The Mark Levin Podcast is an incredible source of information and insight into American politics and history. Levin's depth of knowledge and passion for his subject matter is evident in every episode. As someone who feels like they learned more from Levin than they did in school, I am constantly impressed by his ability to provide a constitutional perspective on current events. His books are thought-provoking and his love for America shines through in everything he does.

One of the best aspects of The Mark Levin Podcast is Levin's ability to educate his listeners. His deep understanding of history and legal theory allows him to provide context and analysis that is often missing from mainstream media. Whether discussing current events or delving into the intricacies of the Constitution, Levin provides valuable insights that leave listeners feeling more informed and intelligent.

However, one potential downside of the podcast is Levin's tendency to interrupt or cut off his guests during debates or discussions. While this may be a result of his passion and eagerness to make his point, it can sometimes detract from the overall listening experience. Additionally, some may find his strong political views off-putting if they do not align with their own beliefs.

In conclusion, The Mark Levin Podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in American politics, history, and constitutional law. Despite any potential drawbacks, Levin's wealth of knowledge and dedication to truth-telling make this podcast an invaluable resource for those seeking a deeper understanding of our nation's past, present, and future.

6/19/25 - Mark Levin: Fighting Back Against Iran's Nuclear Ambitions

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 20, 2025 113:44

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Iran's nuclear ambitions and ballistic missile development pose an existential threat to Israel and American civilization, which cannot be ignored. Israel, possibly with U.S. assistance, will take military action to neutralize this threat, as Iran will not go away on its own. Iran's actions, including attacks via proxies and American casualties, demand a decisive military response, which is self-defense rather than nation-building. These radical Democrats, fifth-columnists, and isolationists lack any strategy and moral clarity. Also, the people of Israel are never discussed by the media. They face severe challenges every day, especially in Tel Aviv, where ballistic missiles from Iran target hospitals and public areas, forcing families into bomb shelters. They are in constant fear with a disrupted quality of life. Media outlets ignore these struggles and ignore the regime's history of killing and maiming American soldiers. Later, Zuhdi Jasser calls in and addresses the mindset of the isolationists and fifth columnists who deliberately ignore the existential threat posed by Iran's theocratic regime and its proxies like Hezbollah and the Houthis. He emphasizes that these groups are driven by a radical theology that glorifies suicide bombing, chaos, and the targeting of non-combatants, with the ultimate goal of triggering an apocalyptic scenario tied to the return of the 12th Imam. Jasser asserts that Iran's uranium enrichment is clearly aimed at developing nuclear weapons, not peaceful purposes, and warns that the regime would use such weapons, likening its leadership to a cult willing to commit national fratricide. Finally, Sayyid Qutb's book Milestones, promotes pure Islam and strict shariah, rejecting Western values and most modern Muslims as ignorant (jahiliyyah). Groups like CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MSA, and MPAC dismiss devout Muslims who oppose their views. Qutb's ideas fuel sectarian violence and terrorism by groups like Hamas and al-Qaida, and states like Iran, which pursues nuclear weapons through deception (taqiyya). Western appeasement fails to counter this clash with democratic values. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

6/18/25 - Isolationists vs. Patriots: The Battle Over America's Role in Iran

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 19, 2025 114:36

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, there's a CNN poll showing 79% of Americans (83% Republicans, 79% Democrats/independents) oppose Iran's nuclear ambitions, with a slight majority favoring U.S. airstrikes on Iran's nuclear sites (69% of Republicans agree, 27% oppose).  This refutes the small group of isolationists, amplified by the media, who downplay Iran's threat and align with left-wing narratives, asserting most Americans support Trump's strong stance on national security. These isolationist voices are paper tigers who align with left-wing media to downplay Iran's threat and question intelligence on Iran's nuclear program and assassination attempts against President Trump. They are ideologically driven and out of touch with red-blooded Americans who prioritize national security and common-sense foreign policy. Also, Roger Zakheim, Director of the Ronald Reagan Institute, calls in to discuss a comprehensive Reagan Institute Summer Survey. It highlights key issues impacting U.S. security and prosperity, with preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon topping the list at 84%, reflecting widespread concern about nuclear proliferation. Americans expressed strong support for Israel striking Iran's nuclear program, even before recent events. Zakheim explained that nearly 90% of Republican respondents, aligned with Trump's base, favor action against Iran's nuclear ambitions.  Later, Communist China, and their genocidal Marxist dictator Xi, is watching closely what's taking place in Iran.  If we were weak or equivocating, they would take that as a signal to more aggressive seek global domination.  If we were resolute and strong, they would take that into consideration -- not necessarily preventing them from eventually acting but perhaps reassessing how aggressive they would want to be.  President Trump's historical leadership has sent exactly the right message to Xi.  Resolve and strength. 6/17/25 - America First: What Does It Truly Mean?

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 18, 2025 113:59

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, peace is not mere avoidance of conflict but a state secured through strength and decisive action against threats like Iran's nuclear ambitions. No great president—Washington, Lincoln, Reagan, or Trump—would tolerate such dangers. "America First" prioritizes national security and global stability, not isolationism. It demands pragmatic, not ideological, foreign policy, assessing each threat uniquely. Labeling prudent action as "pro-war" is a misnomer; opposing nuclear-armed terrorists is pro-American.  A Kamala Harris presidency, aligning with appeasement, would weaken America and allies like Israel. Trump's leadership, grounded in common sense, rejects endless wars but never shies from necessary action. Also, Israel has a right to live in a free society. These attacks from Iran, ongoing for years and escalating since October 7th, force Israelis to live in constant fear, with frequent sirens driving families to seek shelter in protective rooms or basements multiple times a day. This relentless situation disrupts normal life, preventing children from playing in parks or attending school regularly, and could cause significant psychological strain. Later, some members of Congress, mostly Democrats and a few Republicans, are attempting to undermine the President's authority as Commander-in-Chief by citing the War Powers Act of 1973. This law is unconstitutional, as it shifts power from the President to Congress, contradicting the Constitution's design. The President, it asserts, holds sole authority over military decisions, while Congress's role is limited to declaring war and controlling funding.  Afterward, Sean Hannity calls in to discuss the Israel/Iran war.  Hannity explains that Trump's leadership is defined by common-sense principles, particularly his consistent stance since 2011 that Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons. He contrasts this with misguided isolationism, asserting that preventing a nuclear-armed Iran is critical to global security. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

