One of Max's many musical adventures included owning a few record stores. Midnight Music came first with Max becoming a partner in an existing record store. In true Max fashion, tempers flared, ultimately causing Max to leave Midnight Music behind, eventually landing on a new spot off I-240 & Penn, South Okahoma City & Choice Music was born! There were a few versions of Choice Music, from the southside to the north. The last version, off of S. 59th, just west of I-35, ended up burning to the ground & once again, Max lost it all. Social Media didn't exist completely yet but online message board did & the rumors were flying about the reasons why Choice Music burned down. In this episode we clear up the rumors & hear the story from the man himself! He didn't come this far to lose! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
