Title: S2EP63, We Are All One With Everything Through Love with Elizabeth Percival Today's conversation took us all over the world. From acting, to spiritual retreats, to Montessori methods and Brain Gym, Elizabeth Percival has led a life she truly loves. We integrated our left and right brains during the show through an exercise that Elizabeth leads during her Brain Gym courses. I was left feeling calm, connected and at peace. It was incredible. Elizabeth was born on Long Island, lived in Virginia, North Carolina, San Francisco, Connecticut and now, Juneau Alaska. She is 79 years old and going strong. She has the spirit and heart of an angel. I enjoyed our conversation and feel a sense of being all right with the world after our short exercise. If you would like a similar experience, reach out to Elizabeth at elizabeth@weareourdreamscometrue.online Elizabeth Percival Bio: I am a healer, a spiritual coach, a mind/body transformation facilitator, a channeler, a visual artist, a writer, and a photographer. Yes, I am all of those things and more. I have been an actress, a Montessori Teacher, a home-schooling mother, and a supporter of people with developmental disabilities. I've traveled the world and now live in Juneau, Alaska. Here is how others have described me: An adventurous, magnetic, spiritual and playful giver; A feisty, salty mountain woman; A joyous, free, delightful and creative artist; A compassionate and motherly comforter and healer. A dynamic, wise, vivacious, vibrant powerhouse and creator. I have been practicing healing and transformational coaching for 30 years through various modalities. I have learned to listen within and listen to you to discover and utilize the best modality for you at the time we are working together. Your brain/body/spirit system knows what you need to move forward from where you are right now. I have the privilege of facilitating whatever is needed to bring you through that which is blocking your unfoldment mentally, physically or vibrationally. Kelly Hale|Your Gut is Talking... But Are You Listening? The Hidden Connection Between Your Brain, Body & BellyKelly Hale—affectionately known as Kelly Kale due to her love of growing (and eating) veggies—has spent over 25 years as an OT, movement specialist, and nervous system regulation practitioner helping people move from Fight, Flight, Freeze to ease. With expertise in Pilates, Brain Gym, and craniosacral therapy, she empowers people to reconnect with their bodies, tap into resilience, and find healing through movement. She's also a former meditation dropout. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't quiet her racing mind or sit still (hello, ADHD). So instead of forcing what didn't work, she met herself where she was—in movement. When she couldn't find exactly what she needed, she created it. That's how Gutsy Brain Movement was born—a blend of nervous system regulation, corrective exercise, and developmental movements, combined with gut health and emotional well-being, to help people feel strong, safe, and at home in their own bodies.Link:https://inspiredwell.com/inner-peace-reg/Support PEG by checking out our Sponsors:Download and use Newsly for free now from www.newsly.me or from the link in the description, and use promo code “GHOST” and receive a 1-month free premium subscription. The best tool for getting podcast guests:https://podmatch.com/signup/phantomelectricghostSubscribe to our Instagram for exclusive content:https://www.instagram.com/expansive_sound_experiments/Subscribe to our YouTube https://youtube.com/@phantomelectricghost?si=rEyT56WQvDsAoRprPEG uses StreamYard.com for our live podcastshttps://streamyard.com/pal/c/6290085463457792Get $10.00 Credit for using StreamYard.com when you sign up with our linkRSShttps://anchor.fm/s/3b31908/podcast/rss

Eva Hoffman: “For many years of my life, I was not interested in spirituality or religion. In recent years, I have become more open to spirituality. I teach my little great grandchildren about energy, energy healing, and reconnecting their hemispheres with Brain Gym exercises. I teach them to breathe slowly, because that is the first important thing for meditation. I think it's extremely important to teach children about things beyond our senses. We're not really teaching them, we are confirming what they somehow already know.  The new generation is living in a very different world from the world that I lived in as a child. It's so interesting to watch each generation becoming more open. We learn so much from children. Somebody wisely said that ‘we learn more from them than they do from us'.  Until quite recently, I did not like saying I love myself. I would say, "I accept myself". I can do it now, but I can still feel a bit of a block.” Have a listen as I interview my special guest, Eva Hoffman. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/linda-vettrus-nichols/message

Normally on the Profitable Play Podcast we talk about how to take care of your marketing, your team members, your sales and your customers, your business partners and vendors,- all that. But today, I want to talk about how we can take care of YOU, the business owner. Because while most of us have amazing support systems and teams that help us make our missions possible– we still remain at the center of it. And if we allow our stress and anxiety and overwhelm to impact our mental and physical health- EVERYTHING suffers. My guest on the show today is Kelly Hale. Kelly has 25 years experience in the wellness & rehab field as an OT, restorative movement specialist and nervous system regulation expert. Her lifelong love of learning is apparent in her numerous certifications in Pilates, Brain Gym, Body Ecology, integrative manual therapy and more. She is continually fascinated by the body's innate ability to self regulate and heal from within. Kelly's work is