Bryan Amos is the Founder and CEO of The Omni Group - which is comprised of Omni Multifamily Assessments, Omni Construction, and Omni Multifamily Investments. Bryan Amos has been in real estate investment since 2002. Working at a start-up real estate investment company, Clear Oak Partners, he managed a portfolio of high-end single family residences in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In addition to property management, Bryan was also responsible for all construction management and general contracting. From 2002 to 2009 Bryan managed $15M in renovations to single family properties. In 2009, Bryan began a real estate consulting business that would later become Omni Multifamily Assessments. He has actively managed over $50M in renovations to multifamily properties. Finally, Bryan founded Omni Multifamily Investments, which was created to partner with investors in value-add multifamily properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. You don't want to make a large mistake when buying a large multifamily property, but many investors will not hire a qualified apartment inspector or engineer to uncover any physical problems on the asset. Problems like a blocked or broken sewer line; or old electrical panels that won't trip and will have the potential to spark a fire; or how many older HVAC units must be replaced in the next 2-3 years. Multifamily physical due diligence is extremely important. You gotta know what you are buying!  You need an apartment inspector to determine the condition of the asset you are buying.  Bryan Amos is a multifamily inspector & engineer. He helps buyers uncover possible rehab concerns and potential future costs when they are considering purchasing an apartment building. He is looking out for you and your investors on any potential future capital costs. Bryan creates a reliable rehab/ construction budget for you and your lender to review.