6/16/25 - Fake MAGA vs. Real Patriots: The Ultimate Showdown

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 17, 2025 116:08

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, those exploiting the MAGA movement for personal gain have been exposed. These fake MAGA figures, like Chatsworth Qatarlson (Tucker Carlson), are grifting, lying, and promoting anti-American sentiments while falsely claiming to support America First. They support regimes like Iran and Qatar, which funded terrorism and undermined U.S. interests. Fake MAGA is very upset that their team, Iran, is losing. They want you to believe that patriotism is isolationism. The choice is between real MAGA and fake MAGA. Later, Minister of Strategic Affairs of Israel Ron Dermer calls in to provide an update on the Israel/Iran war.  The highly successful operation targeted Iran's military nuclear program and missile capabilities. Dermer praises the precision of Israel's pilots and intelligence, noting the elimination of key terror figures in the operation's opening minutes, and expresses confidence in achieving Israel's strategic goals. By confronting Iran, both Israel's and America's futures are being secured. Also, President Trump issued a statement expressing regret that Iran did not sign a nuclear deal he had urged them to accept, calling it a shame and a waste of human life. He emphasized, in all caps, that "IRAN CANNOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON," a stance he has consistently reiterated throughout his political career. He is a non-interventionist commander-in-chief who avoids conflict when possible but is prepared to act decisively to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. We, in real MAGA, real American patriots, stand with Trump, our military, and our Israeli allies! Whatever is happening, we should strongly support our president and our troops, pray for them, speak out for them, and condemn any of the fake MAGA grifters, Marxists, Islamists, and the rest who seek to undermine our country especially at a time like this.  President Trump has made clear that he wants peace, and that the Iranian regime with nuclear weapons is not about peace but genocide.  For the vast majority of Americans, nothing could be clearer. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump is neither an isolationist nor an appeaser, unlike critics like Chatsworth Osborne Jr. (Tucker Carlson), who push confused ideologies. Trump transformed the Republican Party, but he and his supporters reject isolationism, which would mean yielding to Iran's terrorist regime that threatens the U.S. and its allies. Pacifist and unilateral disarmament policies, particularly opposing Israel's moves against Iran's nuclear program, are to be condemned.  What is the isolationist's plan to deal with Iran? They don't have one. Also, Daily Wire's Ben Shapiro calls in to address criticisms from Isolationists claiming to represent the MAGA movement, who oppose U.S. involvement in Israel's conflict with Iran. These groups misrepresent MAGA, as Trump has consistently opposed the Iran nuclear deal (JCPOA), criticized Iran's ballistic missile program, and supported Israel and Saudi Arabia against Iranian aggression. Most Americans, especially Republicans, support Israel's actions against Iran. Later, WABC's Sid Rosenberg called in to express his strong support for Israel's military actions against Iran, crediting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's leadership and asserting that Trump gave the "green light" for the operation. Rosenberg recounted a conversation with Trump two months prior, where he suggested Iran needed to "feel pain," and now views Israel's strikes as a response to Iran's non-compliance with a 60-day deadline. The Trump-Netanyahu partnership is a historic "one-two punch" for the U.S. and Israel. Afterward, Ambassador Michael Leiter calls in with an update on Israel's strike on Iran. He reports that Israel has eliminated key IRGC leadership. The operation also destroyed much of Iran's military leadership, ground-to-air defenses, the Natanz uranium enrichment plant, and a nuclear fuel conversion center, significantly disrupting Iran's nuclear weapons program. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Sen Alex Padilla barging into a Kristi Noem press conference shows a pattern of violent, lawless behavior by Democrats. Democrats reflect their violent base and their violent base represents Democrats. Padilla could have coordinated with Noem instead of causing this show. The Democrat Party is a Marxist party that represents Islamists, antisemites, Stalinists, and criminals.  They've given up on the American citizens. Also, Representatives Elise Stefanik, Jim Jordan, Byron Donalds, and Nick Langworthy shined at a hearing on sanctuary states. They held Governors Kathy Hochul, JB Pritzker and Tim Walz to account. Later, a federal judge in San Francisco expressed skepticism about the constitutionality of President Trump's order to deploy National Guard troops to Los Angeles to quell anti-ICE riots. The president has clear authority to federalize and deploy the National Guard, supported by statutes and precedent.  Afterward, Trump's stance is clear: Iran must never get nuclear weapons. His 77 million voters heard him loud and clear—not the so-called “MAGA leaders” pushing isolationism. That's not Trump; it's Koch, Soros, and Rand Paul's world, not his. He's Reagan—peace through strength, not Bernie Sanders or Noam Chomsky. The isolationists dodge Iran's threats, deny their nuclear ambitions, and blame Israel while ignoring the assassination attempt on Trump himself. Where's their plan? Let Iran aim nukes at us? Blackmail our allies? They've got no answers, just tired Marxist rehashes and attacks on our history. If Trump acts to protect us, support him, our military, and, yes, Israel. Don't smear him as abandoning MAGA—he's keeping his promise. In addition, On Power explains that in his 1792 essay, James Madison explores the concept of property rights, expanding the term beyond mere physical possessions to include personal rights and freedoms. Property encompasses everything a person values and has a right to, such as opinions, religious beliefs, personal safety, liberty, and the free use of their faculties. Madison argues that a just government must protect all forms of property—both tangible and intangible—impartially.  Finally, in breaking news the Israeli Air Force has launched strikes on Iran, with explosions reported in Tehran. DNI Tulsi Gabbard's stance on nuclear war and her revisionism about the U.S. defeating Imperial Japan under Harry Truman are grotesque. Gabbard, the Quincy Institute, and people like Chatsworth Qatarlson (Tucker Carlson) are emboldening Iran's regime by signaling American weakness.  Despite the fake news, Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons, and moral clarity is demanded against the Islamo-Nazi regime in Tehran. Prudent, fact-driven foreign policy is essential, with a commitment to hold misleading media and ideologues accountable. Later, the media ignored the funding behind the L.A. riots by Marxists and Islamists while promoting revolutionary rhetoric from protesters claiming indigenous rights and advocating socialism. Immigration should prioritize American citizens, not illegal immigrants. Also, a federal judge in Newark, New Jersey, appointed by Joe Biden, ruled that the Trump administration cannot detain Mahmoud Khalil. The President knows Mark's stance on Iran, which aligns with Trump and MAGA – prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Outlets like Politico are spreading false narratives and propaganda, particularly from isolationists and Iranian sympathizers. Mark is not leading a lobbying campaign of "GOP hawks."  The problem is Iran, not those warning about Iran. Also, a federal judge ruled against a lawsuit filed by California's AG and Governor Newsom, affirming Trump's authority to deploy the National Guard without state approval. Democrat leaders failing to address the L.A. riots are politically motivated, aiming to secure voter bases through open borders, birthright citizenship, and chain migration.  Later, the Democrat party exercises negative power. Negative power is a coercive force that suppresses individual identity, sovereignty, and liberty. Used by authoritarian entities like communist or fascist regimes, it aims to dominate society rather than serve it, eroding free will, self-worth, and aspirations.  