    Ivy Insights

The Mark Levin Podcast is an incredible source of information and insight into American politics and history. Levin's depth of knowledge and passion for his subject matter is evident in every episode. As someone who feels like they learned more from Levin than they did in school, I am constantly impressed by his ability to provide a constitutional perspective on current events. His books are thought-provoking and his love for America shines through in everything he does.

One of the best aspects of The Mark Levin Podcast is Levin's ability to educate his listeners. His deep understanding of history and legal theory allows him to provide context and analysis that is often missing from mainstream media. Whether discussing current events or delving into the intricacies of the Constitution, Levin provides valuable insights that leave listeners feeling more informed and intelligent.

However, one potential downside of the podcast is Levin's tendency to interrupt or cut off his guests during debates or discussions. While this may be a result of his passion and eagerness to make his point, it can sometimes detract from the overall listening experience. Additionally, some may find his strong political views off-putting if they do not align with their own beliefs.

In conclusion, The Mark Levin Podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in American politics, history, and constitutional law. Despite any potential drawbacks, Levin's wealth of knowledge and dedication to truth-telling make this podcast an invaluable resource for those seeking a deeper understanding of our nation's past, present, and future.

This week on the Mark Levin Show, modern Western societies, enlightened and democratic, are experiencing "soft negative power." Gradually, our democratic institutions are being subverted by infiltration of unelected institutions like bureaucracies, independent agencies, and the judiciary. Soft negative power leads to authoritarian democracy. One branch of government absorbs and overtakes the others. Legislatures pass tyrannical laws. Soft negative power is so effective that one of the worst tyrannies of all -- Marxism -- is now deeply ingrained in the Western psyche. If you take money from one successful person and give it to five others who haven't earned it, who do you think those five people will vote for? This is why America is a republic, not a democracy. This is why the Founding Fathers put in safeguards such as a Senate, Electoral College and a Supreme Court - things Democratic Socialists despise. Sen. Lindsey Graham would have been amused yet pleased by the packed tributes from those who once labeled him a warmonger. He was a peace monger who stood firmly with America's allies. He knew Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan are forces for good against Iran, Russia, and Communist China. Graham was straightforward, his word was his bond. You may not have agreed with everything he said, but he was a man of principle. He will be missed. Later, the Iranian regime needs to be eliminated. The Iranian people want liberation and are being slaughtered for speaking out - the focus should be arming them, rooting out the IRGC, and applying aggressive military leadership rather than endless bombing or infrastructure destruction alone. Meanwhile, Zelensky and the Ukrainians are winning the war against Putin and Russia. Spain has seen a massive influx of over 80,000 illegal immigrants from Morocco and Northern Africa, with humanity as far as the eye can see breaking into the country while its socialist, radical leftist, anti-American and anti-Israel president does nothing. This mirrors the rapid destruction possible in a single government cycle, as occurred under Biden in America. Communists in the Democrat Party, Democratic Socialists of America and their allies oppose immigration enforcement and attack ICE precisely because they seek such open-border circumstances as a regular occurrence to replace the current citizenry with people from the Third World. This is revolution by immigration that will destroy the country; there is no discussion of assimilation or the true purpose of immigration. Learn more about your ad choices. 7/31/26 - Here's What Mark Levin Really Thinks About the Iran Deal

Play Episode Listen Later Aug 1, 2026 111:54

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the Iranian regime cannot be overthrown from the air alone. We need to take an aggressive posture without ground troops: provide arms to the Iranian resistance movements, destroy Kharg Island (through which 85% of Iran's oil and gas flows, much of it to China), and rebuild later with private investment. Don't listen to the isolationists who favor an Iran deal. Meanwhile, we need to support Ukraine's licensing to build Patriot missile systems while withholding F-35s from Erdogan, who threatens Israel and Greece, occupies a third of Cyprus, and pursues neo-Ottoman ambitions. Also, an estimated 60,000 or more Moroccans and others from North Africa have invaded Spain, breaking into stores, burning cars, and rioting. Socialists, like Spain's PM, Marxists, and the Democrat Party create such conditions worldwide by opening borders and, in the U.S., by refusing to enforce immigration law. Democrats created unlawful sanctuary cities and states that nullify federal immigration statutes, withhold information from ICE, and encourage well-funded radical left groups to obstruct enforcement—even of those who have committed serious crimes. Later, Michael Whatley, the Republican Senate nominee in North Carolina, calls in and reports strong momentum after touring all 100 counties, where voters consistently seek a fighter focused on family success, economic opportunity, and safe communities rather than the record of his opponent, former Governor Roy Cooper. 7/30/26 - Immigration Crisis: A Threat to American Values

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Spain has seen a massive influx of over 80,000 illegal immigrants from Morocco and Northern Africa, with humanity as far as the eye can see breaking into the country while its socialist, radical leftist, anti-American and anti-Israel president does nothing. Americans must fight for our country by explaining its greatness and rejecting Marxism as totalitarianism and Islamism as contrary to civilization due to its embrace of murder, rape, and other evils.  Also, a new Texas poll shows Republicans in trouble ahead of the midterms, with Democrat James Talarico leading Ken Paxton by five points in the Senate race and Governor Greg Abbott leading by only three points against Gina Hinojosa. Close races also appear in the attorney general contest and other key states. Republicans fail to effectively counter Democratic messaging on affordability despite improvements in gas prices, food costs, incomes, and inflation, while open borders and demographic shifts threaten long-term Republican prospects in Texas.  Later, a Free Press piece details individuals around the President seeking to dissuade him from a more aggressive posture in the coming weeks that would significantly weaken or destroy the regime; such efforts amount to treachery that undermines the original reasons for involvement.  President Trump should evaluate his advisers and rely on those who favor victory and reject isolationist or appeasement voices. It is time to arm and train the Iranian people with air and military support, and to capture or destroy Kharg Island—the regime's economic core—since eliminating its ability to fund the IRGC, army, police, and militias would create power struggles and collapse the police state, even after the elimination of dozens of top leaders.  Finally, if the Isolationists had prevailed, Iran would already possess workable nuclear weapons.  Trump has long recognized that Iran cannot obtain nukes, but isolationists claim he is manipulated by warmongers and RINOs; in reality, the isolationists themselves are the RINOs—a throwback to 1950s conservatism that Reagan rejected in favor of victory over the Soviet Union. Isolationists are stupid because they refuse to study the enemy, which seeks to wipe America off the earth, destroy its faiths, civilization, and Constitution alongside Marxists, and originates from Islamist regimes in the Middle East and places such as Pakistan. 7/29/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES the Government's COVID Lie