sought out for her unique, synergistic approach that goes beyond the diagnosis and functional deficits to examine the true root causes such as “tripped-up” reflexes, cranial-sacral system disruption, and an un-integrated nervous system. This work has inspired her to create many nervous system regulation programs for rehab and movement professionals as well as the curious person seeking a calmer, more empowered life. As a former meditation drop out herself she understands all too well the challenges of finding the peace and calm and is passionate about sharing quick, simple tools to tap into the wisdom of your nervous system. Kelly has owned a Holistic Rehab and Pilates practice since 2001, so she has a TON of brick and mortar experience as well. She is a highly sought out presenter at professional conferences and a key note speaker. And today, she is going to teach us how to identify WHEN our bodies are reaching burnout, how to put a stop to it and regulate our nervous system and hormones, and how to actively prevent such imbalances and disruptions in the future– so that we can stay HEALTHY in our minds and bodies- so we can be present both physically and mentally in our businesses, our relationships, and in our various roles in our families and communities.FREE Nervous System Regulation for Stress + Anxiety: https://inspiredwell.com/innerpeaceKelly's Website: https://inspiredwell.com/Poop Camp: https://inspiredwell.com/poop-camp-registration/Kelly's IG: https://www.instagram.com/inspired2wellness/OTHER RESOURCES:Play Cafe Academy & Play Makers Socity: http://bit.ly/3HES7fDGetting Started YouTube Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfYkEnvPJdo&list=PLKNxpFOU7ITc6BrH_EHl4DuHqWqdUoTZUWhat's Working 2024 Guide: http://bit.ly/3GwXQASPlay Cafe Academy & Play Makers Socity: http://bit.ly/3HES7fDFund Your Indoor Play Business: http://bit.ly/38KbYbzCourses & Consulting: http://bit.ly/3N7bPAIIndoor Playground Business Courses: https://bit.ly/37yCxACMichele's Instagram: https://bit.ly/3Ia4PTKMichele's Website: https://www.michelecaruana.comYouTube Channel: https://bit.ly/3JDkSe7FREE 14-DAY Active Campaign Trial: https://bit.ly/3rjp5bPETSY Template Shop: https://bit.ly/40RF5D4Recession Prep Playlist: https://www.michelecaruana.com/recessionprepPlay Cafe Academy & Play Makers Socity: http://bit.ly/3HES7fDQuestions and Support: Support@michelecaruana.com

In this thought-provoking Aspire to Lead episode, Joshua Stamper had the privilege of sitting down with the incredible Rita Wirtz. Rita shared her wealth of knowledge and experience in education, focusing on three critical themes. First, she emphasized the importance of not labeling students, highlighting how these labels can limit their potential and self-belief. Rita discussed the value of recognizing each student's unique strengths and nurturing a growth mindset. Next, we delved into the concept of feedback over failure. Rita stressed that feedback is a powerful tool in promoting growth and development in students. By reframing failure as feedback, we can create a safe and encouraging learning environment, motivating students to persevere and improve. Rita also underscored the significance of administrators actively immersing themselves in classrooms. She shared her insights on the positive impact of administrators connecting with both students and educators on a personal level. By being present in classrooms, administrators can better understand the dynamics of their schools, foster a sense of community, and make informed decisions that positively influence the educational experience. Join us for a dynamic conversation with Rita Wirtz, and gain valuable insights into reimagining education, providing effective feedback, and the vital role administrators play in creating thriving learning environments. We journeyed through her captivating experiences with supernatural elements, deep dived into her practices with Reiki, and even touched upon her unique connection with light beings and angels. NeveuxShaman, Esoteric Healing, Reiki Master/TeacherHoly Fire Karuna®Reiki Master/Teacher, MediumHer journey to this point in her life began with getting adult-onset asthma, even though she was in the best of shape. It didn't make sense to her, and she didn't like taking so many drugs. She met a Reiki Master and started to go to her for sessions. In about 3 years or so, she was off all her asthma meds even with her doctor's disapproval. What she had to learn to do was let go, and she learned it was up to her to heal. She was so drawn to energy work that she decided to take Reiki classes and Brain Gym®, along with other energy modalities. All of the instructors and modalities gave her the tools to understand her life's purpose – the reason she am here on earth at this time. For Denise, it required a lot of work... inner work. She learned to love herself, deeply and completely. She learned that healing actually came from within.Because of this work and these changes, she began to see more clearly and realized that she was an empath, that she could see and feel energy and that she could see and feel spirits. As time progressed, she added more tools to her toolbox, including Shamanism and Esoteric Healing. Each time she took a workshop, she expanded and so did her healing abilities. With each expansion, it became more and more clear why she was here…not just to experience her own expansion, but to assist others with theirs.Denise's goal in each session, in each reading, in each soul retrieval, is to assist others on their journey, with their life's purpose. Every session is tailored for that specific client with information channeled from their guides and in alignment with their higher self.Learn more and/or book a session with Denise here: Blue Heron Healing - Tidewater To learn more about Laurin Wittig and her work: HeartLight WellnessBio:...

