Mark and Seth reconnect over some Bib and Tucker and talk about Mark's wrong predictions and Seth's over optimism. 

Vacations are done, baseball is alive (despite the commish) and football is around the corner. Here we go!

After a few weeks off Mark and Seth dive into substance use for the baseball and how good actually is Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes. All of this over some mid-shelf Old Charter bourbon.

We are BACK! We are back with some Rabbit Hole Small Batch which is fantastic. We talk how the Royals fell and the Cardinals rose. Mark thinks there is very little closing the gap from other teams to the Kansas City Mahomes, while Seth argues the gap is closing quicker than he thinks. In reality, we are amateurs and we are all wrong probably.

Mark and Seth talk a lot about MLB not streaming their games or rather blacking some out. Some Masters talk and some NFL talk with some great TIN CUP whiskey. 

It is Opening Day 2021 and baseball is back to almost normal.  Mark and Seth make a couple of phone calls, talk NFL and of course make some predictions for MLB season. 

Home Run Derby decides extra innings. How is that not an amazing idea? Mahomes is not the standard, Josh Allen is. All of this and more. 

Spring training is here and the Royals and Cardinals are off and its time to dive into the rosters and potential.

The Chiefs lost the Super Bowl to Tom Terrific the unquestionable GOAT whose smile we'd love to wipe away as he tosses the Lombardi Trophy from boat to boat. Cardinals and Royals make moves as baseball is primed for some fun times ahead. 

Mark and Seth are ready to make decisions for the MLB since the commish won't. Obviously they talk Super Bowl since the Chiefs are in it against the GOAT.  So much to cover with some Jeffersons in hand.

Mark and Seth talk Chiefs AFC title matchup, the GOAT and some other crap sports related. 

Mark and Seth enjoy a glass of Dodge City's finest Boot Hill Bourbon while they contemplate the actual odds of the Browns beating the Chiefs. Denver has a new GM and the offseason could have some interesting trades.

Mark and Seth kick off the new year with finalizing the bet now that Denver did not beat the Chiefs in 2020. (They will in 2021). A lot to cover, they break down the NFL playoffs, MLB offseason and some Hockey as well. 

It's Raider week for the Chiefs and Mark brought Seth some Wellers to get through his Bronco troubles. 

We are back and drinking Jeffersons with Sir Charles Barkley, friend of the show. 

Episode 20 and things get real. Mark and Seth for one episode put the rivalry aside and are joined by none other than Joel Goldberg of the Kansas City Royals Broadcast Team. Of course we talk baseball....including the reality of it being your everyday career and life, if the professional game needs to adapt, and being a fan. We also talk some, but not enough  of, Hockey! Go Blues! All of this while Mark enjoys another round of Old Forester and Seth has some Lagavulin. (some sort of Scottish Whiskey he found at his in-laws)

Rivals forced to go virtual for a week or two. No worries, sports lives on and plenty to talk about with a new RB in KC who is coming off their first loss, and Lock is back to face the Pats. Some good playoff baseball to talk about as well as the legend Bob Gibson. 

With some Four Roses Bourbon in hand, Mark and Seth talk the 4-0 Chiefs and the 1-3 Broncos. We talk the MLB and how the Astros need to lose. We are looking down a situation of rooting for the Dodgers in the World Series. No matter what...it's good to see you. 

Cardinals are in the playoffs and ready to show up, but the Broncos are showing nothing good. Chiefs are 3-0 and showing no mercy or signs of slowing down. Lot to get to and Mark and Seth touch on it all. 

Mark and Seth share some amazing Michters small batch and talk NFL and the retirement of the Royals future hall of famer Alex Gorden. Young QBs and some great games ahead, plus the Broncos looking ahead to 2021 with all of their insane injuries. 

After a couple of weeks of being busy dads and people who work and don't get paid for the podcast...yet (hint hint sponsors), Mark and Seth are back for week 1 of the NFL and staring down the MLB playoffs. Chiefs obviously picked up where they left off, Royals are streaking too little too late. Cardinals are playing just good enough and we are about to see where the Broncos are at. Here we go!

Mark and Seth are back after a week off and ready for the NFL season to kick off. Royals and Cardinals are on their own paths, the Chiefs name is a topic to talk about. 

In Mark's garage with friends and a fire pit just outside, he and Seth talk the Cardinals return, some Mike Moustakas and of course training camp. All of this while Seth is watching the Cardinals come from behind to try and beat the Reds. 

A lot to cover, but it sure isn't how the St. Louis Cardinals are playing. Mark and Seth talk about that and other baseball as well as more NFL. Seth still thinks Denver can take 1 of 2. Plus a little college football, golf and NHL. 

For the first time in Rivals Podcast history, we talk about sports that have been played. Of course also some sports that haven't been played yet also.

Mark and Seth shoot the breeze over some good bourbon. They might talk sports, they might not. Today is about being rivals and friends over whiskey. Nothing better than that. 

Baseball is two days away, football is a month away and we are ready! Fully equipped with some 1792 Small Batch Mark and Seth gear up for long awaited sports. 

Mark and Seth host special guest Dayna O'Gorman, writer and part owner of Our Turf Football. She tries to bring Mark back down to earth with a little realistic opinions on the Chiefs and Mahomes. Mark and Seth recorded the best episode yet...and then realized that the settings were wrong and only Seth was recorded. SO they recorded again and still killed it! Pat Mahomes got paid, MLB Power Rankings came out and more. 

It's Bobby Bonilla day! A lot of arguments between Mark and Seth about the Broncos having a chance at beating a single game against the Chiefs. That and some more baseball sprinkled in as we await the upcoming shortened season. 

We have baseball, but it looks different. Mark and Seth dive into that while arguing more about the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. 

Colin Cowherd says don't be surprised if the Denver Broncos win the AFC west this year. Obviously that is fuel for the file for Mark and Seth to debate.
