Force =Energy. Energy is produced by our innate intelligence to be expressed through our matter. This matter is what our ultimate goal is. We want it to be expressed in the best way at all times. That is what we discuss today in this principle.
Today we discuss how nature needs no help, just no interference. This is the beginning of this conversation that we will explore throughout the chiropractic principles.
Innate intelligence key role is to create functions within the human body. Understanding this allows us to grow in our understanding of our true nature. Health and healing are no different than growing a plant, we just have to pay attention.
Innate intelligence within our body can be broken down into all aspects of our body. Our innate is present in all aspects of the human body at 100 percent, but do you want it running at 100% all the time?
Principle 6 The Time principle is key to understanding that all healing takes time. More importantly, however, improvement of who we are takes time. When we see obstacles on our path to health, we need to understand that these are not obstacles, they are the path.

Chiropractic Principle number four begins to tie the key concepts of life together. Intelligence force and matter. These elements, when balanced perfectly, leads to God's creation being perfect. This new understanding of beginning to unpack the intelligence. We have conscious thought and subconscious thought, these are natural laws that allow us to understand our ultimate role in being a creator of our life experience. The new science of epigenetics has a specific eye opening discovery that we can change the subconscious and thereby effect our journey of health and healing.
As we break down the 33 chiropractic principles, we begin to see a very familiar theme. The role of intelligence within us and around us. Principle number three is short but powerful. the intelligence that is within all of us and that surrounds all of us, is more understood today than ever before. Come join us.
In this podcast we begin to discuss epigenetics. New discoveries have lead to a new understanding in our role in our own health and vitality. We have long been taught that we are a victim of our genes. we have learned however that this is not the case.
This short but powerful principle is a key to understanding the holistic mindset. Once we begin to learn this principle it helps become deductive thinkers as we move forward in our journey to greater health.
The new and old thought on health and healing have converged. As I moved in my understanding of health and healing I have discovered, that the past can prove the future. We have known this concept for many years in our chiropractic philosophy, however, we did not dream of what this philosophy would actually entail. This short podcast is the beginning of our understanding of now has been proven over and over that this abbreviation above has much more power than we originally thought. Enjoy:)
In this podcast we begin our journey of understanding chiropractic and holistic living through the 33 principles of chiropractic. Even though they were written long ago, they are very relevant to today's world even more.
I first discovered Allison's work in a viral video song. Her singing of this song sent good vibes through me. The video has gotten more than 12 million views and counting. Our energy and our frequency will be the new paradigm shift in health and healing. Once we understand that the perceptions of our environment create our own health and healing, we will be on a journey toward a better world for all. Listen to our first interview with Aaron's incredible journey. I first met Aaron a few years ago and could tell right away that he was a very well respected, tough, loving, man that was passionate about the work. But I didn't know until this interview about the struggles he went through in his career. What Happened? How did he get back in the life/work he walked away from for a year? What is he doing now for others after what he has learned from his struggle? This podcast is the beginning of that story. This podcast is a great one for today's world, the scope of PTSD is so much larger and so much more impactful than most could ever imagine. Our lives depend on stories like Aaron's. All of us can hear the call of someone we love in his words. We need to be brave enough to look in that direction. Enjoy!
Is internet gaming an addiction? I mean, the games themselves are addicting, but is it truly a condition? I would have to argue and say yes, because of the basic holisitic principle of: If you are not able to fully express true health in a given day, you can consider it a problem. If you or a loved one has some issues in the part of the world, I give you some tips and tricks to help get you back on the right track.
In the podcast we discuss a concept that is widely understood, but from a perspective that allows for thinking differently. How do you interfere with essentially forces of nature? What cost is there when we do interfere? In our holistic world, what makes this concept relative to our health and vitality. Enjoy!
Jim is a decorated Vietnam Vet that has had his own unique health struggles, and for good reason. He has been awarded 3 bronze medals for bravery in battle situations that would be traumatic for all of us. And he has had to make decisions in a field where survival was the game. In this podcast we interview him, and though the sound quality isn't the greatest it was an eye opening one for me. When we talk of health and vitality, as an holistic practitioner, you want to rid a person of the toxins, trauma and stressful thoughts that they struggle with to make them overall healthier. What if those thoughts are incredibly difficult? What if our physical selves have to adapt to these higher levels of stress for pure survival? This one is short but extremely powerful, enjoy!