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 30, 2026 111:56

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the nation's experience during COVID was quite horrendous and covering up for the Communist Chinese Wuhan lab—along with the U.S. government funding provided to it— was unacceptable. Sen Tom Cotton first raised the possibility of a lab origin. On Life, Liberty & Levin, Nicholas Wade, a former New York Times science writer who had written a long piece on the subject; as a serious writer from a liberal newspaper who was retired yet deeply concerned about the reporting, Wade's appearance on May 23, 2021, helped push the issue into the national mindset, giving him his first national platform. China has still not provided access to the relevant data. The claim that the virus jumped from bats to humans was always unconvincing. Anthony Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right today and refused to answer questions before a congressional committee, citing advice from his attorneys. Sen Rand Paul denied the privilege claim, directed Fauci to answer given the existence of a broad pardon, and warned of potential action for obstructing a congressional investigation. But the situation is not clear-cut. This matter may ultimately reach the courts or Supreme Court after a contempt resolution. Afterward, the concept of reparations is preposterous and a deliberate effort by Democrats and the hardcore left to divide Americans. The Civil War ended slavery 161 years ago, that many current residents have no connection to it, and that New York fought for the Union rather than being a slave city.  It's disgusting for Zohran Mamdani, a naturalized Ugandan immigrant, to lecture Americans on our history and claim New York was “very complicit,” while ignoring Uganda's own brutal history under Idi Amin. Later, the Woke Reich isolationists celebrate the president when he scales back military action and enters into negotiations with the enemy but are either silent or lash out against MAGA conservatives who support the president's military action against Iran -- carefully avoiding criticism of the president, who is calling the shots. They do this even though it is crystal clear that negotiations are not working, that the enemy has never honored any deals during its 47-year reign of terror (including recent ceasefires and the MOU), and that the regime's Islamist ideology would, in fact, result in it using nuclear weapons against us (as the president has correctly noted repeatedly). What the Woke Reich isolationists have never explained is what their approach would have been?  Apart from slogans and name-calling, what would they have done? It seems they would have done nothing, meaning that the enemy would have finished developing nuclear weapons, and apparently, they're okay with that despite the enormous risk to our country and humanity generally. Furthermore, while most of them claim to support the president, obviously they oppose him having launched military operations against the Iranian regime. They are not supporting the president.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show,  Sen Lindsey Graham would have been amused yet pleased by the packed tributes from those who once labeled him a warmonger. The administration and public opinion are turning in favor of Ukraine because the Ukrainians are demonstrating that they will not be defeated and Russia's casualties are truly horrendous, threatening Putin's hold on power. The Ukrainians are attacking Russia's oil infrastructure to great effect. And it is making a huge difference in the trajectory of the war there. The U.S. appears to be avoiding Iran's oil infrastructure.  We need to rethink this if we seek an actual victory. We are not going to achieve an actual victory at the negotiation table, certainly not a lasting victory. Finally, Alan Dershowitz calls and breaks down Zohran Mamdani's pied-à-terre tax. Mamdani's practice of compiling and releasing lists of second-home owners is typical socialist behavior. Mamdani is a vicious, bigoted antisemite whose insistence that every other country may be a Muslim state while denying Israel's right to exist. The Democratic party is the most dangerous in modern American history and Mamdani the most dangerous mayor. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, modern Western societies, enlightened and democratic, are experiencing “soft negative power.” Gradually, our democratic institutions are being subverted by the infiltration of unelected institutions like bureaucracies, independent agencies, and the judiciary. Soft negative power leads to authoritarian democracy. One branch of government absorbs and overtakes the others. Legislatures pass tyrannical laws. Soft negative power is so effective that one of the worst tyrannies of all—Marxism—is now deeply ingrained in the Western psyche. If you take money from one successful person and give it to five others who haven't earned it, who do you think those five people will vote for? This is why America is a republic, not a democracy. This is why the Founding Fathers put in safeguards such as a Senate, Electoral College, and a Supreme Court—things Democratic Socialists despise. Also, Democratic Socialists are Marxists. How different is the Democratic Party from the DSA? Abolish the Electoral College? Pack the SCOTUS? Redistribute wealth? Sounds pretty communist! Megan Romer is the co-chair of the DSA, and she didn't hide anything: on Fox News Sunday, she called for abolishing the Senate, the presidency, the SCOTUS, ICE, borders, and prisons, and wants government ownership of corporations. Steve Kornacki at NBC looked at the poll numbers, and while Democrats love all this Marxism, 8 out of 10 independents want nothing to do with it. Yet Republicans aren't capitalizing on this. Moderate Democrats like John Fetterman don't fit in anymore. Will Republicans provide them a home? Then, Anthony Fauci is set to testify before Rand Paul's Senate committee. Turns out Fauci kept a diary during COVID. He patted himself on the back for all the media attention he received and all the celebrities and high officials he met. But the diary shows he lied to us about COVID's fatality rate. Fauci spouted one set of numbers in public but wrote different numbers in his diary. Look for Rand Paul to rake Fauci over the coals. But remember this the next time someone pushes Medicare for All. We now know there was no scientific basis for the six-foot rule. We now know there was no benefit to masks. If the government controls your healthcare, the government controls what kind of healthcare you get. Finally, news flash: Elon Musk is no longer a trillionaire. Poor Bernie Sanders—he just lost his talking point! SpaceX stock lost $600 billion in value. That's how money works: it's fleeting, and it's investors who determine the value of a company. But Musk is an example of the American Dream. He started with nothing and made something of himself. And so what if he's a billionaire or trillionaire? It doesn't affect you, unless you work for him. This week on the Mark Levin Show, an armed lunatic set off an incendiary device in an apparent anti-ICE attack outside a federal building housing FBI and ICE offices in NYC. Violence against ICE is up 1,300%. This is what happens when Democrats repeatedly demonizing ICE as Nazis who “disappear” people, along with similar rhetoric against Trump, Republicans, Netanyahu, and Israel. Afterward, the ICC is a complete political setup job that the United States and Israel do not recognize. No, Zohran Mamdani cannot arrest Benjamin Netanyahu while he's at the UN in NYC – it's a crime to attempt to arrest an elected head of state. Mamdani is hypocritically targeting only Netanyahu while giving a pass to mass-murdering dictators and leaders from Arab, Muslim, and other regimes. Zohran Mamdani and the growing cabal of Marxist Islamists, who want to destroy America, will swallow the Democrat leadership. They continue to claim they are for the “working people.” Marxist policies enslave the working people. The mass grave in in communist China, the Soviet Union, and North Korea were all filled with hardworking people who rejected those systems. Later, communism is all about working people -- killing them, enslaving them, and brutalizing them. It's amazing how the Communists talk up "the working people." For communists, working people exist to serve the state and its centralized masterminds rather than as sovereign individuals. Only in free societies, especially America, are working people the heart and soul of society—the backbone of freedom. Communism is the most defective ideology ever imposed because it requires no knowledge or experience—only an iron fist and a destructive ideology that ignores human nature for an undefined “general good.” Also, New Jersey officials and a software vendor IDEMIA are publicly disputing responsibility for a glitch that registered about 6,600 non-citizens to vote. Between New Jersey, the election mess in California, and such historic examples as the Chicago political machine and LBJ in Texas, it's clear Democrats want to legalize fraud and give permanent power to the Democratic party. Senator Tim Sheehy delivered a compelling Senate floor speech explaining the long-running war with Iran's radical Islamist regime in Tehran. Sheehy stressed that the regime, which seized power 47 years ago through brutality and has never stopped, cares nothing about American politics or faith; it seeks to kill Americans and other atrocities it celebrates and rewards. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump has repeatedly and clearly condemned Tucker Carlson and for good reason. Carlson has viciously and personally attacked the President, not just disagreed with him here and there. Strange that some close to the President remain close to Carlson, even defend Carlson, given Carlson's relentless personal smears of POTUS. Also, the term “globalist” is oddly misused by those who routinely cut business deals with foreigners yet label others as globalists. Additionally, “establishment” is another term. Such words are being used intentionally and perversely to confound and confuse, but we remain neither. Later, no, we don't need more centralized government.  