Episode 26 Don't Mention the CV Sooooooo... it's been a while, I've been hiding, on a boat. But as the once Slim Shady once said... 'guess who's back.... back again?'... And what a strange place I find myself in. And guess what? We're all in it together.. But apart... Well 2metres (or 6feet if your that way inclined...) this episode talks a bit about nothing and a bit about everything. But it does have a few important messages in it. Most importantly, keep safe and keep sane. Remeber, it's OK not to be OK and it's always good to talk. We have soundbites from Amy Sutherland and her Dawnbreakers classes and our own Sandy on his preference for physical exercise. I hope you enjoy and it brings a wee bit of relief to the monotony. As always, let me know what you think, if you have any comments or requests.... Stay safe and stay healthy...

Episode 25 The Circle is Complete. Well its all happened since the last poddy. Cape Wrath Marathon, Etap Loch Ness, Cycle the Straths Sportif and the main event of the evening, the 2019 Celtman. This is what I started the podcast for, which was to catalogue my training and journey getting to it. Only this has taken 2 and a 1/2 years to get here, including a substitute Ironman and a Celtman withdrawal to get there. But get there we did. This one covers the event and the lead to it, including Louise aka Cull coordinator aka Rich Moderator and Sanders the support runners perspective on how it went.   Follow us on our facebook page www.facebook.com/nonvanillatri my or Louise's Strava pages www.strava.com/athletes/1796761 and www.strava.com/athletes/2105164  Cheers, Rich & Louise Question everything!
