Roberto Villalobos Atlas y Diego Maggio, abogados en derecho penal y de familia, en el programa Reporte Urbano, declarado de interés para la Comunicación Social de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires por la Legislatura Porteña. “Pero una cosa que yo encuentro en el fondo de todo esto, son estas emociones de rechazo, de abandono, esos sentimientos de culpabilidad, que empiezan a tener los menores, los niños cuando están atrapados en esas batallas entre los adultos, a pesar de que tienen noción de que algo está pasando, que algo está mal, empiezan a tomar estas cuestiones como que ellos son los culpables, que ellos son los generadores de estos conflictos, los adultos muchas veces no dimensionan eso, y sumado a estos sentimientos de culpabilidad, una cuestión que también es muy presente, y creo yo que es la parte más cruel de la obstrucción de vínculos, es la de utilizar a los chicos como canalizadores de odios, de rechazos, de sentimientos negativos que tienen, el progenitor que por lo general es el que crea el escenario de la obstrucción en contra del otro progenitor, entonces todas esas emociones, tan negativas, que en lugar de gestionar de manera asertiva, empiezan a castigar y a poner en los chicos, genera un impacto en ellos y creo que en el núcleo de todos esos comportamientos que vienen después, están esos sentimientos de culpabilidad, y se suma a eso los sentimientos de rechazo y de abandono, porque ese chico que empieza a pensar, ese padre, esa madre ausente no está porque yo estoy mal, porque hay algo en mí, porque hay algo en mí que esa persona no quiere, todos esos sentimientos de poco valor, los sentimientos de culpabilidad, son los que después de convierten en los generadores, esa es la parte más cruel de la obstrucción de vínculos, sobre todo porque son niños y, utilizarlos como caballitos de batalla en estos conflictos judiciales y en estos divorcios tan conflictivos, sino también como una especie de canalizador de emociones, que el adulto debería poder gestionar, de manera asertiva y de manera sana”, siguió la profesional psicóloga en los micrófonos de AM 1010 Onda Latina y las más de 50 retransmisoras en 8 países asociadas a la Red Orión. “Hablando con adolescentes que han sido víctimas de obstrucción de vínculos, es esa cuestión de la injusticia, porque el progenitor obstructor, no dimensiona, a veces, no tienen en cuenta que los chicos crecen, y cuando crecen empiezan a tener curiosidad, por saber qué pasó, muchos de esos chicos, en medio de esa curiosidad, en medio de intentar saber qué pasó, se enteran de la realidad, de cómo se dieron las cosas, y ahí impacta un sentimiento de injusticia, de haber sido manipulado psicológica y emocionalmente por el otro progenitor”, señaló Egas el viernes 24 de enero pasadas las 10 de la mañana en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. “Cuando esa manipulación psicológica se da tan profundamente, tiene mucho que ver como, por ejemplo, no pueden canalizar o elaborar emociones como el odio y el rechazo. El progenitor que termina diseñando el escenario de obstrucción, no dimensiona la gravedad de tomar a los hijos como canalizadores de todas esas emociones tan negativas, los chicos no es que crecen y las emociones se desprenden de ellos, esas emociones quedan ahí, ese odio, ese rechazo, ese resentimiento queda ahí, en muchos casos, por ejemplo, cuando esto ha sido generado por la madre, es decir, el progenitor obstructor ha sido la madre, los chicos y las chicas crecen teniendo un odio general hacia los hombres por ejemplo, en general, o sea, esta cuestión de sentir este rechazo hacia el hombre, simplemente por haber sido el canalizador de la bronca de la madre, en los casos de obstrucción donde la madre es la generadora, hay un trastorno de la identidad, porque no esta esa otra parte. Hay una realidad y es que cuando hay dos familias, que ambas quieren formar parte del crecimiento de un chico, con amor y desde un lugar sano, esas familias tienen que ser habilitadas para poder formar parte de esa crianza, el chico que crece sin esa otra