What does it mean to be a fixer? Is being a fixer a good thing or a bad thing? In this episode, your host, Stephanie Cooper dives in deep to these topics. Being a fixer is when someone tries to fix everything for everyone. This isn't good because you tend to attract people you think you can fix, turn into a free therapist, and feel responsible to fix things that are not your responsibility. Instead of trying to fix everyone else, be a fixer of yourself. Assess the situation and know your motivation. Empower people to fix their own problem and encourage them to figure out different resolutions to their problems.
