In this episode I share my experiences developing my Entrepreneur Spark Studio at YULA Boys High School where I serve as the Director of Innovation. I share stories of students stunting to develop creative confidence and how WE as educators and school leaders can give students the time AND the space to support students in creative processes and pursuits.
Perfection prevents us from actualizing incredible ideas. There's so many influences on me right now, too many to name that made me realize I need to just put out this content. I need to document the journey. Somehow my experiences will help others and hopefully together we can do great things.
