•Curtis Fondren is the epitome of a seasoned music professional. As a master percussionist having performed in various genres with adept musicians and singers including Fontella Bass, David Peaston, Dionne Warwick, Lester Bowie, Tramaine Hawkins, Rev. Jesse Dixon, The Barrett Sisters, Rev. James Cleveland, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Albertina Walker, Lamont Lenox, Twinkie Clark, Chrystal Rucker and Rev. Jessie Jackson and The Operation Push Choir to name a few. •In over 3 decades, Curtis developed and perfected his craft while playing on numerous recordings. These recordings included Rev. Clay Evans and The Fellowship Baptist Church Choir, Dr. Charles G. Hayes and the Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer Choir ( including the Gold selling Jesus Can Work it Out LP), Gospel Music Legends Donald and Geraldine Gay, Rev. •Pierre Walker was born in Chicago, Illinois, soon after his family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was raised and completed his secular education. •Pierre grew up in a home where music was treasured. His father, Rev. Charles Walker is an accomplished concert pianist. Pierre knew at an early age that music would be a vital part of his life. He loves all kinds of music, especially gospel music. •At the age of 9, Pierre began playing at his father's church in Philadelphia. He began writing songs at the age of 13. To further expand his music education, he attended the Jenkintown Music School in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, the Settlement School of Music in Philadelphia, PA., and the DePaul University School of Music in Chicago, Illinois under the instruction of Linda Hirt. •Pierre's professional accomplishments include being the primary organist for many historical churches and distinguished Pastors and leaders in Chicago. IL.  Pierre has performed and recorded with many renowned artists and gospel greats including Dr. Charles G. Hayes, Rev. Dr. Clay Evans, Albertina Walker, the late Rev. Lavelle Lacy, Musician, Songwriter and Founder of Chicago Musicians Coalition now known as International Musicians Coalition. Lavelle had been writing Gospel songs since the 1970's in to the 1990's. He wrote songs for various Gospel Artists and choirs. Many of his songs were recorded by choirs such as the late Fr. Charles G. Hayes and the Cosmopolitan Church Choir ("The Warriors"), the late Rev. Maceo Woods and Christian Tabernacle Concert Choir, the late James C. Chambers and the Ecclesiastes Community Choir and Chicago Mass Choir. Lavelle appeared on may recordings as the music director and or playing organ and keyboards. He was part of a project called "Lift Me Up" on the Sirens record label. Ethel Holloway, Director, Singer, Songwriter and Solo Artist travelled with Jessy Dixon throughout Europe and the United States singing backup and on multiple occasions duets with Jessy. She was a lead singer with the late Rev. Milton Brunson and the Thompson Community Choir. Ethel also put out her solo album entitled "I Love The Lord" which she co wrote the title song. Brenda Joyce Moore, Musician, Songwriter who played for many churches, Gospel Artists, Choirs and groups. One of the most recognized songs she penned was "Perfect Praise" (to which many call it "How Excellent"). Brenda was a musician at Operation Bread Basket ("Operation P.U.S.H.) on their Saturday broadcast under the leadership of Rev. Jessie Jackson and for Apostle Joann Long (Founder of New Life Believers Church). Brenda wrote songs for several choirs and groups and recorded her own album entitled "Standing On Your Word." William Hamilton, Director, Minister of Music, Songwriter, Singer and Mass Choir Music Coordinator. William was the Minister of Music at New Covenant M.B. Church in Chicago, IL (Pastor Stephen J. Thurston). William sang, wrote music and travelled across the US with James C. Charles G. Hayes was ordained in the Ministry at the age of 19 years old in1957. Then two years later he organized /founded Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer on April 28, 1959. During the growth of his church ministry he also developed one of the top rated Church Choirs to ever hit the charts. Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer Choir” became known affectionately known as “The Warriors”. Dr. Charles G. Hayes and Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer Choir has recorded over 30 albums and five single 45's throughout the past 50 YEARS.