parte, indefectiblemente, va a haber su identidad afectada, siempre va a estar preguntándose ese por qué, esa falta, ese hueco y es ahí donde caen esos comportamientos tan negativos de los que vos hablabas, los embarazos, los episodios de depresión, los ataques de pánico, los ataques de ansiedad, vienen como consecuencia de ese vacío que hay, inconsciente claramente, porque esto no es que los chicos dicen yo se que esto esta pasando, hay una parte que nunca estuvo, que forma a la identidad, sea que nosotros lo veamos o no, es ese otro cincuenta por ciento que necesito para formarme, el otro cincuenta por ciento, fue un padre o una madre y toda esa familia”, explicó. ATAQUES DE PÁNICO, DEPRESIÓN Y ANSIEDAD SON LAS CONSECUENCIAS DE LOS VACIOS QUE GENERA EL TRASTORNO DE LA IDENTIDAD CUANDO LE CAMBIAN EL APELLIDO AL NIÑO POR ODIO, RECHAZO Y RESENTEMIENTO “En la clínica veo consecuencias muy negativas en términos psicológicos y emocionales. En los casos donde hay falsas denuncias de abuso, por ejemplo, es muy difícil, lograr sacar, esas memorias que generaron en los niños, es casi imposible, a veces, cuando nosotros tenemos falsas denuncias de abuso, por ejemplo, cuando el niño o la niña han sido manipulados, a tal extremo, que es una situación cruel de todo esto, el abuso infantil es tan negativo como la falsa denuncia de abuso infantil, el impacto psicológico y emocional es igual de devastador, porque una vez que esta instalado en el cerebro, el niño lo cree así, el sistema emocional y el sistema cognitivo del niño se desarrolla desde ese lugar”, lamentó. “Cuando hay una manipulación emocional psicológica tan grande desde la infancia, eso difícilmente se pueda remover mas adelante, una vez que todas estas cuestiones han sido canalizadas en los niños, este odio, resentimiento, rechazo, todo lo que trae el conflicto legal de los divorcios conflictivos, ha afectado a los niños y sumado a eso, tenemos toda esta parte de la manipulación psicológica emocional, difícilmente, los chicos se liberan de eso, mas adelante”, afirmó la doctora en psicología. “Les estamos generando un caos psicológico y emocional cuando un progenitor pretende que le niño sienta exactamente lo mismo que yo siento hacia ese otro progenitor, es muy cruel cuando ha habido contacto con ese progenitor y ese vinculo ha sido positivo y de repente separado de ese vínculo, es todavía peor. En todos los escenarios, en la adolescencia y en la adultes, es muy difícil que los niños puedan librarse de esas cuestiones tan negativas. Il 6 maggio 1996 a Chiavari, in provincia di Genova, fu assassinata una ragazza, Nada Cella. Aveva 24 anni. Fu uccisa nello studio di commercialista dove lavorava da cinque anni. Ai soccorritori fu comunicato che si era trattato di un incidente, il luogo dove era avvenuto il delitto non fu preservato, la scena del crimine fu irrimediabilmente contaminata, addirittura furono pulite con straccio e spazzolone le macchie di sangue trovate sul pianerottolo e sulle scale. L'arma del delitto non è mai stata trovata. L'omicidio di Nada Cella presentava molte caratteristiche in comune con quello di Simonetta Cesaroni, avvenuto in via Poma, a Roma, sei anni prima. Le indagini a Chiavari si concentrarono sul datore di lavoro della ragazza, il commercialista Marco Soracco, ma l'inchiesta non portò a nulla. Altre piste, e soprattutto una, furono sottovalutate o non considerate. L'omicidio di Nada Cella divenne così un cold case, un caso freddo, irrisolto. Solo nel 2021 l'inchiesta è stata ufficialmente riaperta. Feel confused about how to assess and treat someone with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)? We got your back! In this episode host Erin Gallardo interviews FND experts Heather Salon, PT, DPT, NCS and Julie Maggio, PT, DPT, NCS on this range of neurological symptoms that includes functional movement disorders, seizures, and speech/communication issues. FND is characterized by abnormal brain connectivity and network dysfunction, often presenting with mixed symptoms. A key shift in recent years has been the recognition of FND as a "rule-in" diagnosis, rather than a diagnosis of exclusion. Learn what to expect during the subjective evaluation and how to approach it with best practice. Heather and Julie highlight the importance of identifying specific "rule-in" signs, such as Hoover sign, give-way weakness, and symptom variability, to confidently diagnose FND. They also emphasize the need for a comprehensive assessment, including evaluations of the motor, sensory, and autonomic systems. Also discussed are differential diagnoses like dystonia.   