I had recently Stephanie Bowman and Reta Clyde as guests on one of the most impactful [and timely!] podcasts in the series to date! HCA Healthcare [www.hcahealtcare.com] was founded in the USA in 1968. They have 280,000 staff with hospital facilities in 20 states. The organisation is committed to the care and improvement of human life. Stephanie Bowman is the Director of Organisational Development, and Reta Clyde is the National Group Senior Leadership Training Specialist.
