Jay Swanson is an American sci-fi/fantasy author living abroad in Paris. On top of that, he’s a YouTuber with over 40,000 subscribers and has done over 1,000 daily vlogs (he’s stopped uploading daily and now uploads a couple of times a week). His videos document what it’s like to live abroad and tips for people traveling to Paris.In our conversation today, we dive deep into Jay’s writing process, how he got started, why he publishes independently and more.