Finally, the Democrat Party seeks permanent power and control, rather than just winning elections. Their strategies, such as maintaining open borders, opposing deportations, and criticizing ICE, are designed to build a loyal constituency, particularly through future voters and their children under birthright citizenship. Democrats tolerate waste, fraud, and abuse in programs and contracts as long as these benefit their allies and solidify their power base. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Democrats and the media are at it again, supporting violent riots, arson, and attacks on law enforcement in California, while labeling President Trump as authoritarian. A coalition of illegal aliens, Islamists, and Marxists are burning American flags, engaging in violence, and demanding to stay in America while causing this chaos.  Trump's deployment of the National Guard and Marines to address these riots is appropriate and lawful – Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan, and George H. Bush all used military forces in crises. These are not mostly peaceful protests, it's totally violent. These attacks were on federal law enforcement officers. Federal prosecution for assaults on federal officers is supported by 18 USC Section 111. Democrats will never clean up this mess because they created it - they want illegal aliens and Marxists here. That creates chaos and violence and destroys our governing system so they can fundamentally transform it. Also, Sen Tom Cotton calls in and defends Trump's use of federal authority to address the L.A. riots. Trump is acting within his legal rights to federalize the National Guard when local authorities, such as Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass, fail to control violence involving arson, looting, and attacks by illegal aliens.  Cotton criticizes Democrats and the media for portraying Trump's actions as authoritarian while ignoring the lawlessness and supporting the rioters' political causes.  He also addressed Iran's rejection of a nuclear proposal from Trump. The offer was generous, allowing Iran access to low-enriched uranium for civilian nuclear power, similar to what other countries receive. However, Iran's refusal suggests their true intent is to develop nuclear weapons, as enriching uranium to any level could lead to weapons-grade material. Later, a mural at Falafel Inc. in Fairfax County, Virginia is allegedly glorifying violent extremism and promoting anti-American symbolism.  The artwork in the restaurant depicts a man in a keffiyeh, rowing toward the U.S. Capitol with a two-finger “victory” salute and a Palestinian flag amid rubble. This week on the Mark Levin Show, open borders, radicalized college campuses, and biased media drive cultural decay in the U.S. Unvetted immigration from conflict zones, homegrown terrorism fueled by media misrepresentation, and Marxist indoctrination in universities are key issues. A Marxist allegedly killed two people in D.C. weeks ago and now an Egyptian illegal immigrant allegedly tried to kill people protesting Hamas in Boulder, Colorado, with Molotov cocktails. Biden's policies worsened these problems, and outlets like CNN and the New York Times spread Hamas propaganda, such as false claims of Israeli attacks. The United States is among the most religiously tolerant nations, with the Constitution ensuring freedoms for all, regardless of beliefs. Faith acts as a moral foundation, moderating behavior and fostering societal civility, even influencing non-believers through surrounding values. Christianity does not seek political control, in contrast to political Islam, which aims for centralized authority over society and government. Without an enlightenment embracing individual liberty, Islam's dominant establishment often supports Islamism, which clashes with Western values. Importing such ideologies into the U.S. may lead to resistance against assimilation, as seen in parts of Europe and emerging in America. An Egyptian national, illegally in the U.S. after overstaying a tourist visa, allegedly attacked Jewish Americans, including a Holocaust survivor, in Boulder, Colorado. The Biden administration's lax vetting and work permit issuance enabled this incident. How many people do we have like this in America? Mark contrasts Alexander Hamilton's vision of a strong central government with Jefferson and Madison's preference for limited federal power and strong state authority. Hamilton's ideas, like a lifelong executive and senators, were rejected by most framers, who favored state-centric governance, as Madison emphasized in Federalist 45. Hamilton's support for implied powers (Federalist 33) appeals to modern advocates of activist government. Elon Musk's push for spending cuts right now is nonsensical. Tax cuts are urgently needed to boost the economy and help Republicans maintain control during the midterms. Yes, spending is out of control but addressing it all at once is challenging. The Convention of States movement is a vital, under-discussed solution to institutionally fix congressional dysfunction, with frustration over Musk and others' lack of support or mention of this critical initiative for long-term conservative fiscal reform. Democrats are misrepresenting the bill's effects, exaggerating economic harm, and overlooking their own $2 trillion Inflation Reduction Act. Also, a nuclear deal proposal offered to Iran was rejected by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The deal required Iran to stop uranium enrichment. Iran's firm rejection may lead to consequences from President Trump if their stance continues. A Chinese couple were charged with smuggling a biological pathogen into the U.S. Communist China is trying to poison us and kill our crops. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a so-called ‘Maryland dad' was sent to an El Salvador prison and brought back to the U.S. today by AG Pam Bondi to face criminal charges. Despite evidence of his crimes, including human trafficking and domestic violence, Democrats, media, and some judges defended him, claiming Trump acted dictatorially and that Garcia lacked due process. They lied; he got due process with an immigration judge and an immigration board. Senators Chris Van Hollen and his Democrats still publicly supported him. How will we ever get this country under control given that the Democrat Party hates America?  Rep Jamie Raskin argues that even under the Alien Enemies Act, due process is necessary, referencing a D.C. Circuit judge who noted that Nazi saboteurs in the U.S. during World War II received due process hearings as a historical precedent for legal fairness. This is the example that Raskin uses? The Nazis had a trial and were executed in less than 3 months.  Also, the FBI and DHS are highlighting threats to Jewish and Israeli communities. It's interesting all the violence goes one way. You don't see Jews trying to kill Palestinians. This is what open borders and the Democrat party gets you. Afterward, there's a hit piece out on the Director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office Sergio Gor. The piece claims that Gor influenced Trump to withdraw Jared Isaacman's nomination as NASA administrator, allegedly to target Elon Musk, who recommended Isaacman. However, the withdrawal stemmed from Isaacman's donations to Democrats, including $100,000 to a Schumer-aligned PAC, $50,000 to Josh Shapiro's campaign, and other Democratic contributions, with no support for Trump until after the election. This background made Isaacman unsuitable for a key role in a Republican administration.  Later, Iran reportedly ordered thousands of tons of ballistic missile components from China, potentially enabling the production of around 800 missiles. Iran is stalling nuclear negotiations with the U.S. while bolstering its missile capabilities and supplying groups like the Houthis in Yemen.  These actions, supported by China, are efforts to undermine Israel and Western interests.  Finally, Mark honors the 81st anniversary of D-Day. If we had lost on D-Day we would have lost WW2. The casualties were enormous, yet these brave young men put their lives on the line, many knowing they would die. Learn more about your ad choices. Mark's visit to the White House was at President Trump's invitation and not about advocating for war with Iran which is absurd. Carlson's accusations are incoherent and desperate. Carlson aligns with Iranian interests and undermines Trump's policies.  