1905 Captain Auble was appointment temporary Chief of the Los Angeles Police department. His position would last into 1906 when an election was held. A new mayor was elected and he appointment someone to take the position. Auble was reduced this is old position as Captain one of six. 1880 Mike Megher was elected mayor of cowtown Caldwell, Kansas, the last in my series of cowtowns. A few year earlier he was the former town marshal of Wichita in its' hay-day. One man, tried to kill him, he failed and died instead. Mike would go to the next and last of the large cow-towns. Trouble would follow. In 20 minutes you will learn of the trouble in Caldwell, the how's and why's and understand the title of this cast. The story is based on true events.