It's already overwhelmed by hundreds of billions in fraud documented by the GAO and by Musk and DOGE. Instead of endless experiments reinventing the wheel, the focus should simply be ensuring a safe, prosperous, and free society; Americans are not liberals on the dole and do not need government treating them as dependents - Florida serves as the prime example. Any Republican embracing quasi-socialist or centralizing agendas may win a primary but will not win the presidency. Afterward, thanks to communist China, Russia, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, and Hamas much of America's youth is against Israel—an unprecedented level of hatred toward Jews achieved through American podcasters, hosts, social media, and the internet. Israel's small population and limited resources could never win a PR war against the vast funding and influence of these foreign powers. Meanwhile, a poll claims Americans are growing weary of capitalism and losing faith in it. Majority of Americans don't want socialism. The problem is the to demographic changes—new arrivals who do not understand capitalism or the Constitution and simply expect benefits—as well as a broader culture that teaches people not to fend for themselves or pursue individual success but to demand big-government programs and something for nothing.  Finally, Gianno Caldwell calls to discuss the community March Against Violence in Chicago on June 25th.  Four years after his teenage brother Christian was shot and killed in Chicago, Caldwell is marching for justice rather than simply mourning. This is a national stand for victims and accountability through the Caldwell Foundation for Public Safety he founded in his brother's memory. Learn more about your ad choices. The United States did not start the conflict but must finish it so another generation is not forced to fight the same murderous adversary. President Trump is acting preemptively to stop this enemy from obtaining or using nuclear weapons that could kill hundreds of thousands in multiple mushroom-cloud explosions, leaving no room for later regrets or mistakes. The regime has already killed and maimed enough Americans. Also, Erdogan of Turkey remains aligned with Iran, provides safe harbor to Hamas leaders, and has funded and supported Hamas and Hezbollah, which is why Turkey should receive no F-35s.  Civilian nuclear energy for Saudi Arabia should likewise be opposed given its vast oil reserves; the UAE's possession of such technology does not justify extending it to others, especially since the UAE was not involved in 9/11.  Later, rogue prosecutor Jack Smith faces accusations of lying under oath during a December 2025 deposition before the House Judiciary Committee. Smith's lawyers rejected the DOJ referral as meritless, asserting he testified fully aware of risks from the Trump Justice Department and that the questioning did not specifically cover text messages, while arguing the real motive is Trump's desire to prosecute him.  This is ironic given Smith's own alleged constitutional overreach and prosecutorial tactics against Trump and others. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, New Jersey officials, and a software vendor IDEMIA are publicly disputing responsibility for a glitch that registered about 6,600 non-citizens to vote. Between New Jersey, the election mess in California, and such historic examples as the Chicago political machine and LBJ in Texas, it's clear Democrats want to legalize fraud and give permanent power to the Democratic party. Also, Jake Altman, a former DSA member, describes a rise in extremism within the organization, including collaboration with Leninist groups and anti-U.S./Western sentiment, leading to his exit over their stance blaming American imperialism for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. DSA-backed candidates are winning primaries, but their new platform reveals radical goals: ending the presidency and Supreme Court, abolishing prisons, closing overseas U.S. military bases, and lifting sanctions on Cuba, Venezuela, and Iran—aims that seek to fundamentally dismantle American institutions and life. Marxist Islamists are focused on destroying the country. The heroic men and women in the military, police, and ICE officers are under assault by communists, Islamists, and Democrats, who seek utter lawlessness, chaos, and anarchy to establish their police state. Communists claim to champion the working class but in power enslave, brutalize, and kill it, with communism responsible for over 100 million deaths. Later, U.S. actions in Iran are noble and righteous to defeat a regime that will not disappear on its own, rejects coexistence, and seeks the elimination of its enemies. We need to partner with ready allies—the Israelis (Mossad, IDF, air force) and willing Persian people—while using the CIA to arm those seeking retribution and to reclaim their country, without deploying large numbers of U.S. troops. Democrats would appease and fund the enemy, but acting now with these allies is essential to prevent further civilian and military deaths and avert the regime's relentless pursuit of ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, communism is all about working people -- killing them, enslaving them, and brutalizing them. It's amazing how the Communists talk up "the working people." For communists, working people exist to serve the state and its centralized masterminds rather than as sovereign individuals. Only in free societies, especially America, are working people the heart and soul of society—the backbone of freedom. Communism is the most defective ideology ever imposed because it requires no knowledge or experience—only an iron fist and a destructive ideology that ignores human nature for an undefined “general good.” Meanwhile, Daniel Ortega, obviously a Communist, has announced no more elections in Nicaragua. If the Marxists-Islamists and, yes, the Democrat Party get their way, election results will be nothing but a foregone conclusion in their favor, a Potemkin exercise in phony democracy, as they destroy the electoral processes established in our Constitution and further alter our immigration and census systems, as well as usurp electoral procedures in the states. Also, this on-again, off-again conflict with Iran won't lead to victory. Success requires fully embracing available tools: first, arming, training, and supporting the Iranian people with air cover, satellite monitoring, and a determined CIA leadership; second, ignoring pressure from Arab countries while fully utilizing Israel's powerful air force, Mossad intelligence, and IDF.Later, the Democrats' new Senate candidate in Maine to replace Graham Platner Troy Jackson has his own issues yet faces little accountability. Separately, Michigan socialist Abdul El-Sayed is set for a campaign fundraiser co-hosted by Kelly Newman, who in 2024 honored her grandfather's military service for the Nazis. Finally, the media constantly demands evidence of non-citizens voting and claims none exists, yet Gov Mikie Sherrill announced thousands of non-citizens were found on the state's voting rolls due to a software glitch in the motor vehicle system. This exposes the larger issue that federal law requires states to purge voter rolls periodically, but blue states like New Jersey and California refuse, leaving dead people, movers, and illegal aliens on the rolls. Democrats and the media still insist elections are the cleanest in history while opposing voter ID and lying about existing requirements—proving they enable fraud rather than clean the system. The Army identified two soldiers killed in from Iran's attack at Mufuak Salti Air Base in Jordan—1st Lt. Tyler James Freean, and Private Isabella Gonzalez. President Trump has directed that Iran will pay many times over for every American killed. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Senator Lindsey Graham, a loyal friend and loyal ally to democratic and peace-loving countries around the world, has passed away. He was a friend to Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and others. He was a counterbalance to naive Woke Reich isolationists who talk about American sovereignty but don't realize you have to fight for it. Graham had a lot in common in national security matters with Ronald Reagan. Not even a nation as powerful as the United States can go it alone, and Graham understood we have alliances for a reason. The left and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Then, the infiltration of America by Islamists and jihadis is really in full force, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed's father-in-law, Jukaku Tayeb, is a top donor to his super PAC and a longtime leader on ISNA's founding committee and CAIR Michigan president—both groups are co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial that funneled millions to Hamas, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood mothership responsible for groups like Al Qaeda, ISIS, and Hamas, and funded by Qatar and Turkey. Why do Democrats tolerate these ties? Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) seeks to eliminate the U.S. Senate and Electoral College to advance their agenda, though both require constitutional amendments. These institutions exist to protect smaller, less-populated states, ensuring they have a meaningful say in government so they would join the Union during independence. Similarly, the Electoral College ensures smaller states influence presidential elections, countering domination by a handful of large, populous Democrat metropolitan states and cities. Removing these safeguards would enable mob rule, open borders, non-citizen influence, and a centralized Marxist government. Later, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. The Republican Party needs to be rooted in the principles of Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Reagan, Buckley, Goldwater, and Milton Friedman's free markets—not Democrat-lite nationalism or populism that dismisses history—and we should demand articulate candidates who boldly contrast conservative beliefs with the left. No, we don't want a bold government, which is what the socialists and Marxists desire. We want an effective limited government confined to its constitutional powers, a bold private sector, and individual sovereignty. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

