The only conviction in the Nancy Guthrie case is for fake ransom texts — and the sheriff running the investigation publicly stated the wrong sentence. Retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer examines the gap between what Sheriff Nanos told the public about Derrick Callella's disposition and what the plea agreement actually reads. From there, the conversation moves to the complete communication failure between the FBI and Pima County, Savannah Guthrie's new video plea and the pointed language that suggests she knows something the rest of us don't, and an assault near Nancy's neighborhood with a suspect matching the porch figure's description. Coffindaffer brings twenty-eight years of FBI experience to a case that, six months in, has produced no named suspect and no arrest.LinksJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/ Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary
Nancy Guthrie has been missing from her Tucson home for six months. In that time, exactly one person has been convicted of anything — Derrick Callella, who pled guilty to sending fake ransom texts to her family. When Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos described that conviction publicly, he stated a sentence that doesn't match the plea agreement. Retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer breaks down what that tells us about the investigation's trajectory, the total communication failure between the FBI and the sheriff's office, and what Savannah Guthrie's latest video plea — the most pointed language she has ever used publicly — might signal about where this case is heading. This conversation covers the institutional cracks, the similar home invasion thirty miles away, and whether law enforcement dysfunction in Pima County is making the community less safe.LinksJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/ Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? 8.3.26, Kevin Sheehan discusses the Tony Romo DWI arrest and ponders if CBS could part ways with him to save money from his big contract with the network.
Test steps out with Trish and asks Mick Foley to wait. November 28, 1999, the night Triple H took the money, the power, and Stephanie, Test sat back. The smile on his face when those cops came. He made the call. Tommy Blacha and Rob Pasbani recap the September 4, 2000 Labor Day edition of WWF Monday Night Raw, live from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, airing at 11pm due to the US Open on USA Network.Foley opens the show with a full investigation, narrowing the spousal abuse complaint down to 373 suspects, then bringing out Stephanie, Angle, Chyna, and Eddie one by one. The Test reveal lands as clever soap opera with real nostalgic stakes. Triple H then immediately Pedigrees both Test and Albert in the same night and leaves them on the mat.In the IC title triple threat, Angle knocks Chyna out cold with the belt. Eddie dropkicks Angle out, turns around, and finds Mamacita laid out. He chooses her over Angle. They fall together in a heap, the referee counts three, and Eddie Guerrero is the new Intercontinental Champion. The camera pans to catch a devious grin on his face while Chyna cannot see it, a reveal Tommy and Rob say undercuts everything the pairing has built.Other major discussion points include:Christian pins The Rock with a Conchairto to close the show while Kane joins JR on commentary and delivers emo monologues about being dragged from the gutter and pain becoming your friendThe Dudleys beat the APA and Kaientai in a tables match, prompting Tommy to push for consistent rules: one member through the table ends the match, and anything requiring both should have its own nameRight to Censor kidnaps Val Venus after his promo defending personal freedom, and Lawler's RC Cola live read accidentally plays over Road Dogg's entrance promoTommy opens the episode comparing WWF's late-2000 slide to the current moment in WWE, using a JP Morgan stock analysis and a Fightful report about Netflix executive pressure on the 2025 creative teamPlease support the show, and join our brand new Patreon, featuring watch-alongs for classic matches. At risk of being called an Islamophobe, I say, "Mamdani is a Terrorist!" You know what's worse than being called an Islamophobe? Allowing Zohran Mamdani to spearhead jihad across America. As The Terrorist Therapist®, I, Carole Lieberman, M.D., need to say the quiet part out loud and today's show will explain why none of us can wait another day to do so-especially with the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 looming and Mamdani threatening to be at Ground Zero, despite families of the victims drawing up a petition to ban him! This episode begins with the definition of a terrorist and, notably, a Radical Islamist Terrorist, to prove Mamdani meets the criteria. Next, you will hear some biographical highlights of Mamdani and his wife, Rama Duwaji. (Fun fact: they met on Hinge!?) We look back at the ISIS-inspired terror attack outside Gracie Mansion aimed at demonstrators with placards saying “Stop the Islamic Takeover of New York City."We explore one of Mamdani's latest gambits, reminding us of his campaign threat to arrest Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Two days later, a man yelling, “Allahu Akbar,” stabbed a Jew exiting a synagogue in Manhattan. You will hear about Mamdani's continuing destruction of NYC, including his doxxing property owners, opening municipal discount supermarkets that will put other stores out of business, and the jihad goes on….

