When you're in crisis, your nervous system isn't neutral—it's running survival programs. Fight, flight, freeze, repeat. And when you tell yourself “not now”, that's not laziness or failure—it's a protective pattern your body believes is keeping you safe. But here's the thing: survival mode isn't meant to be permanent. It quietly drains your energy, feeds old beliefs like “I can't do this,” and keeps you circling the same pain.In this episode of Dear Divorce Diary, we explore:✨ Why the nervous system convinces us to wait until things feel calmer before healing ✨ How beliefs like “not now” or “what if it doesn't work” keep you locked in survival loops ✨ The energetic cost of staying in crisis—and what shifts when you allow safety to be restored ✨ What happens in the very first month of our program that helps women feel grounded, resourced, and ready for lasting changeHealing isn't about pushing harder. It's about creating safety, updating beliefs, and letting your body remember how to release what it's been carrying.

In this episode I dive deep with the incredible visionary artist and podcaster Alex Coma. Our conversation is an incredible discussion about spiritual practice, astrology, and the synchronicities to help guide us on the path of expanding our consciousness. --------------------------Alex Coma is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the complex intersections between symbolism, consciousness, and esoteric knowledge. A graduate in photography from Concordia University and former scholarship recipient at the Montreal Fine Arts Academy, Coma's practice draws on figures like Arnold Böcklin and Carl Jung. His work navigates between visual art, philosophical investigation, and spiritual exploration, deploying a rigorous methodology that questions symbolic systems, cryptographic elements, and ritual methodologies. For the past decade, Coma has studied under Egyptian spiritual teacher Shri Amir Mourad, developing meditative techniques that enable deeper access to unconscious realms and inform his artistic practice—a disciplined inner exploration that has become instrumental in his ability to perceive increasingly more profound symbolic content and archetypal energies. His works, exhibited internationally at venues including the Visionary Art Collective in New York, the Affordable Art Fair in London and Brussels, and recognized in collections such as Colart and Ubisoft, have been acclaimed by media including CBC Arts, Vie des Arts, and La Presse. In 2023, Coma founded Roze Umbra, an initiative and platform dedicated to visionary artists, extending his commitment to collaborative artistic research that examines the subtle connections between symbolic languages and collective consciousness. As part of this initiative, he created "The Blue Hour Podcast," where he engages with visionary artists worldwide. His approach to all he does is constantly seeking a delicate balance between empirical knowledge and the ineffable mystery, offers an exploration of the borderlands of artistic creation.Websites: www.alexcoma.worldVisionary Roze Grant: www.rozeumbra.com/visionaryrozegrantInstagram:@alexcoma.world@rozeumbraFollow Martin Benson for more insights:*To stay updated on the podcast and related content, check out my Instagram*To support the show and access exclusive content, consider subscribing for $0.99/month on Instagram (link above).Credits: Special thanks to Matthew Blankenship of The Sometimes Island for our podcast theme music!Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/martin-l-benson/support
Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! In this week's episode we wrap our grey matter into a catcher's mit to intercept the fastest known object to ever race through our solar system, 3i/Atlas, a comet of interstellar origin which is both currently on its way to Earth and causing no small handful of people on it to speculate if it is not just of alien origin, but the beginning of a full-blown invasion. In the first half of the show we focus on the spiritual significance of comets throughout history by looking at the ways various cultures dealt with their appearance peppered with some basics from modern science. Why do comets have big-hair energy and whip it back and forth, for instance; wrapping up with an in-depth look at the enduring mystery of the WOW! Signal, a communication of intergalactic origin from the same region of the sky 3i/Atlas was first spotted. In the extended side of the show we discuss some of the hard science and hard speculation that science can tell us about 3i/Atlas itself. Is it a big rock with a number of record breaking qualities or an alien space ship disguised as one? Finally, Tim takes us through the The Dark Forest to ponder the Fermi Paradox and the unfathomably large void our galaxy teeters on before Heka Astra explores the spiritual significance of 3i/Atlas specifically from an astrological perspective and how it might effect us. Sales and marketing teams at war? You're not alone. While most companies treat these as separate functions fighting for resources, the winning businesses have cracked the code on true revenue alignment. In this eye-opening episode, I sit down with A. Lee Judge, author of "CASH" and founder of Content Monster, who reveals the