7/17/26 - Senate Under Attack | Mark Levin Defends Founding Fathers' Genius

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, should our Constitution be gutted? DSA's Gustavo Gordillo says yes. He says the Senate is undemocratic and should be reformed or eliminated. The problem? Small states have an equal say in the Senate. The genius of the Founding Fathers was that in at least one house of a bicameral Congress, small states wouldn't be swallowed up by large states. Gustavo wants to replace this genius system with a European-style socialist parliament. He also wants to put the working class over billionaires. Isn't it funny you never hear Socialists like Gustavo talk about liberty? Marxist "working class versus billionaire class" rhetoric promotes group-based oppression narratives over freedom, individual rights, and the Declaration of Independence. These people seek to destroy the country, its way of life, political and governing systems, founding principles, and economic system—the greatest on Earth—built through countless legal, military, and political battles. Due to generosity and stupidity, including open borders and ceding colleges and universities to enemy-promoted teachings, an enemy within now acts through culture and has largely conquered the Democrat Party piece by piece. Those who love the country and want to preserve its lifestyle for children and grandchildren must wake up, listen, and pass the message on, because if more of them vote, they win. Later, China has constructed a full-scale, three-dimensional replica of a US Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the Taklamakan Desert as a weapons testing facility to target real warships. They're not fooling around, this is serious. Afterward, it's problematic that the media dismissed President Trump's election security speech and his findings on Communist China's interference in the 2020 election. There are foreign and domestic forces seeking to destroy America, including a weak ruling class, rogue judges, and too many university faculty who indoctrinate students against America's core principles. Finally, Rep Jim Jordan calls in and explains that Special Counsel Jack Smith misled Congress by testifying that his team did not obtain the contents of communications between Trump administration officials and members of Congress. Evidence shows the National Archives, under the Biden administration, turned over unfiltered text message contents to Smith's team raising separation of powers and Speech or Debate Clause violations. Jordan also addresses the President's speech highlighting Communist China's election interference, confirming his staff is investigating documents on the matter. Learn more about your ad choices. 7/16/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES Why the GOP Must Reject 'Democrat-Lite' Candidates in 2028

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 17, 2026 108:45

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. Also, Sen John Fetterman expressed his long-term concern as a Democrat that his party might back away and turn its back on Israel, declaring that if it ever officially becomes the anti-Israel party, he would leave because it represents moral clarity for him. Young Democrats in Pennsylvania largely do not like Fetterman, though blue-collar Democrats—including cops, firefighters, and miners—do support him in a state with the highest percentage of union households in the country. Fetterman sounds more conservative on Israel than some of the Woke Reich neo-fascists. Later, President Trump is set to reveal in his presidential address bombshell evidence that China interfered in the 2020 election to help Joe Biden win, including hacking into state voter registration databases and stealing information on tens of thousands of voters to manufacture mail-in ballots, based on declassified FBI, CIA, and ODNI documents. The speech will also highlight over 100,000 non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, on voter rolls nationwide. Democrat states refuse to clean their voter rolls of dead people, duplicates, and unvetted individuals in violation of federal law because they want to enable corruption and fraud. Afterward, the left and the media carry water for or enemies like Communist China by hindering U.S. progress in this critical AI race. AI development is essential for surpassing human knowledge generation in military, medical, and other fields, and halting it would let China and Russia dominate; data centers must be prioritized nationally and supported by innovations like miniature nuclear plants, despite leftist opposition akin to past fearmongering against fracking. Finally, there is no evidence of an Israeli influence campaign. The Israeli Foreign Ministry pushed back against a defamatory Time magazine article, clarifying that all activities are transparent, lawful under U.S. law, and involve no interference in U.S. policy; they lawfully contracted a digital agency to combat hatred against Jews and strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance. JD Vance and Joe Rogan must apologize for smearing Israel. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

7/15/26 - The Woke Reich: Unmasking Influencers in Foreign Policy

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the Woke Reich and certain influencers claim that Israel can't stop going to war but it's the U.S. who has been bombing Iran since the ceasefire, sidelining Israel. These Influencers are being paid to undermine President Trump and blame Israel for conflict with Iran. These influencers push the narrative that if only Israel made peace with the Palestinians, then there would be no more conflict. Who do these influencers think support terrorism? Why don't they criticize Qatar, who spend millions buying influence in America? Also, Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) seeks to eliminate the U.S. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in to discuss his run for New York Governor. Under Gov Kathy Hochul New York ranks dead last in economic outlook, driving out high-net-worth individuals and businesses through anti-business policies, high taxes, and overregulation. Blakeman pledges to cut taxes and electric rates, welcome businesses, ensure safer neighborhoods, and build a vibrant economy. Afterward, Todd Blanche is a proven leader who effectively represented Donald Trump in the private sector and  who is serving as acting attorney general at the Department of Justice. Democrats oppose his nomination because they preferred Merrick Garland who protected Joe Biden by invoking privileges to block the release of his testimony audio or video, hired rogue prosecutor Jack Smith, and approved the Mar-A-Lago SWAT raid and other attacks on Trump's liberty and due process. Democrats would never accept any nominee chosen by Trump. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

7/14/26 - Mark Levin EXPOSES the Infiltration Nobody's Talking About

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the infiltration of America by Islamists and jihadis is really in full force, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. Later, Jack Smith is a loathsome rogue prosecutor who abused his office by covertly reading text messages from 44 lawmakers and Trump administration officials between October 2020 and December 2021. This contradicted Smith's sworn congressional testimony in December denying he accessed such message contents. Republican Senators need to pursue criminal charges and a DOJ Public Integrity investigation with evidence of the false testimony. Also, consumer prices fell sharply in June, with the CPI dropping 0.4% from May—the largest decline since 2020—thanks to relief at the gas pump and broad disinflation, far exceeding economists' forecast. This strong report is attributed to Trump administration fiscal policy rather than the Fed. While media coverage is muted despite the economy's top voter priority, costs are steady or declining nationally, though high prices persist in Democrat-led blue states due to their high taxes and policies. Afterward, Lindsey Graham was a remarkable statesman, principled leader, and humanitarian who stood out among senators for his character, humor, and unwavering defense of U.S. allies and oppressed peoples. Graham was no warmonger. He supported Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan, and the Persian people against tyrants and aggressors. He will be deeply missed. Learn more about your ad choices. 7/13/26 - Lindsey Graham Understood Something Most Politicians Don't, Says Mark Levin