Also, the big beautiful bill, which delivers substantial tax cuts for blue-collar workers, middle-class families, and Social Security recipients while securing funding for Border Patrol and the military, must pass. If the Republican coalition fails to pass the bill, Democrats will push for higher spending and no tax cuts, leading to a worse outcome. Congress needs to act practically rather than philosophically. How many people do we have like this in America? Immigration should benefit American citizens, who decide who enters and why. Immigrants must respect and contribute to the country or leave. It's not for importing Islamists, Marxists, criminals, spies, or anti-Semites.  Also, several questions come to mind on the published reports of an Iran deal. How do we know the Iranians will reveal all enrichment sites and enriched material to this consortium?  Will we have access to their country to inspect anywhere we wish?  Won't the Iranians play along for a few years and then, after the initial period and after the Trump presidency is over, thumb its nose at the world and breakout?  Later, Sen Ted Cruz calls in to discuss the Democrats and federal judges who hare undermining the Constitution and the rule of law. Democrats are supporting lawless rouge judges who issue nationwide injunctions to block the Trump administration's agenda. Later, colleges and universities have been destroyed by Islamists, Marxists, and foreign influences like Qatar, Iran, and Hamas, with Jews being targeted in a manner reminiscent of the 1930s. These groups, supported by the Democrat Party, media, and courts, are anti-American and aim to collapse the system. Also, President Trump forcefully posted about Iran – “The AUTOPEN should have stopped Iran a long time ago from “enriching.” Under our potential Agreement — WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY ENRICHMENT OF URANIUM!” He may have posted this as a response to leakers claiming there's a deal that allows Iran to enrich uranium. These leaks might come from the fifth column isolationists or Iranian sympathizers within the administration aiming to undermine Trump.  Afterward, the United States is among the most religiously tolerant nations, with the Constitution ensuring freedoms for all, regardless of beliefs. Marzook, who later became Deputy Chief of Hamas's Political Bureau, orchestrated these connections from American soil. These ties, formalized during a 1991 Tehran meeting, laid the groundwork for Iran's long-term backing of Hamas, including advanced knowledge of Hamas's October 7, 2023, attack on Israel. Can you imagine what's going on today? Finally, Steve Moore calls in and highlights the economy's strong performance in the second quarter, citing a Federal Reserve estimate of 4.6% GDP growth, a significant rebound from the negative 0.2% in the first quarter under Biden. He notes low inflation at under 2.5%, compared to Biden's average of 6%, and emphasizes rising personal income and consumer spending. Moore credits these improvements to the early days of Trump's presidency, countering media predictions of economic collapse. He also stresses the urgency of making Trump's tax cuts permanent to avoid a historic tax increase, which Moore says would cost the average family $2,500 annually. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. These judges overstep their constitutional authority, seizing power from elected branches by imposing policy preferences disguised as legal rulings, particularly on immigration and executive actions. The one big beautiful bill passed by the House would limit judges' ability to enforce contempt citations and would require plaintiffs to post financial bonds for injunctions. There's skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn't destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they'll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Iran's weak economy and defenses make now the time to act, but a deal lifting sanctions will let them rebuild. Any agreement must be a treaty and go to Congress—it's a constitutional necessity. If a deal is reached Iran will eventually announce they have a nuclear weapon, causing a Middle East proliferation crisis. Their ideology ignores mutually assured destruction, driven by a belief in the afterlife, and they'll never reveal all their nuclear assets to the world. Finally, the U.S. Constitution and historical documents like the Federalist Papers do not grant the judiciary, including lower federal courts like the U.S. Court on Trade, the final authority in disputes. Congress, as the representative body, holds the ultimate decision-making power, particularly in matters of national policy. The judiciary's self-assumed power, stems from cases like Marbury v. Madison (1803), asserts that the framers intended the courts to act as "traffic cops" ensuring other branches stay within their constitutional lanes, not to usurp their authority. Congress, not the courts, should have the final say, aligning with the republican structure of the government. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the framers of the Constitution did not grant courts, such as the International Court of Trade, the final authority on matters like tariffs, reserving that power for Congress. The Constitution gives Congress broad authority over taxation and spending, and through a 1977 emergency law, it delegated certain tariff powers to the president. Courts lack the constitutional basis to override such delegations. Historical records, including Madison's notes, the Federalist Papers, and state ratification debates, show the framers rejected giving courts supreme authority, like judicial review, to resolve separation-of-powers disputes. The framers of the Constitution, heavily influenced by Montesquieu, designed a government with a strict separation of powers to prevent tyranny, as Montesquieu warned that combining legislative, executive, or judicial powers in one entity leads to arbitrary rule and oppression. Congress should address this through legislation, not courts through litigation. Also, Sam Antar accused a Politico writer of "reputational laundering" for praising  New York AG Letitia James as a "Shadow Attorney General" in a Democratic shadow cabinet, while ignoring her federal criminal investigation for alleged mortgage fraud. Politico's omission of the DOJ referral shows the media bias, as James has targeted Trump, notably winning a $450M civil fraud case against him.  Later, the Wall Street Journal reports the decline of America's military-industrial capacity compared to China's rapid growth in the sector. The U.S. has allowed its defense manufacturing and supply chains to weaken due to underinvestment, outsourcing, and a focus on short-term efficiency over long-term resilience. This is frightening. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the U.S. If the Supreme Court does not stop what these lower courts are doing, and quickly, Mark is going to lead a movement to pressure Congress to remake the lower courts. And under the Constitution, we have every right as the people of this country to press our elected representatives to uphold the Constitution and give us our republic back. The lower courts are violating separation of powers, seizing authority they do not have, and have become populated with rogue lawyers/activists. The Constitution empowers we, the people, and through us, our representatives, to fix this. Also, the Civil War, with over 700,000 casualties in a nation of 24 million, was worth the cost to end slavery and preserve the Union. Similarly, Israel's ongoing conflicts justify decisive action to destroy Hamas and prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, despite repeated ceasefires and attacks from groups like Hezbollah and the Houthis. Israel's fight is for survival, akin to the Civil War's existential stakes. Critics who label this a "forever war" or warmongering are dismissed, as some causes, like survival, demand fighting to the death. Later, Iran is actively advancing its nuclear weapons program. They are developing a sophisticated nuclear program and possesses a growing arsenal of ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads over long distances. Learn more about your ad choices. Later, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, AOC, advocates for abolishing ICE in a campaign pitch. Democrats effectively did that under Biden. We can't afford another round of that. Also, On Power, set for release on July 29, is compact yet packed with unique, non-repetitive insights about society, culture, and identifying the enemy. It aims to provide a scholarly yet accessible perspective. On Power will read like a novel, covering historical and philosophical foundations of power, liberty, and ideologies like Marxism and Fascism.  