While questioning the U.S. Principal Deputy General Brain Fletcher, Justice Samuel Alito seemed to suggest that government pressuring social media companies to do their bidding is violative of the First Amendment, explaining: “The only reason why this is taking place is because the federal government has got Section 230 and antitrust in its pocket…it's got these big clubs available to it—so it's treating Facebook and these other platforms like they are subordinates. Would you do that to The New York Times or The Wall Street Journal or the Associated Press?” 5:10pm- During oral argument in Murthy v. So initially Jim Biden claimed that he was not part of a deal involving Hunter Biden and his other business partners. In an email chain from Aug. 2, 2017, Biden discussed a deal with the former chairman of CEFC China Energy, Ye Jianming, saying Ye agreed to change the terms of Biden's three-year consulting contract with CEFC, which initially promised Biden $10 million per-year “for introductions alone,” to make it “much more lasting and more lucrative,” the New York Post reported, although the authenticity of the Biden emails has not been independently confirmed. The new deal included a 50 percent equity stake in a holding company created by Ye rather than the $10 million in annual cash that had been previously negotiated. "For introductions alone". The results of a YouGov poll, were released on Wednesday. They showed that an astonishing 53 percent of registered voters believe that Joe Biden “personally profited” from his son's overseas business adventures. Perhaps the most telling statistic in this poll is that roughly 44 percent of Democrats believe Joe Biden profited. And by profited, they mean committed crimes by accepting money from America's enemy.

James Comer, R-Ky., has released email communication showing that a bank investigator raised concerns about Hunter Biden's overseas deals with a China-linked company. Tony Bobulinski, who has previously identified as a business collaborator of Hunter Biden, put forth a proposal for a mutual appearance in a Congressional testimony. This comes subsequent to the legal team for the President's son, Hunter Biden, alleging that Bobulinski may have falsified information presented to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) concerning their professional engagement. According to Fox News, a document containing 10 pages sent from Hunter Biden's legal agent, Abbe Lowell, to U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, implied that Bobulinski delivered false information during an October 23, 2020 interview with the FBI. In this interaction, Bobulinski discussed his association with the President's son and details about their joint venture. The letter urged Graves to scrutinize Bobulinski's declarations which it characterizes as 'untrue', in relation to his actions. Bobulinski reportedly worked in partnership with Hunter Biden in establishing SinoHawk Holdings, their mutual enterprise with CEFC, a Chinese energy corporation. both the prosecutors and the defense lawyers—and that's when the biggest cherry on top ever—came tumbling out— You see the Judge asked the prosecutors if more charges were possible in the case—and they said Yes—then she asked if the investigation was still going on—and again—David Weiss and company said yes—   To which the defense attorneys—including the Sugar Brother lawyer for Hunter Chris Clark—the same lawyer pictured doing bong hits a couple of days ago on his LA balcony chimed in and said he didn't agree with that—   So one of the other lead prosecutors said there was no deal on the table then—and Clark call the matter null and void—   It seems that when they walked into court—Hunter Biden and his team actually thought—not only are we getting the deal of the century and something not available to the general public for felony tax evasion and felony gun possession—but we are walking out of here with blanket immunity—   Well what they got was a cold shot of reality—because the Judge said that wasn't going to happen—   Then she tipped her cards even more—she asked Hunter if he knew he had evaded paying millions in taxes he said yes—and then asked the prosecution if Hunter violating FARA laws was on the table—and they indicated it was possible—   FARA laws require somebody working for a foreign company or country in such a capacity to register as a Foreign Agent—which Hunter never did—even though we now know through whistleblowers from the IRS—that he earned at least $17.3 million dollars from such endeavors—and those whistleblowers may have weighted heavily on this case—   But even with the network news hacks finally being forced to admit that the entire Biden Clan is dirty—   Its about to get considerably worse I believe—you see Devon Archer has dodged testifying to a closed session of Congress for a long time now—BUT he is on the calendar for Monday—and with the revelations in Delaware—I highly doubt he will skip the get together this time—   And according to The New York Post that broke the story and others—the 48 year old Archer, one of Hunters oldest friends and one of his partners in numerous businesses—will testify under oath that not only was Joe Biden fully aware of Hunters nefarious business deals—BUT that he was an active participant on numerous occasions—   Archer is going to testify that on at least two dozen occasions that Hunter brought his dad into the conversation either in person or on speaker phone to deal with Companies like Ukraines Burisma and China's CEFC—both energy companies paid the Bidens millions of dollars—   And yet—the Democrats so far—are not willing to admit what is painfully obvious—The Bidens are damn well guilty—and by sunset on Monday—another shoe will have dropped—   Yeah—Adam Schiff gets my vote as the most dishonest—but there are many to choose from—and the guy that was railroaded by a completely bogus Russian collusion narrative—and a completely bogus Ukraine narrative—well he had something to say about it—    And all of this is not going away—   Lets be honest about this—the Delaware Disaster was a very big day for California Governor Gavin Newsome and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer—and it was a very bad day for anyone with the last name of Biden—because this leaves wide open the entire Pandora's Box—and its going to stay open for awhile—meaning people are going
