Today Kentucky completely refused to lose, and played a great game to win in Auburn today 82-80. Kentucky played best when their back was up against the wall. I love my Wildcats for the fight they had today.
Going home was no problem for Freshman Ashton Hagans as he had a career night in points and also became the first player in UK history to have 3+ steals in 6 consecutive games. Great win over GA 69-49. I love how we played as a team.

2019 Citrus Bowl. University of Kentucky (SEC) vs Penn State (Big 10) . For all the haters and doubters I know you feel bad now. Kentucky dominated that game and was clearly the better team. The Kentucky Wildcats will cap of the best season in 40 years with playing on New Years Day in the Citrus Bowl versus The Penn State Nitty Lions. The question that's on most minds will be will Benny Snell and Josh Allen play.

While we won the game, still much improvement is needed on the defensive side. Our offense wont win games if we can't stop anyone from scoring.
We need to learn to put our feet on our opponents throats and stay committed to that. It is one thing to win, but another thing to win against a much lower tier team but only a few points. Happy to win, but we have to want more. as the year goes along things are going to get very hard and in league play particular, teams are gunning for us. So we better be ready.
Neglecting the Senior Class at Senior Day was a sad and bad look for UK Football. Regardless of what has happened over the last month with our team our the seniors deserved this day. Scratching my head and wondering how do you abandon a group of young men who came to UK and gave it their all.
Despite it being a lower tier team, UK showed up and acted like it was the dominant team. The energy and work ethic was very high. They looked mentally ready to play. We hope as a fan base this was the Turning point. We love our Wildcats
It was not a pretty game but we got the win. We need to make some major changes and improvements. We can grow from this, and I hope we do. Coach Cal will figure this out.