Afterward, Hamas is deliberately preventing Gazans from receiving humanitarian aid. They are blocking aid distribution, stealing it, and reselling it at inflated prices, while warning Gazans not to accept food from Israeli aid mechanisms. Yet, major media outlets ignore these actions, falsely portraying Israel as the cause of Gaza's starvation. This selective silence reflects their deep-seated bias and a commitment to propaganda over truth. In addition, a federal trade court in New York has blocked President Donald Trump's attempt to impose sweeping tariffs on imports using emergency powers under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), ruling that he exceeded his authority. As of tonight, the United States of America is no longer a Constitutional Republic. We now live under a judicial tyranny created by the Democratic Party. Since Trump's election, a group of rogue Democratic Party judges has seized all aspects of executive power. Finally, WABC's Sid Rosenberg calls in to express his concern over a troubling trend of Trump looking bad lately with Russia, Iran, and Israel. Afterward, the Trump administration's Middle East trip was a globalist foreign policy, which involved active engagement with other nations. Interventionism is different from globalism; they do overlap but aren't identical. Interventionism is negotiating peace between Ukraine and Russia or engaging with Iran.  Also, who is the senior Trump administration official who keeps leaking to Axios and driving an intentional wedge between America and Israel? They're undermining Trump and the purported purpose of the negotiations with Iran.  NSC, DOJ, and the FBI need to open up a leak investigation. Later, Trump's actions against Harvard are patriotic and long overdue. Harvard and similar institutions promote Marxism and Islamism, discriminating against Asian students (as ruled by the Supreme Court), and historically providing cover for Nazis in the 1930s. Cutting federal and state subsidies and urging major donors to reconsider support is the way to address these issues. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss Convention of States movement. He explained that Congress's failures, driven by politicians' reelection incentives, require structural changes like term limits and a balanced budget requirement. DeSantis dismissed fears of a runaway convention, noting that amendments need three-fourths of states to ratify, ensuring only popular reforms pass. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best Of Mark Levin on Memorial Day. Language is critical in shaping societal discourse, it's divided into positive and negative categories. Positive language uplifts, promoting free societies, free speech, and healthy dialogue, rooted in Judeo-Christian values and individual liberty. Negative language, prevalent in media like the Sunday news shows, involves sloganeering, name-calling, and propaganda to suppress dissent and control thought, often tied to coercive power in Marxist, Islamist, or totalitarian regimes. The media and the Democratic Party today push organized propaganda, aiming to control culture and society. Democrats and the media have been lying about President Biden's mental and physical capabilities to maintain power, using totalitarian propaganda techniques like manipulation, deception, and repetition. Democrats praised Biden's sharpness and focus, which contradicts observable reality, as part of a strategy to bully the public into accepting their narrative.  Later, President Biden's health cover-up goes to the heart of our republic. If a single person, family, or political party can act against Americans as they have, they will stop at nothing. Biden's family, staff, and the media knew about his dementia but hid it. The 25th Amendment should have been invoked by Kamala Harris and the Cabinet. AG Merrick Garland withheld the 2023 Robert Hur/Biden audio from Congress and the Cabinet because he didn't want the 25th Amendment triggered. He played a major role in this cover-up and efforts against Trump and should be held accountable. They were using the power of government to try to get Biden through another election, and at the same time, try to take out President Trump. This was a massive cover-up and scandal, the likes of which the nation has never experienced. Finally, a terrorist executed two Israeli Embassy employees, Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky, outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C last week. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the core difference between conservatives and the modern left lies in their view of the Declaration of Independence, which is a unique, revolutionary document grounded in eternal truths and God-given unalienable rights. The concept of power, as outlined in the Declaration of Independence, is central to the founding of the United States, uniquely vesting sovereignty in the people rather than the government. This power establishes individuals and society—"we the people"—as the ultimate sovereign authority. The nation's structure requires the consent of the governed while protecting individual rights. The left fundamentally rejects the foundational principles of the United States, particularly those rooted in Judeo-Christian values and the Declaration of Independence. Woodrow Wilson was a key figure who dismissed the Declaration's emphasis on unalienable rights, natural law, and divine sovereignty, viewing them as outdated and mystical. This rejection contrasts sharply with the founders' vision of individual and collective sovereignty, which Democrats oppose in favor of a more progressive, secular framework. Later, Douglas Murray calls in to explain that the recent killing of two Israeli Embassy staffers in Washington, D.C., reflects how anti-Israel propaganda, fueled by groups like Qatar and the Iranian Revolutionary Government, is inciting Americans to commit antisemitic violence. This incident is part of a broader wave of antisemitism driven by false narratives about Israel's actions in Gaza, leading to increased violence against Jews. Also, why are federal judges are involved in decisions regarding federal funding for colleges and universities, national security, and immigration policies, which should be handled by the president and the administration. Judges should dismiss such cases, explaining that they lack jurisdiction. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The ongoing internal war, evident in cities like London, Paris, and Washington, threatens national survival, with some political defenses and isolationist views exacerbating the crisis. Also, the Supreme Court, in a 4-4 split with Justice Barrett recusing herself, failed to rule on a case from Oklahoma, effectively blocking a proposed Catholic charter school due to Chief Justice John Roberts likely siding with the liberal justices. This upheld a lower federal court's decision against state funding for religious charter schools - such funding does not breach the Constitution's Establishment Clause. Later, Erin Molan calls in to discuss her horror and anger at the global rise of the Marxist Islamist movement, particularly in the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Year after year, she took the deduction because it was a mistake? In contrast, President Donald Trump followed legal protocols, paid taxes on time, and had verified property values, with Mar-A-Lago worth nearly $1 billion, not $18 million, and still, authorities denied him due process. Also, ESPN analyst Ryan Clark dismissed Robert Griffin III's opinions on the Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese WNBA rivalry, citing Griffin's marriage to a white woman as a reason he lacks perspective on issues faced by black women in the league.  