Ian McCormack was diving for lobster on the island of Mauritius and was stung by 5 box jellyfish one of the most venomous creatures in the world. Its poison can kill a person in four minutes. Mike Olsen bled out and died after the last clamp was removed during a much-needed lung transplant surgery on January 7th, 2019.
