Episode 4: Taking Off The Mask ... Vulnerability Is Your Greatest Strength

My three favorite women leaders have a discussion with me about our favorite topic: VULNERABILITY I learned how important vulnerability was to having my deepest desire from these ladies. That desire is to be connected. We want to be seen, heard and valued, but we are scared to actually allow others to see the deeper aspects of ourselves. When we let go of the fear and open up, the connection we crave is actually available to us. In this episode: * We explain the difference between authenticity and vulnerability * The importance of vulnerability in your relationships * We actually walk the walk and each share something most vulnerable for us in the moment! Meet our guests: Johanna Lyman is the Producer/Director of Opening Pandora’s Box: Stories of Truth and Hope. This is a revolutionary theatre performance that shines the light of truth on our stories of shame in order to help both the performers and the audience find the gifts and the hope at the bottom of their stories. When she’s not producing a performance, Johanna runs a private coaching practice where she helps visionary women (you know, the ones the Dalai Lama said would save the world) unravel their shame stories, access the courage of authentic vulnerability, and find the soul gifts they’re here to share with the world. When her clients commit to living in their own Sacred Yes, they move mountains, live their dreams, make more money, and yes — save the world. www.mysacredyes.com Jessica Libbey believes that you have infinite potential and that cultivating boldness and self love is the key to tapping into that potential and creating the pleasurable and fulfilling life you truly desire. Episode 3: Discovering Your True Feminine Essence with Shakti Malan

Vulnerability has an edge. And I'm committed to blowing right through it. Day after day I'm stretching myself to speak my truth like never before. Here's my edge: I really want to talk about sex. Shame around sexuality. Pleasure in sexuality. My own journey in coming to embrace my sexuality. The connection between sexuality and spirituality. It's scary to talk about this type of intimacy in public. We've been conditioned to keep quiet. And yet I feel that our sexuality is access to our essence, the truth of who we are. Last night I sobbed uncontrollably after a "pleasure session". It came from deep within. No thoughts or images came with it. Just feeling. It ripped through me. I simply let go and rode wave after wave. It felt like the biggest release of my life. Perhaps from years of suppressing myself. Perhaps lifetimes of repression. There is no coincidence this came up and out yesterday. Whatever this is stored deep inside of me is directly connected to what's in my way from fully expressing my truth in the greatest way possible. There is more to share on this subject, which is why I had a conversation with Shakti Malan on the possibilities in sexuality. In this podcast, we talked about: * What is power * How to trust your feeling * Capacity for bliss as a woman * Performance vs. relaxation in sex * The relationship between the bedroom and being on a public platform as a leader * Working through the shadow * How to release sexual trama * Why pain is held in the vagina * And more... We also get to experience a meditation to relax and receive in our feminine essence. It was awesome! About our guest: Shakti Malan – has a profound passion for the feminine, and she believes that the awakening of female sexual energy is a key to the spiritual awakening of the world in our day. She has been facilitating the discovery of female sexual energy to many women across the world over the last decade. Her book Sexual Awakening for Women and the courses she teaches based on the book create a space for women to discover the deep feminine and to open to their true magnificence in deep resonance with the masculine. For more than a decade, Shakti has supported women in many countries to reconnect with their sexual essence, creative freedom and spontaneous wildness, to release sexual trauma, and to transform ancestral patterning. Shakti holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology, a discipline that has taught her to work with collective consciousness in groups and in holding a global field of possibility for women around their sexuality. She teaches globally and lives both in South Africa and the United States. http://tiny.cc/shakti-essence