Clark argued that Griffin's personal life limits his understanding of racial dynamics surrounding Clark's popularity, while also suggesting both players should be celebrated without pitting them against each other. This is disgusting. Afterward, in the chapter "On Rights" from “On Power, individual and human rights, liberty, and equality predate and do not originate from governments, as underscored by the Declaration of Independence. This principle, rooted in the belief that rights are God-given through natural law, distinguishes the U.S. from regimes like Qatar, communist China, Islamists, communists, fascists, and autocrats, as well as domestic democratic socialists. The Declaration of Independence, along with the Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts Declarations of Rights, reflects the consensus among American founders that these rights are unalienable, not granted or revocable by governments. Governments are instituted to secure these rights, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed.  Later, Stephen A Smith calls in to discuss politics and sports. The Democratic Party marginalizes moderates, but they shouldn't be able to dictate who joins the party.  The last person the Democrat voters chose was Barack Obama - outside that, the party chose the Presidential nominees, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. Democrats praised Biden's sharpness and focus, which contradicts observable reality, as part of a strategy to bully the public into accepting their narrative. Also, the Supreme Court, in an 8-1 decision, allowed the Trump administration to remove protected status for 350,000 to 530,000 Venezuelans, enabling their deportation. The Court found the Biden administration misused protected status laws by granting it broadly without proper case-by-case evaluations, which are meant for those with legitimate fears of returning home. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Mark emphasized that books endure far beyond radio, podcasts, or TV. While he's often discussed liberty, unalienable rights, and tyranny, he's only touched on power indirectly. Now, he's completed his latest book, On Power. This book is different than any other book Mark has written. On Power is an analysis of how power shapes history. Power is more than a word; it determines whether you are free or not. It's a subject all of us deal with every day. It's a matter that can be discussed psychologically, ideologically, and philosophically. Also, in On Power, there's a stark contrast between America's founding, rooted in a blend of faith and Enlightenment ideals, and the centralized control sought by political Islam, as highlighted by Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a Muslim reformist. Jasser argues that Islamism, unlike the Judeo-Christian principles shaping America's Constitution, rejects individual liberty and enforces a monolithic faith, often tied to anti-Israel and anti-Semitic agendas, as seen in groups like the Muslim Brotherhood. On Power examines the concept of power, its manipulation by politicians, media, and ideologues, and its impact on individuals and society. It aims to provoke a deeper understanding and dialogue about power's application, hoping to serve as a source for liberty against tyranny. Also, Saudi Arabia played a significant role on the 9/11 slaughter of Americans. Their Crown Prince didn't even apologize once yesterday for what they did to us, and the 9/11 families are probably reeling from this. And Qatar protected the leader of the 9/11 attack from the FBI, before he was able to launch his war on America that killed our people. The Supreme Court addressed a case involving President Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship. These national injunctions represent an unconstitutional overreach by federal district courts, lacking a historical or constitutional basis, and justices like Ketanji Brown Jackson are promoting a "deconstitutionalization" of government by justifying such injunctions as a means to force quick Supreme Court review. Threatening a president, especially after multiple assassination attempts, is unprofessional and demands serious attention amid heightened tensions. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden invoked his late son to dodge questions and gain sympathy, revealing his apparent disregard for the nation, as seen throughout his presidency. The Robert Hur interview audio highlighted this. No action was taken against Biden for mishandling sensitive documents left in his garage, yet Trump faced efforts to disqualify his candidacy over securely stored documents from his prior term. These national injunctions represent an unconstitutional overreach by federal district courts, lacking a historical or constitutional basis, and justices like Ketanji Brown Jackson are promoting a "deconstitutionalization" of government by justifying such injunctions as a means to force quick Supreme Court review.  The judiciary's actions, particularly from activist judges, are a dangerous expansion of power that undermines the Constitution and executive authority, especially in critical areas like national security. The 14th Amendment was solely intended to grant citizenship to children of former slaves, not to children of foreigners, and that the current practice of birthright citizenship is a constitutional fiction unsupported by historical evidence.  This case is fundamentally about power—specifically, who has the authority to make critical decisions. Activist federal district judges, backed by justices like Jackson and Amy Coney Barrett, are wielding negative power to overturn the last election and undermine the Constitution by endorsing these injunctions. Prediction: the Court, lacking courage, will likely uphold the status quo, citing long-standing executive branch practice and the potential burden on future children born in the U.S., thus perpetuating a misinterpretation of the Constitution that threatens American liberty. And Qatar protected the leader of the 9/11 attack from the FBI, before he was able to launch his war on America that killed our people.  It's great that we have a deal with Qatar, but they've also spent billions trying to destroy our colleges and universities.  Afterward, most House and Senate Republicans signed two letters urging President Trump to reject any nuclear deal with Iran unless it fully dismantles its nuclear program. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump deserves great credit for the trillions of dollars he's bringing into our country from foreign governments and overseas corporations! It's absolutely unprecedented! Trump's speech in Saudi Arabia included some of the lines used by the Soros-Koch isolationist crowd about neocons and interventionists, but the irony is that it was given in the context of a globalist outreach effort to make economic and military deals with and between Middle East monarchies/dictatorships and the biggest of America's globalists/internationalists/corporatists. Drawing from Alexis de Tocqueville and Jasser's insights, Mark explores how Islamists, inspired by figures like Sayyid Qutb, aim to dismantle Western society, viewed as ignorant of divine guidance, to impose a rigid “pure Islam.” This clash of ideologies, coupled with the deceptive language of tyrannies like Islamism and Marxism, underscores the battle for liberty and the soul of nations. Later, neocons, many of whom were former Jewish Democrats, left the Democratic Party and adopted a hawkish foreign policy stance. While many are no longer alive, today, some avoid blaming Jews for pushing war, instead pointing to neocons as the instigators. Opposing Iran's nuclear ambitions is patriotism, not neoconservatism, due to Iran's terrorist activities and history of violating agreements. Finally, Ken Hartman, Founder & President of Our Community Salutes, calls in to discuss his national nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to recognizing and supporting high school seniors who plan to enlist in the U.S. Armed Services after graduation.  Their goal is to get 250,000 Americans to sign a thank you card to our nation's newest enlistees in the military. On Power: The Book That Challenges Our Understanding

