She also teaches two masters subjects, Environmental Policy and Interdisciplinarity and the Environment at the University of Melbourne and has previous experience working for environmental NGOs internationally. She holds a Bachelors degree in mathematics, as well as a Masters of International Relations and Masters of Environment.   In this episode we discuss her career journey, what it's like working on the cutting edge of climate policy, and what the future holds for the area. Adeline also gives some highly valuable advice about getting a foot in the door, recognising your skills as a student, and what working in government is actually like. In her own words: "A friend of mine posted in the OEP group that Point Advisory is looking for a casual consultant. I sent through my CV after which I was invited for an interview and started as casual the following week. After working at Point Advisory for a few weeks, I was offered a permanent position in the team."
