This week I got to chat with Jessica Rothenberg, online fitness and wellness coach and owner of @thetraininghour on Instagram. Jess opens about her long fitness journey that started with being over weight and living off of pizza and soda. She then fell into the trap of the low-calorie, cardio approach to losing weight, which eventually led her body to crash. Through her own experience and knowledge as a trainer she has completely revamped her view of what health looks like and now shares this with others in her practice. We get into how stress impacts the body, why lifting weights will not make you "bulky" and her experience traveling with Cirque Du Soleil, as well as going through a divorce. I love how open and honest Jess is with everything she has been through, and she is so incredibly smart. I am excited to be able to share her expertise with all of you.
