This week's episode is basically a life update wrapped in bubble wrap and held together with caffeine. Amy moved house with THREE removalist trucks like some kind of peninsula celebrity, Steph became fully obsessed with her bird son Brock, and somehow we ended up discussing bird ear holes in graphic detail. We chat: • Moving chaos and why removalists deserve Nobel Prizes • Starting new jobs and the weirdness of working from home • Brock the parrot becoming the main character of everyone's life • Why unpacking one box a day is genuinely unhinged behaviour • New beginnings, life changes and accidentally feeling hopeful???

Hara outlines what the process of choreography creation and translation can look like the working on a small scale or a huge scale; the incredible work behind the scenes of bringing thousands of students together in a single performance; and how you don't need a strict schedule or serious reason to dance, it's just part of who we are as humans.