The conversation underscored the multidisciplinary nature of FND care, with physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and neurologists working collaboratively to provide optimal treatment. Il 9 maggio 1997 poco dopo le 11:40 Marta Russo, studentessa ventiduenne, venne colpita alla testa da un proiettile mentre camminava all'interno dell'università La Sapienza, di Roma, dove studiava Giurisprudenza. Morì cinque giorni dopo. Le due nuove puntate di Indagini raccontano che cosa avvenne nei giorni e nelle settimane successive a quel delitto: la ricerca di chi aveva sparato, da dove e perché. L'arma del delitto non venne trovata e non fu individuato il movente. La ricostruzione della traiettoria del proiettile fu estremamente complessa: era impossibile stabilire l'esatta posizione della testa della ragazza quando fu colpita. Si ricorse a una ricostruzione in 3D realizzata nei laboratori della polizia scientifica. La perizia chiamata Stub individuò particelle apparentemente riconducibili agli elementi di innesco di uno sparo sul davanzale di una finestra dell'istituto di Filosofia del Diritto. Quelle perizie furono però di fatto cancellate dal processo per decisione della Corte di Cassazione. Ma soprattutto Indagini racconta il percorso cronologico delle testimonianze mutevoli che portarono all'arresto di due assistenti dell'istituto, Giovanni Scattone e Salvatore Ferraro. Quelle testimonianze, di tre persone, furono molto contestate durante il processo e suscitarono forti polemiche per i metodi usati durante gli interrogatori. Scattone e Ferraro, che si sono sempre dichiarati innocenti, furono condannati per omicidio colposo e per favoreggiamento. L'arma del delitto non è mai stata trovata, il movente mai individuato. Frequentava la scuola svizzera: quel giorno uscì dalle lezioni nel pomeriggio, come accadeva ogni giorno, ma non arrivò mai a casa. La famiglia pensò subito a un sequestro di persona. Il padre della ragazza era sesto nella classifica dei contribuenti della città. In Italia, proprio in quegli anni, si stava sviluppando la pratica criminale dei sequestri di persona a scopo di estorsione: saranno centinaia negli ani seguenti. Nel solo 1977, l'anno peggiore, i sequestri furono 75, più di uno alla settimana. La telefonata con la richiesta di riscatto arrivò il giorno successivo alla scomparsa. Una voce registrata chiese 50 milioni di lire per rilasciare la ragazza. In quel momento Milena Sutter, così stabilì il processo, era già morta. Il suo corpo venne ritrovato in mare il 20 maggio, nella baia di Priaruggia. Attorno alla vita le era stata legata una cintura da sub con pesi da un chilo. Lo stesso giorno venne arrestato un venticinquenne, Lorenzo Bozano, che passò alle cronache come “il biondino della spider rossa”. Nei pressi della villa dei Sutter e vicino alla scuola svizzera era stata notata infatti una Alfa Romeo Giulietta spider rossa con molte ammaccature. L'auto venne individuata e venne individuato anche il proprietario, Bozano, appunto, riconosciuto da alcuni testimoni come il ragazzo che spesso si aggirava intorno alla villa dove viveva la famiglia della ragazza, in viale Mosto. Contro fi lui furono raccolti molti indizi, alcuni estremamente importanti, ma non ci fu mai la cosiddetta “prova regina”. Il caso Sutter suscitò molta emozione, il processo fu seguitissimo, da più parti si tornò a parlare di pena di morte in Italia. Bozano, che si è sempre dichiarato innocente, fu assolto in primo grado e poi condannato all'ergastolo nel processo d'appello, condanna confermata dalla Corte di Cassazione.
