in California. Its purpose was to decide if and how the genetic engineering research could be done safely. It was a rancorous affair but the Asilomar conference is held up as an idealist if imperfect example of scientists taking responsibility as they developed a powerful new technology. The most detestable baseball team in history isn't the Chicago Black Sox or the Houston Astros. It's the 1911 Wyoming Penitentiary All-Stars, a baseball team made up of rapists and murderers who were told every time they won a game they would get years off their sentences, or get their death penalties commuted, so long as they made the state officials gambling on them money.

Your dreams aren't just speaking to you, they're often screaming at you... giving you warnings, direction, and even telling you exactly what to do! Your dreams are the key to everything - messages from the inside, and from above, to help you in every aspect of your life. When you begin understanding your dreams you unlock the door to everything you desire, whether that's greater peace, healing wounds, discover your purpose, or simply finding your way through life. The key is understanding what your dreams me, and how they're speaking to you and it's simpler than you could imagine. As Carl Jung once said, the dream world is the waking world, and the waking world is the dream world. Today we'll look at understanding the hidden messages in your dreams, what they mean, and how they can truly unlock the door to who and what you are and were always meant to be. And to find so much greater peace and understanding in life! You'll learn: How to analyze even the most complex dreams. How to understand even the smallest snippets (you can remember) of your dreams. Why nightmares may be hiding positive messages! How nightmares may be the key to your future. What it means when you die in a dream. What happens when you're frozen when you wake! Plus 3 powerful techniques you can use today to better interpret and understand your dreams, the symbols and what they mean to the relation of our waking life.