Play Episode Listen Later May 13, 2025 113:36

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Mark emphasized that books endure far beyond radio, podcasts, or TV. Also, Hamas must be destroyed, and Iran must be prevented from acquiring nuclear weapons at all costs. These views are mainstream, not neo-con views. America must always be protected, and isolationists are a threat. We cannot allow nuclear proliferation. The release of American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander by Hamas was positive, but Qatar's dangerous regime uses oil money to fund terrorists and influence politicians. Qatar has been implicated in supporting anti-U.S. terrorist activities, including providing financial and logistical backing to groups like Hamas and the Taliban. Despite its public image as a U.S. ally, Qatar's actions, such as hosting terrorist leaders and funding extremist networks, undermine American interests.  Later, pharmaceutical prices are higher in the U.S. because companies invest heavily in drug research and development. To recover costs, they charge more where patents originate. Other countries copy these drugs, selling them cheaper. U.S. companies aren't overcharging; they're being undercut by foreign replication. This week on the Mark Levin Show, On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Antisemitism is pervasive, fueled by foreign governments like Qatar allegedly spending billions to influence U.S. media, politics, and organizations. Foreign-driven boycotts or threats against U.S. businesses, particularly targeting Jews, are unacceptable, and congressional action to stop this is not a First Amendment issue. The IGO Anti-Boycott Act (H.R. 867) merely extends the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 signed by President Trump to international organizations. What causes antisemitism is antisemites. Qatar must stop pouring billions of dollars in blood money into our colleges and universities, and our other institutions, in a sleazy campaign to spread their anti-American fundamentalist ideology, brainwash our children, promote violent and riotous revolution in our country, and own our ruling class and its surrogates and mouthpieces. Later, Mark delves into the unfiltered thoughts of our host as he shares his unwavering stance on politics, loyalty, and the importance of truth. He emphasizes the need for unity among like-minded individuals to combat the threats facing our republic. With a passionate delivery, he discusses the perils of appeasement, the decline of journalism, and the significance of personal integrity. Iran's “civilian” nuclear program, housed in bunkers 350 feet underground, is not normal. How many nations that have civilian use for nuclear power are we negotiating with? Only Iran. Iran is not interested in civil nuclear power. The reason we don't want Iran to have nuclear weapons with ICBMs is because they keep threatening the U.S. The fifth-column isolationist ideology is a grave threat when they defend Iran. Also, Sen James Lankford has no idea what he's talking about on due process, while an analyst on MSNBC gets it right. Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost has become the first American Pope in the history of the Catholic Church - Pope Leo XIV. Prevost's election reflects his close alignment with Pope Francis's vision on issues like the environment, poverty, and synodality. We'll see what he does, but hopefully, he is more along the lines of John Paul II. His extensive missionary work in Peru and fluency in multiple languages were likely factors in his selection by the papal conclave. Learn more about your ad choices. Raucous Arrest: Newark's Mayor Challenges ICE and Faces Consequences!

