Frankston based multidisciplinary artist, ALISON TEDESCO, joined Ami & Tina to share insight into her first major solo exhibition, 'Street Stories'. The artwork brings together a series of meticulously crafted miniatures inspired by the urban landscapes of Frankston and beyond. From weathered bus stops to abandoned factories and forgotten corners, each work is rich with detail, character and nostalgia. The underground graffiti scene which originated in Frankston in the late 1990s, is also a font of inspiration. Currently exhibiting at McClelland Gallery, Tedesco transforms everyday urban spaces into meticulously detailed dioramas that capture the history of places often overlooked. Inspired by memories of her grandmother's home and a fascination with buildings in transition, her works explore themes of nostalgia, decay, and the passage of time.

Celebrated Melbourne musician, CLAIRE BIRCHALL, has teamed up with some extraordinary artists, including KIM SALMON and more recently is a member of new super group, FANCY WEAPON. Claire's own solo work is a brilliant insight into a remarkable journey. Claire joined Marcus to explore her early days in music, busking, battle of the bands, songwriting, home recording, touring internationally, Smoked Salmon & Fancy Weapon, and new recording plans.

Ami chatted with Aunty Dy & Aunty Netty who are displaying work at the Kingston Arts "WATER BODIES" exhibition of contemporary First Peoples' art exploring the significance of water, climate change, Country and culture. Presented across the Kingston Arts Precinct in Moorabbin from 3 July to 29 August, the exhibition features artworks by Nici Cumpston (Barkandji people), Mandy Quadrio (Trawlwoolway, Laremairamenner), Auntie Netty Shaw (Trawlwoolway, Tyereelore, Bunurong), Aunty Dyan Summers (Bunurong, Bass Strait Islander, Trawlwoolway), Judy Watson (Waanyi people), and Lisa Waup (Gunditjmara, TSI). Through photography, moving image, weaving, printmaking, sculpture, textiles and new commissions, the artists share diverse perspectives on water and its importance to First Peoples communities. The exhibition forms a key part of Kingston's recognition of NAIDOC Week and this year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly, which celebrates five decades of recognising and elevating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, culture and achievements.

Having worked on public, education, civic, and health projects ranging from $3m to $500m+, Ilana now offers a bespoke design experience through Studio Razbash, combining architecture with acoustics and audio. She is also an exhibiting artist, sessional academic, board member and public speaker; frequently contributing to industry event panels, publications, research and exhibition curation. Ilana has been shortlisted for the Dulux Study Tour for three consecutive years.
