Aber auch gewisse Parallelen zu den Kriegsanleihen im Ersten Weltkrieg sind nicht zu leugnen. Der militärisch-industrielle Komplex soll jedenfalls eine wichtige Säule für die Volkswirtschaften Europas werden, was auch bedeutet: Für den Erfolg ist unabdingbar, dass mehr Waffen in die Welt exportiert werden.
