She doesn't drink, smoke, or swear yet she fit right into the boys club. Sgt. Brady joined the Baltimore County Police force in 1977 as one of the first female police officers. In 1995 Sgt. Brady became the first female Sergeant of Homicide for Baltimore County Police Department. One of her first cases is brutal murder leading detectives to a young man on the path to be a serial killer.
