Janne is a Tampere located improviser originally from Laukaa, Central Finland. He is happy to be on stage and gets excited about new opportunities, whether it was a new improv show/project, being a guest on a podcast, shooting an advertisement or writing a poem book! He can't live without comedy and is constantly trying to find the funny everywhere around him. Janne is also a devout listener of all music, but give him beer and talk about mainstream metal music and watch him unleash into a ranting zealot!

This week's podcast guest is a comedian Jamie Macdonald, a half-Finnish, Scottish-Canadian, mostly socialist, kinky, gay, transgender guy whose stand-up comedy basically covers all of those topics as well as the occasional pun. He's active in Finland's alternative comedy scene, co-running Comedy Idiot in English, Feminist Comedy Night and Feminist Comedy Academy, the burlesque/drag/comedy show Punch Up!, and political comedy show You Can't Be Serious. His second solo show, Gender Euphoria, is touring throughout 2018. In the episode Trent and Jamie talk about Jamie's career in the alternative comedy scene in Finland and what goes into running multiple different productions in Helsinki such as Comedy Idiot, Feminist Comedy Night.

This week's podcast guest is Tuure Pitkänen, a Tampere based Improviser and one of Trent's first improv students in Finland. Tuure works as a trainer at an IT company in Tampere, and does improv whenever he has the possibility. He started learning improv about seven years ago, and currently performs with several groups (JadaJada Improv, Korkeapaine) and as a cast member in various improv shows. Tuure is a Finn who started out doing improv in English. Nowadays he performs in Finnish as well. In the episode Trent and Tuure talk about the good old days when Tuure was unemployed and they could spend a lot of time doing comedy together. They also discuss how improv has changed in Finland over the past few years and how Finnish Improv compares to the rest of the European improv community.

She is an Improviser, Improv teacher, Drama Instructor, MA, Mom, Woman, 40 and in the episode they go trough Johanna's growing success in the field of comedy and talk about the maturation of the Finnish audiences. This week's podcast guest is the YesFinland company co-producer Ville Välimäki. Trent and Ville first met in 2015 at Trent's improv classes in Tampere and later he started working as an Intern for Trent and for the Finland International Improv Festival and currently he is doing his Thesis about producing this podcast.