uncomfortable truth about why some companies are eliminating CMO positions entirely and replacing them with Chief Revenue Officers. But it's not what you think.Lee, who uniquely served as both a marketer managing Salesforce and a bridge between warring departments, shares the simple meeting strategy that transformed competing teams into unified revenue machines. You'll discover the specific metrics that keep marketers employed when budget cuts come, and why learning to "speak sales language" isn't just helpful—it's survival.Key Takeaways:Why the traditional marketing "handoff" to sales is dead (and what replaces it)The sports team analogy that will change how you view sales and marketing foreverHow to reverse-engineer closed deals to discover what marketing actually worksThe meeting hack that eliminates silos and creates alignment overnightSpecific revenue-focused KPIs that prove marketing's worth to the C-suiteWhy 80% of the customer journey happens before sales gets involvedWhether you're running a team of 2 or 200, the principles Lee shares about creating feedback loops, shared metrics, and collaborative systems will transform how you think about growing your business. Perfect for marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and anyone tired of internal battles hurting their bottom line.Warning: This episode challenges everything most businesses believe about sales and marketing departments. Cancer Put Her in a Coma. She Survived. Her Near Death Experience Changed Everything. Mayim Bialik's Breakdown delves into Anita Moorjani's (renowned author, TedX speaker & self-help spiritual speaker) mind-blowing near-death experience (NDE) story and how it completely transformed her cancer, her path to healing & spiritual awakening, and how it changed the way she viewed life after death. Before her miraculous cancer recovery, Anita opens up like never before about the emotional toll of escaping an arranged marriage, her belief that neglecting her own needs while caring for others may have contributed to her cancer, and why living out of alignment with your true self can be toxic (and even deadly). Her integration journey post-NDE wasn't easy. Friends and family treated her like the same person — but she had touched something far greater than this world, and she couldn't go back. Anita Moorjani also breaks down: - Her belief that heaven is not a place, but a state of being - How we're all eternally connected — past, present, and future - Why intuition, self-love, & authenticity are the real medicine we've all been missing - How you're likely manifesting wrong - How Ayurveda and naturopathic healing deeply resonated with her healing journey - Difference between unconditional love (the kind people experience during NDEs) and earthly love - Why deepening your intuition starts with radical self-confidence - How letting go of what isn't authentically you is the key to ultimate healing This is not just a story about cancer — it's a wake-up call about life, death, spiritual awakening and the power of living as your truest self. In this moving conversation, Shanna Arnold recounts her journey from a promising high school athlete to a survivor of a horrific rollover accident that claimed her best friend's life, briefly ended her own, and resulted in a near death experience she would never forget. She describes being ejected 150 feet from the vehicle, pronounced dead, and revived after her heart stopped. During that time, she experienced what she believes to be a glimpse of the afterlife, an NDE Experience —walking with her best friend in a dark space, exchanging tearful hugs and promises to meet again. Her recovery was long and grueling—months in a coma, over a year in rehab, and relearning everything from reading to walking. Yet Shanna went on to graduate with honors, raise two daughters, and live with a deepened faith and gratitude. Her near death experience left her with a new perspective on mortality: not fearing death but seeing it as a reunion with loved ones. She encourages listeners to approach others with compassion, knowing that everyone carries unseen battles, and to give thanks for the blessings and talents God provides. This episode (and her NDE) is a reminder that life is fragile, death is not the end, and love carries beyond this world. Recorde a entrevista de Custódia Gallego a Daniel Oliveira, no Alta Definição em podcast. A atriz fala dos “buracos” que ficaram depois da morte do filho Baltazar. “Não me roubaram o meu filho. O universo tirou-lhe a vida”. Send us a textDo you think Mother Earth may be calling us to evolve with her. I've read that the next five years will serve humanity as an initiation period. Preparing our human DNA template to receive higher harmonic frequencies. If we choose to harmonize our souls with this upgrade. We can restore our original place in the cosmic symphony. Today's episode explores physically connecting with the Earth and her inhabitants. The importance of grounding our bodies with nature's electrical energy. And the health benefits and balance experienced, when we spend 30 minutes a day grounding with nature. We'll also look at how physical connection to other life forms may bring us closer to ourselves. Join me as we dive into reconnecting with the heartbeat of our planet.
