    Influencer Marketing with Lina Forrestal

Today my guest is Lina Forrestal, and we talk all about Influencer marketing. Lina works for Cisco Webex as an influencer marketing manager and works directly with influencers promoting the Webex brand, but also Lina herself is an influencer, starting in the travel space and then transitioning more to the mommy and lifestyle influencer realm. This conversation was fascinating to me because Lina was able to give the perspective of both sides of the field. She opens up about some of the issues that she sees as a creator when it comes to working with brands, and also shares some tips both for companies looking to work with influencers and for those looking to start in the creator and influencer industry. We also talk a lot about how rapidly the marketing and social media industry has been changing, about Lina's life abroad before living on a farm now, her podcast, the New Mamas Podast, and how amazing of a resource it has been for me as a new mom, and finally, as always, we wrap up with a quick little game and some fun questions. I hope you enjoy this episode, and if you do - please don't forget to rate and review on Apple Podcasts.Lina Forrestal: LinaForrestal.com@linaforrestal on Instagram@newmamaspodcast on Instagram
