It’s only the first official episode of The Spudcast right here with special guests Randy Adeva and Beau Windon (collectively known as RanBeau) joining Mog and Andy to chat about all things improv.

It's only taken three years to do it but Mog and Andy are finally back in the studio with a brand new episode for a brand new podcast. This one is an experiment in getting back into the swing of things. It's extremely loose and off-the-cuff so grab a beverage and get comfy so you can find out what happens when they press record and start talking.

Ryan Walker joins Andy & Mog in the studio for an honest conversation about his six or so years of experience as a struggling open mic comedian (his own words). Also featured is "Into the Woods" by Cilla Jane from her album Until Morning Comes. It's the last episode for the year. We're taking a bit of a break but we'll be back soon enough in the new year with a bigger and better show with more guests and music so enjoy this one right now and stay tuned for more next year!

Andy & Mog fly solo...ish in a rickety plane for two and crash straight down the rabbit hole where they find Babies, Snoopzilla and a book possibly written by Darwin* called "Origin of the Selfies". They attempt to answer some of the tougher questions found on Yahoo! Answers and in the process Mog remembers the good old days of being a Cub Scout. Red Remedy deliver some quality tunes this week in the form of "Love This Machine" from their brand new second EP The Waste.

Mitch Alexander joins us this time around to chat a little bit about standup, metal, nude modelling and how he involves himself in each. Andy gives Mog some feedback on a recent performance and Mog gets as political as he's ever going to get by questioning Abbott's cabinet antics. Featured also are Death Audio with "Black Rose" from their self-titled debut album for some melodic metal goodness.

Beau Fitzpatrick & Carly Milroy Join Andy & Mog in the studio to talk about the growing beast that is YAWP; their online publication that covers all aspects of live comedy performance. Mog reviews an underwhelming storytelling experience and chats to Andy about favourites in the upcoming Melbourne Fringe Festival (18 Sep - 6 Oct). Also featured is the track "If I Had A Gun" from Melbourne talent Jemma Nicole.

Alasdair Tremblay-Birchall joins Andy & Mog in the studio this week for an entertaining conversation about postcodes, comedy and the creative process so listen in - you might just learn something new. Also featured is the track A Dream of Mine from Cilla Jane's EP When The Night Falls.

This episode we have the delightful Dilruk Jayasinha in the studio who chats to Andy & Mog about his experience as a standup, growing up in Sri Lanka and the chaos of performing comedy as part of a live television broadcast. We've also included an audio sketch from the Potato Revolution Vault that Andy made waaay back in 2005. It's got sound effects and everything!

Have a listen as we chat to him about humble beginnings, where he's at now and what to expect in the future from this man with one finger on the pulse and the rest of them (thumbs included) in a variety of tasty pies. Ryan Coffey joins us this week to chat about what he does as a comedian with a guitar, a loop pedal and what it's like to perform in stand-up and music venues alike. There's also a delightful tale about midnight defecation, Mog impersonates Billy Connolly (badly) and Andy raises the bar (while simultaneously lowering the tone) with his hard-hitting interview skills. And if that's not enough, songstress Sophie Rose gets a little bit French with her track "Chanson". Engage pod-fun action!

Holy canola, it's Dan Juola! Listen in as he chats with us about what it's like to be an American comic doing stand-up in Melbourne and how it differs from the sunny old US of A. Mog tells of his recent experience in doing a proper stand-up spot for the first time and Andy brings some insight into how not to act when turning up drunk for work. Not only all of that but this too; The Nymphs provide the tunes in the form of Mr Slink, a track from their 2010 self-titled EP. Check it out!

In this episode Xander Allan joins us in the studio to have a bit of a chat about comedy, music and defining childhood moments. Andy has been watching movies and reviews all the classics. Have a listen to his thoughts on The Great Gatsby (2013) and Short Circuit. Meanwhile, Mog being the productive member of society that he is, played the new Tomb Raider game on PS3 and shares his thoughts on that one. Cahl Schroedl is our man of the hour in this episode. Musician, artist, and all round personable guy that he is - listen in to hear him share a story or two about his many years of being a part of Melbourne's underground music scene. Mog tells a tale of too much beer and karaoke at the infamous Fluid Oz while Andy tells of his inability to use a heat pack properly. In the latest installment of Things That Are Weird: Conspiracy Theory 101 we delve into what an amateur Tasmanian paranormal investigator discovered when he decided to get to the bottom of weird goings-on in his household. Nic & Lou (known collectively as Girls Uninterrupted) join us this week to talk about the success of their latest festival show and shed some light on the process behind presenting sketch comedy as a duo. Andy tells us about getting a taste of his own medicine from a conspiracy theorist taxi driver and Mog shares his thoughts on The Silmarillion by JRR Tolkien.