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested for trespassing at a federal ICE detention facility he wants to close. He refused to leave when asked, showing politicians' arrogance. Trespassing and refusing to leave leads to arrest, as nobody, including politicians, is above the law. Protesting inside a federal law enforcement center isn't allowed, and while ICE enforces the law, Democrats claim they're unrestrained by it. Interim U.S. Attorney for NJ Alina Habba calls in to explain exactly what happened with the arrest. This is federal property, and the laws can't be broken, no matter who you are.  Also, AG Letitia James dismisses the mortgage fraud allegations against her as unfounded, despite published forms and evidence suggesting criminal activity. Later, 15 states are suing over Trump's order to speed up oil and gas projects. Most likely, a judge will block energy independence. It's time for the Supreme Court to step up against these rogue judges.  There might be a time when Americans defy the courts because they won't respect the rogue activity of these judges. If judges won't abide by the law, why should the people listen to their orders? This is all about sabotage and obstruction by these judges. Afterward, Trump is considering a plan to strengthen ties with Greenland by proposing a Compact of Free Association (COFA), similar to agreements with Pacific Island nations. This brilliant move aims to bring Greenland into America's sphere of influence. This is what a consequential president does. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost has become the first American Pope in the history of the Catholic Church - Pope Leo XIV. Later, President Trump's deal with Britain really is a very big deal. It's part of his strategy to open worldwide markets and create a more market-oriented global economy, which is why it is pro-capitalism and more free-market oriented. He imposed tariffs and reciprocity on other countries for leverage to force them to lower their tariffs and reduce foreign government subsidies of their businesses. Trump is creating the most open market system in modern world history. Afterward, Sen Tom Cotton calls in to explain that any new nuclear deal with Iran that does not involve the complete dismantlement of its nuclear program will not pass the Senate. Republicans agree with Trump that Iran needs to completely dismantle their program.  Finally, Rishi Arun, president of Temple University's Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), stated that it is their mission to destroy imperialism, the United States, and capitalism. Mohammed Khatib, from the designated terror organization Samidoun, said that liberating Palestine would be a step toward dismantling the United States. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Iran's “civilian” nuclear program, housed in bunkers 350 feet underground, is not normal. Concurrently, while judges are blocking Trump's deportation of illegal aliens, another judge is ordering the administration to bring in illegal aliens. Have you ever heard of a judge ordering a president to allow aliens into America?  If this isn't fixed by the Supreme Court and/or Congress, then we live in a post-constitutional America. Later, the Democrats are out to destroy Sen John Fetterman, who's turned out to be a moderate. He's pro-America and pro-Israel, and that's not acceptable in his party. Afterward, what's going on in Florida right now is a disgrace, RINO's are working to destroy the state. The Florida RINOs and corporatists, working with Democrats, are trying to turn Florida purple.  Finally, Victoria Coates calls in to discuss her new book, The Battle For The Jewish State: How Israel—And America—Can Win. Houthis Surrender, But What's Next?

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, 2 days after the Houthis struck near Israel's Ben Gurion Airport with a ballistic missile and 4 days before negotiations with Iran - the Houthis surrendered. This seems odd. Then afterward the Houthis say they will continue to attack Israel, even after the ceasefire with the U.S. What's going on? Have you noticed how much the fifth-column isolationists sound like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and the rest of the Squad? And not just on foreign policy and national security. They often use the same Marxist class warfare propaganda and the ACLU's extremist misinterpretation of our Constitution including the 1st amendment. Also, we know that Democrats goal to transform the population through immigration to undermine and dismantle the existing societal structure. The Constitution doesn't grant due process to everyone, and the Supreme Court lacks clarity on its meaning. Democrats want to extend full due process to 21 million illegal aliens, which is not possible due to limited courts and judges. This is a strategy to allow illegal aliens to come in, then keep them here by arguing due process. If they succeed the country is dead. Later, Trump's tariffs on Chinese imports are causing economic disruption in China, leading to protests as workers demand unpaid wages. This is positive but the Trump administration should hold off on negotiations right now, they should slow walk it. The tariffs are doing exactly what they're supposed to do. This legislation, which aims to prevent foreign governments and intergovernmental organizations from coercing American businesses into supporting boycotts against U.S. allies, particularly in light of the BDS movement against Israel. Also, Iran's potential nuclear capabilities pose a significant threat to U.S. national security. However, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene appears unconcerned about Iran acquiring nuclear materials. In contrast, former President Trump is working to prevent this outcome. Supporting Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons is not a populist stance. Later, NPR and PBS are very upset that Trump wants to cut its funding.  We don't need government TV and radio; the private sector will fill any void by their absence. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark.  Don't play the left's fear game – President Trump will not fail you on the economy. Some people were panicking after Trump's Liberation Day, but you need to trust the process and stay calm. Ask yourself: Do you believe in this country? Do you believe the country will be better off by the end of Trump's presidency? If you answer yes to both, the current challenges are easier to navigate. This is a temporary situation. The left complains that shelves will be empty, yet we have more inventory today than a year ago. Trump's Great Reset is underway, fundamentally reshaping how America and trade operate. We ended this week, a month removed from Liberation Day, and the S&P traded higher than prior to the tariff announcements. The stock market is on a winning streak and now China wants to work on a trade deal. Also, Trump's next 100 days will define the Trump presidency. Trump is compressing four years of action into four months. The results will unfold over the next 100 days, revealing how America is being made great again. Trump's big, beautiful bill is the most important thing to get passed. It encapsulates his entire agenda in one package. Getting a permanent policy in place is critical. Finally, Pope Francis' passing is an inflection point for Christianity and the world. Pope Francis advocated for the left's social constructs. There's no room for progressivism in Catholicism. God's word and work doesn't change, progressivism does. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Replacing Mike Waltz: Reactionary or Part of a Bigger Plan?

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, WJNO's Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. President Trump nominated former National Security Adviser Mike Waltz as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Waltz began the day as NSA, but the sudden nomination raises questions about whether it was planned or a reaction to an event. The move might be tied to the March Signal app incident, though if part of a broader strategy, naming Secretary of State Marco Rubio as interim NSA seems unusual. Either way, with Senate confirmation looming, Republicans must stand firm to ensure Waltz's appointment to the UN. Also, despite what the media is saying, the economy had a great first quarter. The Democrats are trying everything they can to scare you; all they have is fear. The only thing that led to a negative GDP number was imports. Later, the left's plan for Trump was always lawfare, but Trump knows how to play their lawfare game now. Trump won most of the nationwide injunctions the first time around and he's learned all the lessons. Finally, in St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School v. Drummond, the Supreme Court considered whether the proposed Catholic virtual charter school in Oklahoma could operate as the nation's first publicly funded religious charter school. The Supreme Court must rule in favor of this charter school. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
