This is an archive of various talks and reflections that Peter has given in recent years. The archive is constantly being updated with old and new material, so subscribe to be kept up to date.
The Peter Rollins - The Archive podcast is an incredibly insightful and thought-provoking collection of talks by philosopher and theologian Peter Rollins. While I may not agree with everything he says, I appreciate his authenticity and the academic quality of his work. The podcast challenges my intellect, imagination, and even my faith, but the process of engaging with it is rewarding in itself. It's not a podcast for those seeking definitive answers, but rather a buffet of food for thought.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Peter Rollins' great mind and his ability to flow through his teachings. His storytelling style is engaging and his thoughts and insights are well-researched and profound. Additionally, the Q&A sections in each episode often provide helpful clarification on challenging topics.
However, one major drawback of this podcast is the inconsistent sound quality. Sometimes the recordings are done straight into a phone or laptop during Facebook Live sessions, resulting in poor audio quality that can make it difficult to understand what Rollins is saying. This can be frustrating for listeners who prefer to listen while driving or doing other activities without headphones or a Bluetooth connection.
In conclusion, despite its sound quality issues, The Peter Rollins - The Archive podcast is a valuable resource for anyone interested in exploring deep philosophical and theological ideas. Rollins' unique perspective challenges listeners to think critically about their beliefs and offers an opportunity to engage with culture in meaningful ways. While improvement in sound quality would enhance the overall listening experience, it does not detract from the profound messages and discussions shared by Rollins.

This was a talk as part of an event to mark the launch of a zine from Everyday Analysis on Religion, Marxism and Psychoanalysis. Everyday Analysis produces digital interventions that aim to tactically sabotage the prevailing ideological edifice in the name of a negative universal that undermines identitarian discourse. This latest publication marks their first printed intervention and features articles by Slavoj Žižek, Peter Rollins, Cadell Last, Julie Reshe, Matt McManus and Mark Murphy. In this talk I outline what I argue in the zine.
