Most people think dental problems only affect their mouth, but that's where they're dead wrong. After my conversation with Dr. Jigar Gandhi, I'm convinced we've been missing a massive piece of the health optimisation puzzle, and this is where biological dentistry comes in. When I had my infected tooth removed, my shoulder pain, lung catch, and toe numbness disappeared within 48 hours, because each tooth connects to specific organ systems through 5,000-year-old meridian mapping. Your mouth is the gateway to chronic infections that can trigger autoimmune diseases, brain fog, and systemic inflammation throughout your entire body.  Join the Ultimate Human VIP community: https://bit.ly/4ai0Xwg Connect with Dr. Jigar Gandhi: Website: http://bit.ly/4l7hSX3 Website: http://bit.ly/3Goflsn YouTube: http://bit.ly/44EUv1c Instagram: http://bit.ly/4ezmKSy TikTok: http://bit.ly/4lfLIJe Find Authorised Biological Dentists:  http://bit.ly/4ntxxBD Study on Root Canals Causing Breast Cancer:  http://bit.ly/4lxgP2o IAOMT Position Paper on Human Jawbone Cavitations: http://bit.ly/3ZSDrlO Thank you to our partners: H2TABS - USE CODE “ULTIMATE10” FOR 10% OFF: https://bit.ly/4hMNdgg BODYHEALTH - USE CODE “ULTIMATE20” FOR 20% OFF: http://bit.ly/4e5IjsV BAJA GOLD - USE CODE "ULTIMATE10" FOR 10% OFF: https://bit.ly/3WSBqUa EIGHT SLEEP - SAVE $350 ON THE POD 4 ULTRA WITH CODE “GARY”: https://bit.ly/3WkLd6E COLD LIFE - THE ULTIMATE HUMAN PLUNGE: https://bit.ly/4eULUKp WHOOP - GET 1 FREE MONTH WHEN YOU JOIN!: https://bit.ly/3VQ0nzW MASA CHIPS - GET 20% OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER: https://bit.ly/40LVY4y VANDY - USE CODE “ULTIMATE20” FOR 20% OFF: https://bit.ly/49Qr7WE AION - USE CODE “ULTIMATE10” FOR 10% OFF: https://bit.ly/4h6KHAD A GAME - USE CODE “ULTIMATE15” FOR 15% OFF: http://bit.ly/4kek1ij HAPBEE - FEEL BETTER & PERFORM AT YOUR BEST: https://bit.ly/4a6glfo CARAWAY - USE CODE “ULTIMATE” FOR 10% OFF: https://bit.ly/3Q1VmkC HEALF - GET 10% OFF YOUR ORDER: https://bit.ly/41HJg6S BIOPTIMIZERS - USE CODE “ULTIMATE” FOR 10% OFF: https://bit.ly/4inFfd7 RHO NUTRITION - USE CODE “ULTIMATE15” FOR 15% OFF: https://bit.ly/44fFza0 GENETIC TEST: https://bit.ly/3Yg1Uk9 Watch  the “Ultimate Human Podcast”: YouTube: https://bit.ly/3RPQYX8 Podcasts: https://bit.ly/3RQftU0 Connect with Gary Brecka: Instagram: https://bit.ly/3RPpnFs TikTok: https://bit.ly/4coJ8fo X.com: https://bit.ly/3Opc8tf Website: https://bit.ly/4eLDbdU Merch: https://bit.ly/4aBpOM1 Newsletter: https://bit.ly/47ejrws Ask Gary: https://bit.ly/3PEAJuG Timestamps: 00:00 Intro 04:14 What is an Organ? 07:15 Symptoms and Testings with Biological Dentistry 12:23 Inflammatory markers 15:00 Tooth removal and microscopic examination 17:02 Addressing Optimal Health with Biological Dentistry 19:26 Tooth removal procedure 21:08 Dental Medicine Taking the Spotlight 24:12 After a Root Canal 28:59 Outcomes after Biological Dentistry Procedures 30:54 Chronic and Autoimmune Disease Symptoms 39:27 Testimonials from Dr. Gandhi's Patients: http://bit.ly/4kBGGpj 46:26 Recognizing the Starting Point of the Existence of Diseases 51:38 Importance of Proper Oral Care Routine  56:41 When to See a Biological Dentist? 1:00:05 What does it mean to you to be an “Ultimate Human?” The Ultimate Human with Gary Brecka Podcast is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing or other professional health care services, including the giving of medical advice, and no doctor/patient relationship is formed. Start Your Transformation Now  This is a powerful episode when you finally get the gravity of the title – You speak your life into existence. Everything you have or don't have in your life, you have either spoken it into your life or out of your life. Fully consider that. You may have heard the old phrase, “You live and die by your word?” Well, you also create and manifest or repel by your word. Words are power. Words program your subconscious mind. Words affect behavior. Words have vibration and frequency. In this episode I talk about: [1:15] How you speak your life into existence[4:51] Why your world is the way that it is[7:39] How you create with your words[9:03] The power of self-talk[12:57] Words and stories that keep you trapped[21:02] Healing your body with words[24:53] And, the frequency and vibration of word As I said, this is a powerful episode and when you become 100% responsible for your words, your life will begin to transform in miraculous ways. As Kahlil Gibran said, “Your words are drippings of the mind.” And, you already know what's in your mind is what you will create in your life. Andrew Copson speaks to economist James Forder about his view on individual freedom and limited government as a self described 'old-fashioned liberal'. He discusses his belief in free enterprise as not just an economic engine but a powerful moral good that fosters self-reliance and the pursuit of individual goals. He also delves into the profound philosophical implications of our finiteness and how this very limitation gives life its meaning.  