“We have seen that the brain grows by use and that the more you use it, the better it will function.” Glenn Doman, the creator of the Doman Method"[i] Watch this interview on YouTube here https://youtu.be/KUF52WCNRxU I'd like to add, that the more we understand how our brain works, the more we will actually use it! On the episode we will explore: ✔  The work of Joshua Gillis, Neuro-Integrator, and the outstanding results he has been having with world class athletes from the world of ice-hockey, to skiing, and wrestling. ✔ Where his work with "unlocking blocks in the brain" began. ✔ What we should all know about our the evolution of our brain and why movement is critical for "unlocking" our true potential. ✔ An Intro to the Neuro Func APP used to improce sports performance, cognitive abilities, and behavioral intelligence. ✔ How to access the FREE sessions in the APP to try it out. Welcome back to The Neuroscience Meets Social and Emotional Learning Podcast, where we cover the science-based evidence behind social and emotional learning (for schools) and emotional intelligence training (in the workplace) with tools, ideas and strategies that we can all use for immediate results. I'm Andrea Samadi, an author, and educator with a passion for learning specifically on the topics of health, wellbeing and productivity, and launched this podcast to share how important an understanding of our brain is to our everyday life and results--whether we are a teacher in the classroom, a student, or in the modern workplace. On today's episode #238, we will be speaking with Joshua Gillis[ii], who is on a mission to spread his groundbreaking knowledge in neuroscience to as many people as possible, and maybe even convince them to become a member of the small but growing, NOWLiving community.  Before we get into WHAT exactly Joshua Gillis has discovered in this field, I've got to say that something about his work stuck out to me when his team contacted me. While preparing for interviews, I want to be sure the topic is in line with our season theme of brain health as it relates to learning, and Joshua's work goes deep into the brain and learning, which I saw with some of his teachers and colleagues who included Glenn Doman (USA), Blythe and Godard (UK) and (I hope I'm getting this one right, as I'm not well versed in Russian) Svetlans Masgutova (RUSSIA). This is quite a powerful list, but the minute I saw Glenn Doman, my mind went back to 1999 when I was working in the seminar industry, and the speaker I worked for, opened the seminar with the work that Glenn Doman was doing in PA, helping children with special needs accomplish the impossible. If you've ever heard my story, in those early days after I left the teaching field, I was still trying to figure out where I was meant to be working, and I would write down anything important that caught my attention when it came to helping young people live up to the potential we know we all have. When the speaker told us about Glenn Doman's work, where we took a young boy named Brendon, who was severely handicapped, and was told he would “just live his life like a vegetable” and with the method of using his brain and movement, they had this young boy up and running (and I forget the time frame) but that's not what was important. It was the fact his life changed 180 degrees from what everyone expected of him. I thought the story was profound enough to write his name and phone number on the first page of my seminar notes, where we I was supposed to be learning about how our mind is connected to our earning potential.  That weekend, I couldn't stop wondering about what made such an impact for that young boy and it wasn't difficult for me to find the notes I jotted down from that seminar. IMAGE 1: My first introduction to the work of Glenn Doman in 1999 led me to purchase all of his books, and raise my two children with the Doman Method. The problem with this #1 Best Selling Parenting Series was there was a huge gap with understanding the brain, or how it works, to allow me to properly use these books. 23 years after first hearing about the Doman Institute, I still have some of his books, but without any training these books and theories remained unused over the years, which to me is a huge waste.  I wonder if Joshua Gillis' work could fill in the blanks of what I didn't understand, so others listening to this podcast, could use these concepts to their advantage, and perhaps Multiply Their Baby's Intelligence[iii] and join Joshua's mission to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Let's learn a bit about Joshua Gillis now that you have an idea of those innovators he has worked and learned with. What Joshua has found, seems to be, the basic coding to unlock our brains to its true and full capacity like I heard about with that young boy Brendon, all those years ago.  