SPOILERS/NSFW - This episode we review "Dark Waters", the ninth episode of the fourth season of 'Arrow'.  After Damien Darhk commands a terrorist attack on the Starling Bay that Oliver and his campaign staff and supporters are trying to clean up, Ollie decides to out Damien Darhk on television.  Not a good idea.On the fun side, Felicity at least got to see that her mom and Captain Lance are bumping uglies before she got lead riddled to the most haunting rendition of Little Drummer Boy we've ever heard!  Not to say that Felicity is in any real danger. They really hammered us with those reminders of her being Jewish... we take that as a "no rocks on the grave" sign.