What I Believe was the title of two separate essays by the philosopher Bertrand Russell and the philosopher EM Forster in the early 20th century. These two humanists set out their approach to life, their fundamental worldview, in a way that was accessible to all. In this podcast, Chief Executive of Humanists UK, Andrew Copson, speaks to humanists today to understand more about what they believe, to understand more about the values, convictions, and opinions they live by. A heartfelt conversation with an ER physician, poet and author.  From a Studio in Oakland, California: 108 Notes on Existence, is a must-read - whether you're an ER physician, a young adult navigating the uncertainty of life, or someone simply seeking meaning and alignment.  I discovered this book serendipitously a few weeks ago. Enia and I connected via her publicist, who reached out asking if I was interested in receiving a copy of the book. Because the title had the word Oakland in it, near where I grew up, her email caught my eye. Then I saw that an emergency room doctor had written it.  So I said yes.  Once the real book arrived in my real mailbox, it was clear that we were meant to connect.  Every passage resonated deeply.    The book, released in May 2025, is a powerful integration of poetry, soul, and the lived experience of a physician waking up to a life more deeply felt.   It is a beautiful and honest invitation to reconnect with ourselves, especially when we've been trained to disconnect.  Pearls of Wisdom from our conversation: Your soul knows when you're out of alignment. Dr. Oaks ( a pseudonym) shares how taking a pause—not knowing what came next, was what brought her back to life. We explore the courage it takes to step away from what's expected to reconnect with what's real. Disillusionment is a pathway, not a failure. We talk about how medicine teaches us to disconnect, but the cost is profound. Dr. Oaks' writing gives voice to the silent grief and subtle truths that live within many of us. You don't need permission to live a beautiful life. Through her reflections and poetic insights, Dr. Oaks reminds us that we are not here to endure life—we are here to feel it, shape it, and choose it. Reflection Questions: What might you discover if you allowed yourself to pause, even for a moment? How might your life shift if you believed you were already whole? What would it feel like to choose a path because it feels right, not just because you can? I encourage you to get yourself a copy of From a Studio in Oakland, California: 108 Notes on Existence.  It's a book to keep close by, to fold the corners of, and return to again and again.   Please share the book, and this podcast conversation, with others. AND please join Enia and me for a book club on July 13th @ 5 pm Pacific on Zoom. More info coming soon. On this episode of Mormonish Podcast, Landon and Rebecca are joined by a bookclub friend, Steph, to discuss the concept of living a "meaningless" life without the confines of a high demand, high control religion. We base our discussion around the fantastic book, "The Art of Living a Meaningless Existence: Ideas From Philosophy That Change the Way You Think" by Robert Pantano. Each of us share personal stories of finding that outside the structure of religion, "meaningless" becomes a wonderful journey of discovery and self awareness. This was a great conversation that I'm sure will resonate with all of you too!***How to DONATE to Mormonish Podcast: If you would like to help financially support our podcast, you can DONATE to support Mormonish Podcast here: Mormonish Podcast is a 501(c) (3) https://donorbox.org/mormonish-podcast ****WE HAVE MERCH! **** If you'd like to purchase Mormonish Merch, you can visit our Merch store here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/mormonishmerch We appreciate our Mormonish viewers and listeners so much! On this ID The Future, Dr. Michael Egnor reads the Introduction to his new book The Immortal Mind: A Neurosurgeon's Case for the Existence of the Soul, now available from Worthy Books. In this reading, Dr. Egnor shares his journey from being a medical student who believed science could explain everything, including how consciousness emerges from the brain and whether we have a soul, to a neurosurgeon who questioned the conventional materialist view. He discusses how years of operating on and examining patients with brain damage led him to wonder how large parts of the brain could be removed without affecting a person's mind or their ability to think, reason, believe, and desire. His personal story, including a profound experience in a hospital chapel during a family crisis, became a turning point that challenged his atheism and led him to believe that the immaterial aspects of our minds are real and that nature is an open system, not a closed one. Ethan visits a recurrent conversation he's been having with his students, his friends, and within his own mind: the dissonance between feeling like your personal life and close community are in basically good places, while simultaneously raising