This episode is actually the audio from a recent presentation that I hosted, Let's Chat Mama. It was a virtual summit discussing postpartum issues commonly seen in the postpartum period and beyond. Unfortunately we had some tech issues getting everyone into the summit then some recording issues. Nevertheless, I wanted to bring a little of what was captured and bits that were re-recorded from the two day event. It is some static throughout (luckily not during the summit but instead the playback for me). I want to thank all the mamas that came and the speakers who shared this weekend with me. You all are incredible and the engagement we had was unmatched! This is the first of many that I hope to bring to you, with less tech issues lol, but I'm honored to have had this opportunity.