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 14, 2026 112:10

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Senator Lindsey Graham, a loyal friend and loyal ally to democratic and peace-loving countries around the world, has passed away. Marxists/Islamists like Hasan Piker and Woke Reich isolationists wasted no time attacking him, but he was popular in South Carolina and all over the world. He and his sound advice will be truly missed. Also, compare Graham's friendship with Israel to Rep Ro Khanna, who took it upon himself to visit Judea/Samaria, incorrectly called the "West Bank." Khanna didn't bother telling the IDF or police, but he did go with Palestinian activists and NY Times reporters with cameras for good measure. Khanna claims he was "kidnapped" by Israeli "settlers" -- another wrong term, how can you settle on your own indigenous land? -- detained by police and mistreated by the IDF. Video shows Khanna is a liar. Why did he do all this? One, to build support for himself among Jew-hating left wingers and also to defeat Benjamin Netanyahu in Israeli elections. Israel needs friends like Lindsey Graham. Then, we can criticize a document without criticizing the President, who is doing a wonderful job. Trump said he only agreed to the MOU as a "test." The MOU never made sense because this regime was never going to live up to it. Why go through all this for a test? As much as we want to believe a deal can be negotiated, you can't negotiate with a seventh-century ideology. If we don't take this regime out now, our children and grandchildren will still be dealing with them. Also, former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been arrested reportedly over ties to Mossad. According to reports, Mossad wanted him to possibly lead a new Iranian regime. Another report says Israel has signed an agreement with the son of the Shah of Iran, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, recognizing him as leader of a new Iranian government. It's clear that Israel isn't waiting around to see if any MOU will take effect. Then, there are a lot of mosques in this country that preach anti-American hate, and many of them are celebrating Lindsey Graham's death. But these mosques have a lot of sympathy. A new survey shows almost half of American Muslims - 44% - support Hamas. Only 26% of American Muslims have a favorable view of Israel. Support for Israel is even dropping among younger Republicans. Is Israel losing the PR war among Americans? Finally, Abdul El-Sayed is the left-wing Marxist/Islamist running for the Senate from Michigan. He pushes Medicare for all from cradle to grave, yet his psychiatrist wife doesn't accept Medicare...or any other insurance. Her patients have to pay her out of their own pocket. Furthermore, while El-Sayed hasn't released his tax returns, we find out he and the wife are wealthier than when he first ran for statewide office, and he owns two rental properties worth almost a million dollars. The hypocrisy of the left has to be seen to be believed. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week on the Mark Levin Show, look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mamdani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality. People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. Capitalism is the least racist, oligarchical, and discriminatory system. Later, there's no reason to sell 100 F-35's to Turkey. Erdogan is a national-socialist Islamist, a brutal dictator, key backer of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, and a completely unreliable member of NATO. He threatened to destroy Israel the other day, and the administration not only said nothing but went ahead with the F-35 and jet engine sales and will lift all sanctions against Turkey, and we are doing so while lavishly praising Erdogan. This is troubling and it will have to be dealt with by future American administrations for decades to come. It was absolutely unnecessary. Meanwhile, we praise Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey while criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and pushing him to make all kinds of concessions to Hamas and Hezbollah. Also, the Democrat Party and its Senate leadership endorsed, and backed Graham Platner despite multiple red flags, including allegations of physically abusing a woman, a Nazi concentration camp guard tattoo he claimed ignorance of, offensive Reddit posts, and mockery of wounded military veterans. None of these crossed a line for them. But Sen Bernie Sanders and a line of Democrats have finally urged him to exit the race, after he was accused of rape – but he hasn't left the race yet. Also, the Iranian regime sank three crude oil tankers and fired ballistic missiles at U.S. bases. In response, President Trump ordered powerful strikes on Iran and vowing to hit back every time Iran strikes. We saw this coming. The MOU didn't last because the regime can't be trusted. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Now we need to keep up military and economic pressure until this regime caves. Furthermore, the Democrat Party has developed a significant Israel and Jewish problem in roughly three years. It has rebranded itself as the champion of civil rights and liberties, though it actually promotes Marxist and socialist economic agendas—such as healthcare, schooling, and housing for all—framed as civil rights. Democrats now frequently run on anti-AIPAC, anti-Israel, anti-Jewish, and anti-Semitic platforms, with many being Islamists or Marxists, and little pushback from party leadership. Rahm Emanuel, a failed Chicago mayor who wants to run for President, subtly condemns Israel to court the radicals while claiming broader American support. 7/10/26 - This Version of the Democrat Party Is the Most Dangerous Yet

