We'll discuss three stories about how the rule of law is a cornerstone of a free society, but it's under attack like nothing ever seen in the US until now. There's the Wisconsin bride recently freed after seven weeks in custody without a court hearing on immigration charges. There's November's state Supreme Court election in another state, where around 65,000 voters could have their ballots tossed out so that a conservative could steal a win. And there's former Wisconsin Justice Michael Gableman, now facing a three-year law license suspension for his politically-motivated but botched “investigation” of the 2020 election. It's a true whiparound Friday as this episode covers many topics, spanning from a listener's Juuso Valimaki scouting report to a promotion for our Masters preview show going LIVE on YouTube next Tuesday night. Andy and Brendan are in high spirits and excited for Augusta, starting this show by choosing a player they'd like to see play himself into the field for next week. There's some more discussion about the Masters having range data for all players throughout the week, prompting Andy to ask PJ how to use these numbers for a gambling edge. Elsewhere in golf, the stars are out and speaking to media at LIV Doral, where Brooks Koepka was critical of the league's standing in year four despite its new CEO spending three months on changing a marketing phrase. Brendan shares some rumors about Bryson's non-participation in this week's "Duel" with YouTube creators and whether he actually owns his own YouTube channel he's been running for the last few years. As promised, PJ has a comprehensive preview of this weekend's James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational, where Darren Clarke and Boo Weekley will play two rounds with Warren Sapp and Dwight Freeney. This episode wraps with a new golf advice question focusing on a legendary upset in golf history.
One of the FASTEST mass market bikes is launched without anyone noticing (or caring), the UCI are back trying to ban things and 1X chain rings at the classics.

Sitting too much is wrecking your body, but what if you could sneak in movement while stuck in the car? Whether you're commuting to work, driving the kids around, or just sitting at your desk, too much sitting can lead to stiff joints, back pain, and tight hips. But you don't need a full workout to feel better. Movement snacks (small, intentional movements throughout the day) can be more beneficial than a full length workout - especially if keeping it simple means you actually do it! In this episode of The Body Nerd Show, I sit down with Hope Zvara, founder of Mother Trucker Yoga®, to talk about simple ways to bring mobility into your long drives and improve your flexibility in just a few minutes a day. Hope's super practical tips will help you feel your best… even on your busiest days.

Today, we look at how you can be faster by being more efficient. We breakdown using your arms as levers and look at how and where to enter the water. We talk about the power of using paddles in the RIGHT way. We get into why you have limited mobility, why you have a stiff neck and why your shoulder hurts. We'll give you the swimming like “a house” analogy and tell you what kind of house you should be. We also talk about the misconception of swimming wide and how to understand what that means for your best and most efficient/powerful stroke. We talk about turnover vs. being more measured and methodical. And we explain why training for a fast 100 is a totally different sport than swimming Ironman. Topics: Using your arms as levers in the correct way Shoulder pain Stiff necks Limited mobility Open armpits Swimming like a house Sweeping under the body vs. wide Don't be too wide Path of least resistance Walking up an escalator The S-Curve North and South vs. East and West Tall and skinny How to engage lats Running strides vs. swimming strokes Too narrow, too wide, just right Understanding paddles and how to use them right The point of skulling Finding the right stroke for you Stroke appropriate for your distance Understanding different speeds in the water Are you committing to being the same speed? High turnover vs. measured and methodical The best, most powerful, and longest stroke Faster by being more efficient Try something that makes you feel weird Mike Tarrolly - mike@c26triathlon.com Robbie Bruce - robbie@c26triathlon.com

The Body Nerd Show is officially back! And today's episode is a little different. Instead of talking about how to move better, we're talking about grief. Because grief isn't just losing someone you love - it's forced change of any kind. The loss of a job, a friendship, a relationship, or even just life not turning out the way you expected. And for the last year, I've been deep in it. Losing my dad in August completely changed my life. So in today's episode, I'm sharing where I've been, what's next for the show, and how we can navigate grief (of all kinds) together. Thanks for being here. It means more than you know.

In 2001, Steve Warshak turned America's insecurities into gold with Enzyte, a 'male enhancement' pill hawked by TV's smuggest pitchman, Smilin' Bob. But when federal agents discovered Steve's real genius wasn't in making anything “bigger” (besides his bank account through fraud), they unearthed a world of fake doctors, unauthorized charges, and Steve's 70-year-old mother who helped run a $200 million dollar scam. The hosts of Camp Counselors, Zachariah Porter and Jonathan Carson, join Misha to explain how Steve Warshak, the man behind the “male enhancement” pill, Enzyte, totally shafted his customers. Stiff winds blew over Canada's Toronto Pearson Airport Monday afternoon as a slim aircraft, cleared by air traffic controllers to land, and its 80 passengers and crew moved to land on the tarmac as snow whipped in the air. But within moments, the plane crashed into the runway, sending fire crews scrambling to extinguish the rising flames around the overturned jet. Learn more about your ad choices. Get ready for a wild ride on this week's episode of Kliq This, where Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver dive into absolutely everything from a surprising deep dive on beef tallow skincare, to a breakdown of the hottest wrestling angles. Expect plenty of laughs, plenty of insight, and maybe even a few jokes about slathering colostrum on your face. Hey, we never said it wasn't going to get weird. Ever wonder if the new “yeet” chant is the future of wrestling? Kevin and Sean give their takes on modern catchphrases, dissect the evolution of “work rate,” and offer some frank opinions on who can really tell a story in the ring. And if you're a Logan Paul fan, you'll definitely want to hear Big Sexy's perspective on the social media star's in-ring potential and promo style. Football fans, stick around, because the Super Bowl talk here is anything but basic. From Mahomes and Brady, to hilariously overanalyzing every second of the halftime show, the guys look at how music, politics, and protest have long been woven into the American tapestry. Expect some passionate commentary on Sam Cooke, protest songs, and the power of performance on the biggest stage in sports. For a twist, the guys go all Dear Sexy and tackle offbeat relationship advice, from complicated threesomes to late-night car alarms. Kevin lays down some common sense (and some very uncommon sense) about handling the unhandleable, while Sean does his best to keep the train on the tracks. And yes, Kevin has a few choice words for house show payoffs in the '70s, too. Whether you're here for the wrestling takes, the eclectic rants, or to find out if a bowl of beef tallow can save your skin, this show delivers in spades. Today's True Weird Stuff - A Real Stiff Elmer McCurdy was an American outlaw who couldn't pull off a smooth heist to save his life. He tried to use his Army training with nitroglycerin to rob banks and trains, often to no avail. After accidentally robbing the wrong train in 1911, a drunken McCurdy met his demise after firing at the deputy sheriffs searching for him. And for the next 65 years, McCurdy's mummified corpse wound up being used as a traveling sideshow attraction known as "The Bandit Who Wouldn't Give Up."