His work is all based on the evolution of the nervous system and that our brain's first job is to move the body. The result is a training and therapy system which will offer physical therapy, behavior and learning for children, psychology, endocrinology, men's and women's health with a new more effective and holistic way to resolve these problems and so much more. Joshua has been working 36 years as a therapist, treating over 10,000+ clients, including top athletes like: Former Swedish ice hockey player, Peter Forsberg, who was known for his “on-ice vision and physical play” who was considered one of the greatest players of all-time, as one of NHL's All Time Stars, and Winner of 2 Stanley Cups with the Colorado Avalanche. Peter Forsberg worked with Joshua for Rehabilitation and Increase in Performance and after his treatment he said “I could not even get my foot into the skates before getting the neuro-treatments. After surgery, and physio with the world's best I had given up hope of ever skating again. Thank God I gave it one last try! After only 7 treatments I was skating and two months later back with the Avalanche and a million-dollar contract. This stuff is just unbelievable!” I will put a link to Joshua's top athletes in the show notes, that includes Markus Larsson, a retired Swedish alpine skier who took part in the 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014 winter Olympics who said “From the first treatment, I felt the difference. In a month after the treatments and neurotraining my finishes improved by 10 places to the top 10. Then, after a day of training and treatments with Joshua, I pulled off the impossible, a 5th place in the Olympics at 35 years old.” How this happens, I don't know…just as we still don't understand exactly why when we turn on a light switch, electricity lights up our room, but Joshua has discovered something that “switches on” something in our brain, helping us to overcome where there were once blocks. Let's meet Joshua Gillis and see what we can learn about our brain and body, with an approach to improving the “human condition” that's so interesting, that anyone listening will be moved and touched by his journey where he went from a Ski coach into pre-med and alternative medicine scouring the planet for knowledge living in Sweden, Italy and France, along with his personal struggle to help his two sons which is actually what led him to the creation of this work. I'm hoping he can unlock some of the mysteries of the brain, so we can all take something back to improve our own health, wellbeing and productivity. Welcome Joshua Gillis, thank you for coming on the podcast today. Where have we reached you today? Are you still in Maine? INTRO Q: Joshua, I've got to say I was thrilled to see your work come across my email, when your team reached out to me,  as it took me back over 20 years ago before I was even thinking about the brain and learning and came across some of your colleagues.  Can you take us back to when you began to make a connection with our brain, learning and movement? Where did this journey begin for you? Q1: I'm sure you can see that I'm a huge Glenn Doman fan, and bought all his books when I was pregnant with my first daughter, of course, wanting to Multiply my Baby's Intelligence before she was even born. I can't be the only one who wanted to do everything possible in those early days. How did you meet Glenn Doman and what did you learn from his work? Q1B: What should we know about the origin of our brain and our central nervous system?  Q1C: What should we know about the brain to make it all simple? Q2: So what's behind the levels that you have used in your Neuro Func APP that you have used to improve sports performance, cognitive abilities, and behavioral intelligence? Q3: So what exactly will people be doing at each level in the APP to improve their performance? Q4: Does your APP help us to unlock our blocks through movement at each level? Q5: This next sentence is profound. Especially with the topic I'm covering here on the podcast-helping people to learn how an understanding of their brain can impact productivity and results (in schools, sports and the workplace). You say: “When certain and specific movements are practiced, there is a powerful shift deep within our unconscious mind that positively affects nearly all of what we are; emotional clarity, behavioral stability, intellectual and artistic ability, postural perfection and sports performance.” Can you explain what this means? Q6: What is your current focus/vision for your work? Joshua, Thank you very much for coming on the podcast and sharing your fascinating journey to help us to unlock our brains so we can reach those higher levels of capacity. Is there anything important that we have missed? Final Thoughts When I think back to the beginning of this episode, I was hoping that Joshua would be able to fill in the blanks for what I didn't understand about the brain, but I realized that we don't always need to understand everything. I learned that in order to unlock our potential, movement is critical, and Joshua has figured out the best movements that he has put into 5 levels in his app. I went through each level (you can sign up to access each level for FREE with your email address as well) and what I noticed was that there were some exercises I had recently