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd is in for Mark. Sometimes things really are that simple. Today's version of the Democratic Party is the most dangerous yet. One of NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's officials was supposed to meet with an Iranian official until Secretary Marco Rubio put the kibosh on it. Yes, the same Iran who are trying to assassinate President Trump,  The prosecutor in the Charlie Kirk trial presented overwhelming evidence against Tyler Robinson. Law enforcement have arrested 8 suspects in the White House UFC assassination plot, where the alleged ringleader is an illegal Mexican immigrant. Marco Rubio had ICE deport an illegal child rapist pardoned by Gov Tim Walz. And one of the main planks in the Democrat party platform is abortion on demand. All these things are tied to the political left in this country. This version of the Democratic Party is the most dangerous yet. Also, Democrats led the charge to defund police after George Floyd. Overall crime went up, murders went way up. When Joe Biden opened our borders to illegals, drug trafficking, property crime, and fraud all went up. And what do Democrats want to do about illegal criminal aliens? Abolish ICE. It's stunning how radicalized the Democratic Party has become. If we're not careful, the most dangerous party in our history will take control of Congress. Then, trust the process because Trump knows what he's doing. The cease fire with Iran is over, but pay attention to the price of oil. Price is truth. Even with the end of the ceasefire, oil is flowing through the Strait and the price of oil is way down. Trump is keeping Iran's money frozen, reimposing oil sanctions and might reimpose the blockade. Trust in Trump, trust the process, trust the price of oil. Finally, the Founding Fathers believed in Divine Providence for a good reason: why else would a bunch of farmers and merchants take on the most powerful empire on Earth...and win? Then, 250 years later, that same group of farmers and merchants became the most powerful nation in history. Our standard of living is the highest in the world. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party has developed a significant Israel and Jewish problem in roughly three years. But it's unlikely his Presidential aspirations will succeed because he's Jewish in a party with a Jewish problem. Also, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) must be closely watched. DSA leaders openly discuss using Democratic ballot lines while pushing socialism, holding elected officials accountable by making and potentially breaking them, and rejecting moderate improvements in favor of working-class power and anti-imperialism. America has the best capitalist system, principles, and freedoms for delivering more prosperity than kings and queens had decades ago. Marxism, Islamism, and socialism produce poverty, violence, and oppression elsewhere. Later, Democrats seek to dismantle voting protections to enable and legalize fraud through measures like same-day registration, no voter ID, expanded voter harvesting, early voting weeks in advance, and allowing votes in any precinct. These changes make it impossible to properly vet voters while Democrats hypocritically require ID in their own facilities and create bureaucratic obstacles elsewhere in life. Afterward, no, Mark did not and has not turned on President Trump, despite what the fake news says. He remains a strong supporter and that will not change. The media narrative is utterly false. But they love to stir the pot and create controversy. There is no controversy. Finally, Will Chamberlain calls in and argues for Alexander Hamilton and sides firmly with him over Thomas Jefferson in their constitutional debate. He believes Hamilton held the right views on the Constitution, the necessary and proper clause, and the appropriate capabilities of government, including the need for tariffs to support manufacturing in the late 1790s and early 1800s. As America celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this episode delves into the profound historical ties that bind America and Israel. From the early days of the Pilgrims, who sought religious freedom, to the founding fathers who were deeply influenced by Jewish teachings, the episode highlights how Judeo-Christian values have shaped the very foundation of America. Yael points out that many of the Founding Fathers, including John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, were inspired by the Hebrew Bible, emphasizing the significant role that Jewish culture played in America's independence movement. The conversation also touches upon the current state of affairs, where demonstrations against both America and Israel are becoming increasingly common. Yael shares her experiences witnessing these protests firsthand, noting how the values that unite both nations are often under attack. Despite this, she emphasizes the resilience of the Israeli people and the strength of their bond with America. Moreover, the episode addresses the importance of education and historical literacy in understanding the relationship between these two nations. Yael argues that many young people today lack knowledge about the history of Israel and its connection to America, which is crucial for fostering a deeper appreciation of their shared values. They've been violating deals for 47 years. It's a terrorist regime that slaughters tens of thousands at a time, and at will. Its ideology compels the elimination of all others on the planet. We never should have put conditions on our military - they should have been allowed from the start to go in and take this regime out. Do Americans truly appreciate liberty, civil society, republicanism, and prosperity or fear their loss? Look at Zohran Mamdani, who has contributed nothing substantial to America. Mandani's anti-American speech was a string of Marxist propaganda slogans about trillionaires amid hunger, monopolies and oligarchs, wealth created by laborers' hard hands yet held by special interests' soft hands, and supremacy for a select few instead of equality.  People don't care about the identities or backgrounds of those who produce goods and services, they only want quality and value. This week on the Mark Levin Show, this American Marxism movement is a threat and it traces back to self-identified progressives from Woodrow Wilson onward who rejected the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. They imposed redistribution of wealth, oppressor-oppressed frameworks, and related policies through the Democrat Party, which has never fully accepted Americanism or constitutionalism—evident in the rise of Democratic socialists, Marxists, and radical Hamas/Hezbollah/Iran-supporting Islamists within it. Another converging threat is the Woke Reich neo-fascists - authoritarians in Republican and other circles who attack Christianity, Judaism, Israel, and Christian Zionists while holding pro-Putin and pro-Sharia positions. Later, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. The Declaration serves as the foundational basis for the nation and its Constitution, celebrating America's purpose. Critics like Presidents Obama and Woodrow Wilson have rejected or downplayed its first part on the Creator and principles, focusing instead on the list of grievances against the king to advance new ideologies; however, President Coolidge defended these enduring, universal ideas from Aristotle and Locke as perpetual, not to be dismissed. 7/3/26 - Supreme Court Activism on Birthright Citizenship Will Reshape the Nation - The Best Of Mark Levin

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 4, 2026 113:15

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin on Independence Day weekend. Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting.   Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. Afterward, the growing fusion of Marxism and Islamism is a societal cancer, which has been discussed before in American Marxism. The Marxist counterrevolution devours American society, culture, politics, schools, media, and entertainment. The oppressor-oppressed framework fuels the leftist tactics, corporate capitulation and the Marxist-anarchist ideology of Antifa and BLM. Islamists and Marxists have united and they have the same objective: power.  On Power discusses power as a fundamental force shaping human existence, determining social arrangements, quality of life, personal and national fates, and the balance between liberty and tyranny. It is ubiquitous, consequential, and context-dependent, manifesting in various forms like implied, granted, or necessary powers, and inextricably linked to liberty—where its misuse leads to anarchy or oppression. The current enemy within attacks the country through these dynamics. Later, the Persian and Jewish peoples share a historical bond rooted in the reign of Cyrus the Great, the Persian emperor from around 559 to 529 BC. Most notably, he freed the captive Jews exiled by Nebuchadnezzar, allowing them to return to Jerusalem and rebuild their Temple, earning praise in Jewish Scripture as a divinely empowered savior. This ancient connection endures, as Persians today, particularly those oppressed by the Iranian regime, refer to Netanyahu as "the Great Jew," reflecting mutual affinity. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, what made the Declaration of Independence remarkable was that it was unprecedented in human history. The Declaration's concise statement of American identity is incompatible with Marxism, Islamism, and fascism. Also, President Reagan was a great admirer and friend of Milton Friedman. He often sought his input on economic policies. During Reagan's presidency, there was massive economic growth, and he won two historic landslide elections, popular vote and electoral college, like no Republican before or since. Alexander Hamilton would grow increasingly supportive of a powerful central government. He would argue with Thomas Jefferson and James Madison on their approaches to government during the Washington administration and beyond. Hamilton argued for implied powers under the Constitution, which infuriated Jefferson and Madison. Hamilton claimed the necessary and proper clause was essentially a ticket to significantly expanding federal action. Later, Americanism and capitalism are philosophies enabling individual decision-making under the Declaration and Constitution, whereas ideologies are fanatical beliefs imposed society-wide regardless of consequences. Communism is defective and anti-human, misreading human nature by suppressing free will, reason, debate, and academic freedom in favor of brainwashing, conformity, and central control, as seen in places like Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, and China, and similarly with Islamists. Nationalists, populists, and Marxists attack the American experiment, economic system, and culture through emotion, slogans of equality, and activist government, showing overlaps reminiscent of 1930s fascists and communists. Finally, Medal of Honor recipient Clint Romesha calls in and discusses his work with America's Warrior Partnership, which empowers veterans and local communities through resources, collaboration, and ownership to foster hope and reduce suicides, countering the narrative that all veterans are broken. Romesha is working with PureTalk in raising $250,000 to support America's Warrior Partnership to celebrate America's 250th birthday and they are matching every donation dollar for dollar until they reach 250,000. 6/30/26 - Supreme Court's Birthright Citizenship Ruling: The REAL Problem Nobody's Talking About

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 1, 2026 115:22

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. Later, Hans von Spakovsky calls in and explains that Roberts' opinion was appalling and a complete rewrite of American history, particularly regarding the 14th Amendment. He notes that Justices Alito and Thomas eviscerated it in separate dissents, highlighting that Roberts' historical account was inaccurate. He criticized Roberts' selective and distorting use of sources like Thomas Paine and Frederick Douglass, pointing out Thomas's observation that Douglass viewed Black Americans as citizens due to their equal allegiance to the U.S., unlike illegal aliens who owe allegiance to their native countries. Finally, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison favored limited central government, while Alexander Hamilton preferred a powerful, activist federal government with implied powers. Modern nationalist populists share this Hamilton big-government outlook with the left, which lacks clear constitutional principles and risks abuse, in contrast to true constitutional conservatism. 6/29/26 - The Marxist-Islamist Alliance: A Threat to American Values

