Tosca even shares with us a few personal tips that she uses in her everyday life to create her joy-filled life. Including the 3 C's….context (what is happening right now), choice (to take a moment to make the choice for joy) and connection (to ourselves and our bodies in this moment). Mmmm….the result is pure joy!

During this podcast we discuss how do we bring someone back into balance, to help someone come back into alignment into their true state of health and healing. This interview was filled with joy and connection. We explored wellness as a collective experience not just as an individual experience. A collective experience that includes everyone (past, present & future), every animal, the earth and social justice. Wellness is not an individual path, it is our wider connection to our culture, one another and our earth. We are part of the whole and we are all equal within all of life. This becomes a lifestyle as we allow our intuition to guide us and life a whole-hearted life, through heart-work! We even explored courage and how courage originates from the Latin work 'cor' meaning courage of the heart! Looking within our own heart's truth with courage. Courage to heal in community.
