Katya Alldis is the International Medical Lead at Raleigh International: a global organisation set out to create lasting change through sustainable community development initiatives. Volunteers are sent on an expedition to support communities around the world for causes including water, sanitation and hygiene, natural resource management and youth and livelihood development. Katya shares her heart-warming stories of volunteering in Nepal as well as the personal transformation that an experience like this has left her with.