started doing in physical therapy for neck pain. If you've ever been to physical therapy, you go when you need to recover your muscles from an injury, or recover from an accident or injury, and sometimes the exercises can feel like a waste of time. You do the same motion over and over again. But then, after each session, you express to your therapist whether you feel better or not, and after every session I had attended, I felt an improvement. Before seeing Joshua's app, or the exercises he's been doing with athletes over the  years, I'm not sure I would have believed the power behind it all, until I thought of this one exercise called the “Cat Camel” that he has in the app. If you have something that you would like to work on, I highly suggest trying his app, and see what you notice. I will be having Joshua back on the podcast to take a deeper dive into each of the 5 levels, but until then, try it out, and see if you can use movement, the basic blueprint of your brain, to unlock your potential, like we saw from the athletes he has worked with around the world. I'll see you next week! Just in case you thought the restrictions on abortion could only happen in other countries, the UK government has now decided it doesn't need to be placed in the Human Right's statement either. This is all part of a rather worrying trend where politicians, of all parties and all sexes, are happy to slowly strip women's independence away from them. From Republicans in the US voting against contraceptives to the elected officials in Scotland, at a national and local level, deciding to go back to the puritan approach of the 1950s and banning women working in strip clubs. This stuff is something to get active about and write to your representative.Remember to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the competitions, wisdom and cute videos. Born in Sri Lanka in 1984, Florence Chabert d'Hieres grew up in a loving family in Lyon, France with her adoptive parents, an Italian mother and French father. Fast forward to the pandemic: While in lockdown, and working from home, Florence saw a YouTube documentary, "The Stolen Children of Sri Lanka." She learned that as many as 1500 Sri-Lankan babies had been stolen and trafficked during the 1980s and  after months of research, Florence discovered that she was one of those babies. Learning that her origin story was not what her adoptive parents had been told and realizing that she would never know the circumstances around how she was separated from her birth mother, Florence transformed this potentially devastating information into something positive, applying it in her practice as an Intercultural Trainer & Cross-Cultural Coach.

“Pay attention to the details that are really important and then make your choices from there. “ — Michelle Greenwell  Wellness, for Michelle, means that she makes choices every day to make sure that things are in balance and in check. When she does these choices, she feels uplifted to respond to whatever situations arise and not be overwhelmed. Michelle is an all-around wellness professional but one of her favourite modalities would be  Touch for Health and Therapeutic Touch. Digging deeper into her doctoral studies, she discovered the four key pieces which are the goal or intention, the energy, biofeedback, and of course, the connection. Setting the day with a goal or intention helps in navigating throughout the day but beyond that, it is important to be in engagement with not only yourself but the people around you.  Tai Chi, another modality, is also discussed as it is also one of Michelle's modalities. What she learned from Tai Chi is to teach from the heart which is a strong philosophy that she tries to apply in everything that she does.  Moreover, she strongly advocates that people should take a proactive approach to their wellness every day, giving themselves the very best. Although it might not be consistently perfect every day every action creates an impact. Also, engage help from others, maybe a reminder or accountability partner.   Wellness Nuggets: ●       Mindfulness can be as simple as while you're boiling the water to make your cup of tea, you stop and quiet your mind ●       Trust that the universe always delivers back that whatever you need ●       Support is not a sign of weakness it is a  sign of strength   We invite you to ignite the Wellness Warrior in YOU!   About the Guest:  Movement specialist, integrating techniques from dance, Tai Chi, BioEnergetic wellness (Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, NeuroReflex Integration, Brain Gym). All of us are on a journey, whether you taking your time or being active on your journey. We all have a brain, most of us have a free choice of what we do and how we use our thoughts, mind, soul and brain. When we are born we might have dominant left brain characteristics or a dominant right brain. When left-brained, under stress we might go really rigid and put everything in boxes to be able to function, when you are dominantly right-brained you get somehow airy-fairy and find it a challenge to stay focused.