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 30, 2026 111:00

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the American Marxism movement hates American institutions and is out to destroy America. And they have an ally: Islamism. Both ideas have been forced upon us by the Democratic Party. They seek to undermine our Constitution, our Judeo-Christian belief system, the nuclear family, our schools and universities. Despite their outward ideological differences, they share one goal: destroy the West. How? With immigration and open borders and using our constitutional protections against us. And there's a third problem: the Woke Reich neo-fascists, who are antisemitic and anti-Christian. The result is more young people who have been brainwashed to hate this country. We need to realize that we are under attack. Later, a recent 5-4 Supreme Court ruling that upheld states' post-election day ballot counting for federal offices undermines the Constitution.  This weakens fraud detection, as the president is right that mail-in voting should be limited to those who are disabled, sick, or out of town—not universal. In states like California, ballots are sent to outdated addresses, and since such states are Democratic strongholds, pressure is ineffective, yet these practices improperly affect federal elections. Also, experience shows the Iranian regime lies, cheats, adheres to no agreements, and seeks to destroy all individuals, groups, or nations not complying with its 7th-century political-religious ideology through catastrophic worldwide war involving slaughter, torture, and rape until total submission. Unlike faiths that reformed, Islamists have not. Meanwhile, Zohran Mamdani is focused on de-populating NYC of as many Jews as possible and turning into a Dearborn, Michigan or Paterson, NJ. He's making it unsafe and unlivable for Jews in the City. Finally, Director of the Ronald Reagan Institute Roger Zakheim calls in to discuss an Axios article that misleadingly headlined Republicans souring on Israel based on the Institute's survey. Zakheim clarified that Axios engaged in clickbait, as the survey and its own report actually showed the opposite: 75% of Republicans overall, and 80% of MAGA Republicans, believe U.S. security and prosperity are tied to Israel's security. 6/26/26 - Oil Prices Normal, Tanker Traffic Restored, Yet Media Says World is Terrible | Brian Mudd Fills In

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 27, 2026 119:21

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. If you read the news, do you feel your intelligence has been insulted? There's an old saying: those who can't do, teach. When it comes to the media, those who don't know, report. It's been a great week for the U.S. tanker traffic which has almost returned to normal pre-war levels, the price of oil has returned to normal for summer, and the Trump Administration has brokered an agreement between the U.S., Israel and Lebanon. Yet according to the media, the world is terrible. There may be two sides to every story, but there's only one side to facts. So if you think your intelligence has been insulted, you're right. Then, the Senate still can't get its act together and pass the SAVE America Act. Why is this important? Voter fraud has always existed. In Florida, the DOJ announced three arrests of non-citizens for voting in federal elections. Three cases in one week in a red state. How much worse is voter fraud in sanctuary states and cities? With the midterm elections coming up, and voter ID being a 90/10 issue with Americans, we still can't get the SAVE America Act across the finish line. Also, the election integrity project ranks election integrity all over the world. The U.S. scores 54. California's score is 35, lower than Haiti at 37. Between mail-in voting, ballot harvesting and other shenanigans, no wonder they're still counting votes in the CA primary. When you have blue states like CA bent on lowering election standards, federal minimum requirements, like voter ID, must come into play. Finally, the extent of the Democrat's long game is underappreciated. Starting with Saul Alinsky in the 1960s, then with the elections of Bernie Sanders in 1990, Barack Obama in 2004, The Squad in 2018, and Zohran Mamdani in 2025, the Democrats have moved further and further to the hard left. Trump is right: the midterm elections have never been more important. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

6/25/26 - Supreme Court SHUTS DOWN Liberal Justices On Border Security | Brian Mudd Fills In