your gaze to see the immense suffering and chaos of the world. How can we hold those two and find our compassion and skillful means? Framing thoughts around the massive ICE raids that are tearing families apart, followed by the subsequent mass protests in Los Angeles and across the country, Ethan examines how we can remain grounded in our own beings and work with any guilt we might feel for feeling safer than others right now. How can we stay grounded in ourselves and leverage what is classically called the “Precious Human Birth” to experience a harmonized practice on three levels of showing up: the personal, the interpersonal, and the collective? God's Existence: Deeper Thoughts for Greater Insights by Gary R. Lindberg Amazon.com Garyrlindberg.com Does evolution contradict the Bible, or is it another tool God used for Creation? Why was the Old Testament written? What should Genesis tell us about creation? How should we look at certain issues raised in Genesis such as Adam and Eve, missing people, descendants of Adam, and even the Great Flood? We want to evaluate whether or not Moses was real, and whether or not the Exodus really happened. When did the alleged Exodus actually occur? We seek answers to these and other questions to get a better understanding of those events so long ago. The answers may be shocking, surprising, or different than what we were told. A profound book that is "on fire" to discover new truths to age-old questions.About the author Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the author's parents moved just before his seventh birthday to Santa Maria, California. There he grew up and attended grade schools up through high school. The author is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in U. S. History. Then he volunteered to join the Peace Corps for two and a half years during which he taught primary school students and teachers various techniques in a trial school gardens program in the Ivory Coast which is located in West Africa between Liberia and Ghana. He became fluent in French during that time. After his Peace Corps service, he toured Europe and visited primarily Italy, Germany (including East Berlin then under Communist control), France, England, and the Netherlands. Since he was drafted, he volunteered for the Navy in which he served for four years. Next, he went to San Francisco State University where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Management and Personnel. After that he began his 43-year career as a Human Resources professional for a number of major companies including National Gypsum, Celotex, McCormick (spices), Del Monte, Quebecor Printing, and Micro Lithography, Inc. He retired in November, 2019 to pursue personal endeavors.

Visionary Philosopher Marc Gafni joins Josh Trent on the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 746, to guide you from mythic narratives of soul mates to the co-creative vision of whole mates: evolutionary partners in service of the cosmos. Learn how the gift of suffering becomes the pathway to transcendence, why raising children is a spiritual act of embodiment, and how solving humanity's value crisis can spark a galactic awakening. "Soulmate relationships don't work. They're insufficient. If a couple is not looking at a shared horizon and they are only looking deeply in each other's eyes, it will not work. Whole mates are not just looking deeply in each other's eyes. They're first looking at a shared horizon, a shared mission. They're looking at the whole. They're in a relationship to the whole. And then from there, they turn back and look at each other." - Marc Gafni In This Episode, Marc Gafni Uncovers: [01:20] Outrageous Love Marc Gafni Why 'I love you' is our sacred creed. How facing death puts us in our visceral truth. Why we've lost connection to the meaning of 'I love you.' The difference between ordinary love and outrageous love. How love allows us to give our unique gifts. When we're in love, we feel welcome in the cosmos. Why reality is not a fact but an outrageous love story. How reality is generated. Evolution is love in action in response to need. How becoming what reality intended us to be, divinity experiences self-recognition through us. Why outrageous love is not a response to another person but the love that moves through us. The three faces of God: first, second, and third person. Neil deGrasse Tyson How religions show the faces of God. [29:50] New World Why we're in a time between worlds. How 40% of AI researchers believe that AI could destroy all humanity. 692 Paul Chek | Spirit Gym: How To Find The Truth of Your Soul + Live Your Dream How we can create a new story of values for the world. The importance of knowing our soul print. How we cover up our emptiness by getting our attention hijacked. Why we need to sit in loneliness in order to fill up with our soul print. The divine is being, spaciousness, and becoming. Why evolution is a love story of the universe. How wholeness comes from brokenness. [47:25] Pseudo-Eros + Shame Why pornography is pseudo-Eros.