There are some significant developments in the search for answers in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells. First, the medical examiner has completed Wells’ autopsy, but the results will not be released until a grand jury reviews the findings along with the rest of the evidence in the case. Second, an arrest has been made following death threats against a local judge whose son was on the boat with Nolan. Meantime, Wells’ family has secured an audio expert to listen to a distress call made by Nolan’s friends about their sinking boat after wild conspiracy theories continue to grow online about what passengers may be saying in the background of the call. Hour 2 of Scotty G. & The Coach with Scott Garrard and Tim LaComb. Mitch Harper, BYU Cougars insider for KSL Sports G, B, & U: Tony Romo placed on leave by CBS Sports following arrest + MORE
On this episode of Conduct Detrimental: THE Sports Law Podcast, Dan Lust (@SportsLawLust) and Mike Kravchenko (Watch on YouTube) open with a victory lap: last episode's prediction that LeBron would announce his free-agency decision before the Miami Heat's July 27th presser hit... just not with the team either of them expected. From there, they dig into the legal underneath the LeBron news — a live betting line on his destination that barely moved despite what was a decision only one person could control. ESPN's Pat McAfee admitting on-air that a heads-up from NBA insider Shams Charania led him to bet on the Sixers at +700 before James's decision went public. Mike and Dan break down why this is different than any betting scandal they've covered before and why the legal and ethical framework for that gray area barely exists yet.The gambling theme continues into the WNBA, where the league's own social account posted (then deleted) a video of Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese flashing $400 cash from a wager on their own game. No discipline. Next: the Seattle Storm co-owner Celeste Keaton was suspended five home games after allegedly berating two teenage Sophie Cunningham supporters courtside. Then, a trilogy of NFL off-field stories: Tony Romo's arrest, and why Romo's booth seat isn't going anywhere; Kyle Shanahan's car accident and the "clerical error" that delayed his own police report by eleven days, with Dan drawing a tort-law comparison to the Myles Garrett–Mason Rudolph incident on where "part of the game" ends and criminal liability begins; and the ongoing, still-developing situation involving Eric Bieniemy's wife and son. The back half covers Stanford football's brand-new labor fraternity chapter of the College Football Players Association and the blockbuster overnight merger between Jake Paul's MVP and the PFL, which Dan shares could reshape the antitrust exposure the UFC is currently facing in its ongoing monopoly litigation.Let us know your thoughts!***Have a topic you want to write about? This week, I talk with Kate Johnson about her deconstruction journey and healing from religious trauma. Listen to hear all about: How growing up in evangelical culture created an information bubble. We reflect on how strict media restrictions, homeschooling, and Christian-only entertainment reinforced the belief that avoiding certain books, movies, and ideas would keep families spiritually and physically safe. How trauma exposed the cracks in that worldview. Kate Johnson shares how her father's arrest for child sexual abuse material shattered the promise that following every rule would guarantee safety, leading to a painful reevaluation of the community and beliefs she trusted. Why forgiveness without accountability can deepen harm. We discuss how teachings about immediate forgiveness sometimes minimize abuse, shift responsibility onto victims, and allow perpetrators to avoid meaningful accountability. When books became a path toward healing and perspective. Kate Johnson shares how fantasy novels initially provided escape during childhood, while later works by authors like Kristin Kobes Du Mez, Rachel Held Evans, and Tia Levings helped her understand her experiences within the larger context of evangelical culture rather than seeing them as isolated events. How deconstruction ultimately led to connection instead of fear. Rather than abandoning spirituality altogether, we discuss moving toward a spirituality rooted in curiosity, community, nature, joy, and authentic human connection instead of shame, perfectionism, and control. Tony Romo's arrest on suspicion of operating while intoxicated has generated headlines, bodycam clips, and plenty of opinions before his case has reached court. In this episode, we examine what the bodycam footage appears to show, Romo's field sobriety test, the reported open-container allegation, his refusal to take a chemical test, and the larger debate surrounding police transparency and personal privacy.Should bodycam footage from an unresolved case be released immediately? Does being a celebrity make someone's private mistakes public property? Should the same transparency rules apply equally to celebrities, police encounters, and ordinary citizens?Tell us where you draw the line in the comments. We want to hear whether you believe releasing the footage served the public interest or simply turned an unresolved case into public entertainment.MX3 Podcast discusses money, motivation, and relevant events from perspectives you may not hear elsewhere.Visit www.mx3.vip for more content.

