On this fun and light bonus episode Rebecca and I talk about self-caring in these particularly weird and stressful times, and we talk about going through fibro pain and migraines, and the necessity to selfcare whenever necessary for mental or physical health upkeep. We talk again a little bit about the difference between content creators with real expertise vs those just doing it to feel self-important, who often give bad information, do it to feel superior, or who target others for no good reason other than to climb to their higher status. That said, we strive to get folks to believe in themselves and to escape bad jobs where perhaps they feel depressed, hopeless, or persecuted, and to believe in themselves enough to go for it! But when you do that though, the importance of not allowing that power to go to your head, or inadvertently damaging others in the process.