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Two major SCOTUS decisions on border security today. First, the Court ruled 6-3 that you have to be in the U.S. to make an asylum claim. In the other, the Court again ruled 6-3 that the Trump Administration can revoke temporary protection status from Syrian and Haitian migrants. The three liberal justices tried to argue that you don't actually have to be "in" the U.S. to make an asylum claim, and "temporary" actually means indefinitely. Does the rule of law mean anything to these justices? Could it be that they are radical progressives who don't know right from wrong and want to abolish Constitutional law? Then, most people today don't appreciate the historically great leadership we have or how much has been accomplished in a short time. Since January, he has split off Venezuela from China and disabled the Iranian terror regime and their ability to build nuclear weapons and start World War III. The focus has been on affordability. Consider that 100 years ago, during the Roaring Twenties, people thought things were great. Now, average life expectancy and household income are higher, we have things like indoor plumbing, electricity and A/C, and China has been kneecapped thanks to Trump cutting off their supply of oil. We need to appreciate just how good we have it. Finally, there is a new Cold War...and we're losing. Whoever wins the AI race will be the new superpower. China has excess data center capacity, yet the only thing Americans are more united on in their opposition to data centers is voter ID. China just announced they've built the world's most powerful supercomputer. It's simple: if China out-computes us, they defeat us. Learn more about your ad choices. We are choosing liberty, but we need to replace them in these key roles. We need active involvement beyond passive support—getting hands dirty, not just writing checks. The country must fight to hold and regain ground in key areas rather than cut bait. The time for action is now. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico presents himself as a moderate, faith-based Christian pastor who rejects Christian nationalism. Talarico is actually a radical progressive activist who weaponizes Christianity for left-wing politics.  Talarico's radical positions - God is non-binary, there are more than two biological sexes, the Bible affirms abortion access, and poverty/pollution/prison equal violence. This man is not fit for the Senate. Later, President Trump selected Kash Patel to combat waste, fraud, and abuse, is proving to be an excellent choice as evidenced by a record-setting $6.5 billion healthcare fraud crackdown charging around 450 defendants, primarily in Medicaid and hospice schemes. Officials emphasized unprecedented state-federal cooperation across 45 states and attorneys general, building complete case files for swift law enforcement action—the first such unified effort in modern history. Afterward ,a Biden-appointed federal judge issued a 75-page opinion shutting down the Trump administration's modified SAVE system database, created via executive order to verify citizenship or immigration status of registered voters through DHS and SSA records. This activist decision promotes lawlessness and voter fraud by blocking checks on non-citizens, dead people, and illegal immigrants, especially ahead of midterms. The same judge also blocked an FTC antitrust probe into Media Matters and barred deportation of unaccompanied migrant minors for family reunification abroad. Meanwhile, Senator Mike Lee advances the SAVE America Act, requiring government-issued ID to vote—supported by over 80% of Americans across parties to make voting easy but cheating hard—though four anti-Trump Republicans hinder it in the Senate, where Trump is pushing for passage. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. America must prevail in the ongoing global AI race to prevent China from dominating and using AI to subtly spread propaganda on issues like taxes, censorship, drugs, abortion, and socialism, potentially shaping generations. News Guard is a pro-censorship group hostile to conservatives that blacklists right-leaning outlets, while rating Chinese Communist Party state media like China Daily as far more reliable than conservative sources. By licensing its biased ratings for AI training and supervised learning, News Guard aims to steer AI toward leftist-approved information and suppress conservative viewpoints, amplifying radical propaganda risks if America loses control of AI development. Also, the FBI, under Director Kash Patel, is actively fulfilling President Trump's campaign promise to combat waste, fraud, and abuse while draining the swamp by targeting criminals. The agency has conducted violent crime operations resulting in numerous arrests, illegal firearm seizures, and drug takedowns, alongside sentencing child predators. This marks a shift from prior administrations' use of the FBI for political censorship, to now focusing on real crimes. Meanwhile, Gov Gavin Newsom is a prime example of entrenched corruption. There's a DOJ investigation into Newsom and his wife Jennifer's finances, nonprofit ties, taxes, and business dealings. Newsom might prioritize avoiding jail over a 2028 presidential run, while DOJ is following the money.  Later, a Biden-appointed federal judge in D.C., blocked the Trump administration from using a program to verify citizenship and more quickly remove foreign nationals from state voter rolls. The ruling is activist judicial interference that prioritizes illegal aliens over the law requiring elections to be reserved exclusively for American citizens, enabling voter fraud as part of a Democratic open-border strategy to flood the country with illegal immigrants, secure their votes through benefits, and fundamentally transform America. Finally, despite Iranian threats and a Saturday proclamation closing the Strait of Hormuz in response to Israel's actions against Hezbollah, tankers continue moving through the waterway. CENTCOM stated Iran does not control the strait, confirmed ongoing traffic with 55 merchant ships transiting and over 17 million barrels of oil reaching global markets, lowered the risk advisory to moderate, and affirmed U.S. forces are monitoring to ensure agreement compliance. This week on the Mark Levin Show, we're still waiting for the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran to be released. Iran has a copy. So does Qatar, Pakistan and Turkey. But we don't. And neither does Israel. But even if the deal was made public, no deal will change the behavior of this enemy. The Iranian regime has never and will never change its ideology. To them, we are the enemy and we must be destroyed. Those who insist a deal can be made and that it is preferable, then they have to prove it. Later, motivated by hatred of Trump, billionaires, Israel, and Jeffrey Epstein-related conspiracies, plotted a multi-phase attack on the UFC Freedom 250 White House event using explosive drones on the South Lawn followed by sniper teams to massacre fleeing attendees. The FBI foiled the plot by infiltrating the chats after a suspect's mother alerted police over his firearm purchases and radicalization. These Woke Reich conspiracy promoters are fueling such violence, as the Woke Reich overlaps significantly with Marxist-Islamist left ideologies. When Mark Levin was working in the Reagan administration he argued strenuously against a deal with the congressional Democrats where the administration would agree to grant citizenship to 2.3 million illegal aliens in exchange for promised funds to better secure the border. President Reagan did as promised, but the Democrats reneged. Mark has his disagreements with the Iran MOU, and does not believe the Iranian regime will ever honor any agreement, but Mark adores President Trump, just like Reagan. If President Trump wants the MOU to become a final deal, it will proceed regardless of opposition. Later, there are ongoing Hezbollah attacks—firing missiles and drones daily into Israel under a supposed ceasefire, directed by Iran, forcing depopulation of northern Israel. Hezbollah, an Iranian proxy never truly part of Lebanon that has murdered hundreds of Americans, assassinated Lebanon's president, and weakened the country, remains its most powerful force. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, twice as many MAGA Republicans favor regime change in Iran as those preferring a negotiated settlement, with President Trump's supporters overwhelmingly backing the overthrow of Iran's theocratic regime. 51% of MAGA Republicans and 50% of all Republicans support the US installing new leadership there, while only 25% in each group prefer a peace deal. This contradicts the narratives from the Woke Reich. Meanwhile, for 47-years, we did not respond militarily in any real way to the Iranian regime's murder of our military personnel and civilians.  The policy practiced by presidents before Trump was exactly as the isolationists, appeasers, and pacifists demand today and demanded before POTUS attacked Iran's nuclear sites last June and this February. He is the first president to take real military action. Putting aside different views of the MOU, the forever war was and is being fought by an enemy that believes in forever wars.  We certainly haven't fought a forever war against Iran. The result: thousands of Americans maimed and killed.  Later, Zohran Mamdani is an inexperienced young sloganeer who has accomplished nothing, never worked a real day, and acts as a walking communist manifesto spouting empty slogans about working people, affordability, and lowering prices while knowing nothing.  The Marxist experiment is a complete failure that only redistributes wealth without creating it, propped up by prior capitalism. Socialist systems like Canada's are condemned for horrendous outcomes, equal misery, and lack of motivation, while capitalism is praised as spontaneous commerce that rewards harder work, innovation, and better service with success and inequality. Mark has his disagreements with the Iran MOU, and does not believe the Iranian regime will ever honor any agreement, but Mark adores President Trump, just like Reagan. If President Trump wants the MOU to become a final deal, it will proceed regardless of opposition. Some points about the deal: military operations cease, including in Lebanon, and end the naval blockade now. Why drop our leverage over this regime during the negotiation period? And why capitulate to Iran's demand to protect Hezbollah?  Also, the MOU provides for $300 billion for economic development. Who thinks Iran would use this money for anything other than their terror apparatus? Trump deserves credit for confronting Iran but many questions about holding Iran accountable remain.  What is not in this arrangement: not a word about ballistic missiles. Not a word about promoting and funding terrorism and terror groups. Not a word about the Iranian people. Not a word about the regime paying reparations to our country, Israel, or the Arab countries for the massive damage cause by their ballistic missiles and other missiles. Red-blooded Americans will be proven right about Iran's terrorist regime, the world's biggest funder of terrorism after Qatar for half a century, which pursues an Islamist revolution viewing its survival as a divine mandate to ultimately destroy its enemies. Unlike Western diplomatic precision, the regime focuses solely on enduring each hurdle until it can "take us out" in its endgame. Informed readers understand this clash of completely different worldviews and mindsets, where any deal, cash, or survival is seen as victory by the enemy, who embrace terrorism and martyrdom, unlike us. These Woke Reich conspiracy promoters are fueling such violence, as the Woke Reich overlaps significantly with Marxist-Islamist left ideologies. Also, Israel will endure and cannot be expected to stand idle against Hezbollah attacks (fired at Iran's behest, causing deaths and injuries) while being criticized for collateral damage in the same manner as during the Gaza conflict, where experts confirmed no genocide occurred as enemies hid among civilians. Meanwhile, the suggestion of Syria replacing Israeli efforts against Hezbollah should be rejected. Later, despite joint tax filings, average annual income of $1.4 million, $450,000 in taxes, and significant expenses like domestic workers, private school, and mortgages, questions remain about funding sources from Gavin Newsom and his wife. Yet, Newsom complains that the investigation into this is political. This defense is so hypocritical – Democrats ignored the political actions against Trump. Finally, Ambassador Michael Leiter calls in and discusses the strong alliance between Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump, noting frequent phone calls, and deep mutual respect and friendship despite occasional civil disagreements. Media narratives of an acrimonious relationship are misleading, as they cherry-pick isolated tense moments.