For the first time in the history of this podcast, we've got a lead story that I don't know if it's a Republican or Democrat cause. But I"m going to find out. I'm leaning toward these folks holding signs about circumcision at 135th and Metcalf are on the right and don't want to see little boys cut on right after birth. You have to hear what this outfit did on Tuesday. Dr. Fauci's diary is over 1000 pages of self adoration and contradictions to everything he was saying publicly about Covid. It's disgusting. He testifies before the Senate today... this could get wild. Iran is now targeting Melania and other members of the Trump family. Access Journalism is bad for America and it's growing at a rapid rate. In sports, we have new details about what happened at the Bienemy house in Virginia. Video of Tony Romo's arrest has been released and the referees that gave Argentina a red card has decided to retire. This smells fishy. And our Final Final is a singer that we may want to put in charge of hiring at firing at Arrowhead Stadium.

After her arrest at a secluded estate in Bradford, New Hampshire, on July 2, 2020, Ghislaine Maxwell was initially held in federal custody while authorities prepared to bring her to the jurisdiction where she had been charged. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan accused Maxwell of helping Jeffrey Epstein recruit, groom and sexually abuse underage girls, including one victim who was only 14 years old. Within days of her arrest, she was transferred from New Hampshire to New York so she could appear before the federal court handling the case. The move placed Maxwell under the authority of the Southern District of New York, the same federal office that had prosecuted Epstein before his death in 2019.Once in New York, Maxwell was detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting arraignment and a decision on bail. Prosecutors argued that her international citizenship, substantial financial resources, hidden finances and ability to remain out of public view made her an extreme flight risk. Maxwell pleaded not guilty and sought release under a multimillion-dollar bail package, but the court ordered her to remain in custody. Her transfer from the relative isolation of New Hampshire to a heavily secured federal detention facility in New York marked the beginning of the prolonged pretrial proceedings that eventually led to her conviction on sex-trafficking-related charges.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com
Andrew Tate just got arrested, and in this episode of The Unapologetic Man Podcast, host Mark Sing uses it to dig into something much bigger: what's really broken in the manosphere, where feminism went too far, and why the loudest voices on both sides are the ones worth trusting the least. Mark breaks down why guys like Tate end up as the face of the "red pill," shares why he walked away from being featured in Louis Theroux's documentary Inside the Manosphere, and tells a personal story about being judged and hated on in his own neighborhood, and what choosing love over ego actually looks like. Whether you're deep in the red pill world, skeptical of it, or just tired of watching men and women get pitted against each other online, this episode will give you a lot to think about. Key Takeaways: - Why Andrew Tate's arrest is bigger than Andrew Tate - The difference between real masculinity and the toxic side of the manosphere - Behind the scenes of Louis Theroux's "Inside the Manosphere" documentary - Why extremism on both the feminist and red pill sides holds zero water - A personal story on choosing love over ego when someone judges you unfairly Key Timestamps: [00:00:00] – Episode Intro [00:00:39] – Andrew Tate's arrest and why it's bigger than him [00:02:20] – The Manosphere, the Red Pill, and being a counterbalance to the extremes [00:04:52] – Inside Louis Theroux's documentary: why Mark walked away, and the Myron Gaines example [00:08:56] – "Toxic masculinity," the feminism movement, and extremism on both sides [00:11:20] – Why everyone has value: Epstein, Diddy, Tate, and the evolution of consciousness [00:13:56] – What the Red Pill actually means (and doesn't) [00:15:02] – A personal story: the neighbor who wouldn't give Mark a chance [00:21:05] – Choosing love over ego [00:23:33] – Episode Outro Connect With Mark: Apply for Mark's 3-Month Coaching Program: https://coachmarksing.com/coaching/ Check Out The Perks Program: https://coachmarksing.com/perks/ Email: CoachMarkSing@Gmail.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachmarksing/ Grab Mark's Free Program: The Approach Formula - https://www.CoachMarkSing.com/The-Approach-Formula About The Unapologetic Man Podcast The Unapologetic Man Podcast is your resource for mastering dating, attraction, and relationships from a confident, masculine perspective.
