Psalm 45:1b - My tongue is the pen of a ready writer. I tell my life stories and have guests that shares their life stories as well. My aim is to inspire, encourage and plant seeds of hope.
The story continues with guest Shayona Funches. Join us for part two, From Betrayal to Peace, as we dive into what it means to give God our 'yes' and navigate life's transitions with face and purpose.
Betrayal cuts deep - it shakes our trust, our identity and sometimes our faith. In this episode with our first guest of the season, Shayona Funches, she shares her story about being betrayed by someone close and how that moment led her into deeper spiritual intimacy and delving deeper into learning about spiritual gifts. This is a story about leaning into God, not away from Him, when everything feels broken. If you ever questioned where God was in your pain, this one is for you.
Montia January has turned the page and is back with StorytellHER Book II-Chapter One: Divine Disruptions - My Prophetic Journey. I give an update on where I have been and what I have been doing for the last two years.
It's been EIGHT months since I have made an episode so, let's catch up! I have been in one of the biggest transition seasons of my life. My husband and I answered the call of the Lord and started TWO ministries: At Home with Christ Ministries and RIG X Metro Detroit under the leadership of RIG USA. We hosted a "Faith Talk" live to share our story and answer questions. I didn't want to share the story twice so I uploaded it as a podcast. Now that those ministries are up and running, I will be back to sharing stories consistently. As always, thank you for listening and rocking with us!