Chiropractic Principles are near and dear to my heart. They were created 100 plus years ago and because of their accuracy they have withstood the test of time. The Universal force concept of Principle 11 is no different. When we learn about nature's laws, we must begin to ask ourselves. Is it wise to go against those forces? And if we do, should we be a bit more cautious than if we are going with these forces? An example I always think of is learning to fly. When we as a society learned to fly, we were going against the universal force of gravity. That led to major consequences for some while learning how we can work with gravity to achieve our goals. But once we learned gravity so well that we had strict guidelines to be able to challenge the law in a very effective safe way. In fact it is safer in the air now than it is driving. There are many universal forces that act upon the human body, we do not have as great an understanding. When we begin to try and manipulate these forces and when you do that, consequences can ensue. I challenge you today to look at your overall health and really dive into the why the body does what it does. The more of a true understanding we have the better we will be able to get our desired result of health and vitality. It is worth exploring...
I do not to take anything away from Star Wars, so for my super fans, I apologize:) This Principal was created way before the movie ever came out. But what we are talking about is the energy that connects the intelligence within to the physical us. We explore this principal and the importance of keeping the force working perfectly in your body. That is what health is truly about. Enjoy!
Why do we say we have an intelligent body? When our body works, how does it know how to regulate the thousands of different functions we need to live? Like a symphony orchestra that body has many moving parts and we need an intelligence within that will allow us to use all of these parts. In Chiropractic Principle 8 and 9 they are small and powerful principles but they tell us a great deal about how this body does such amazing things. Come take a listen:)
Principle 7 of chiropractic states The amount of intelligence for any given amount of matter is 100% and is always proportional to its requirements. For some this principle will make sense right away, however it is one of the more confusing ones at first glance. If you think of an engine that has the capability of going 130 MPH but most of the time runs at 45 then you get the idea of how our body can do some of the most extraordinary things. Enjoy Principle 7!
So let's get something straight, the Prize Inside Podcast was created for Kathy Roche-Wallace. The first time I met her and her husband Eric I had no idea that people around me did things as amazing as this. My jaw dropped in the pure accomplishments that she has achieved. Would you ever think after having 5 kids you could still set records in a ultra distance world? How do you train, work, be a mother and an inspiration all in the same day? You are about to listen to an extraordinary lady that has done so many things and is not done yet. Please enjoy this!
In this Podcast we explore chiropractic principle number 6: The principle of time. One of the shortest principle, but one that has a major impact in our understanding of health and vitality. Like gravity is important to understand, the principle of time has a huge impact and that impact on our health and living with nature versus going againgst it. Enjoy!
In This Podcast we explore the world of what is the definition of perfect health. How do we know what that is and what is our current definition. It is interesting that so little is done on the average human and their potential. Studies of all kinds are done on the best of the best in athletic achievement, but how many studies are done on true happy and healthy people just living among us. Chiropractic Principle number 5 does a exceptional job in exploring what true health for all individuals should be, by the measure of perfect function. I hope you enjoy my rambling on this subject, because I believe, if we could truly look at our health from a different perspective, we can live life a little better.
Have you ever had one of those people in your life that you truly admire the strength they show throughout a difficult situation? Glen and Shirley Brail for me, we those people. Glen and Shirley lost their son to esophageal cancer only to have Glen diagnosed with the same condition after their son passed away. This is the story of the journey that they took together and that Shirley now continues.
There is not much I have to say about Tobi. As a long time friend of mine since we were kids, she took the road less traveled when tragedy happened in her life. How many people can say "I had a gun shot wound to the head and I was back to work and normal life several weeks later." Here is Tobi's story.
Chuck Brenner- Has been a friend from the first time I met him. His passion for adventuring seeps out of him. Chuck is the reson Rachelle and I got into adventure racing. Adventure racing in my mind is a classic form of racing, with elements that are old school, similar to the people who like to use a mussel loader for deer hunting, there is a element of continual performance improvement built in the sport. He and his girlfriend Sarah (who he says got him into all this) have been adventuring in life for many years and our interview goes into some but no all of the different races and hikes that these two have done. From racing in the Grand Canyon to a 9 day Primal Quest adventure just to name a few. What is extraordinary about Chuck has nothing to do with his accomplishments, but his ability as a pure teacher. His patience Especially with a person who never stops talking:), sets him apart from so many and asking for nothing except for an appreciation of the journey is remarkable. This Podcast with Chuck I had to have a notebook and listen a second time, because of all the great information he has for all of us when we begin the journey of life's adventures. Enjoy!
This Microcast is about the connection between the intelligence that our body has and our physical cells of the body. This principle of chiropractic sets up what we truly look at to be our true selves. As you listen, think about where there could be a disconnect in our lives?
Shayne Elwell is an elementary teacher at Haper Creek school and coach for an amazing organization called "Girls On the Run". Her incredible story actually begins with what an extraordinary teacher, mother, wife, coach and mentor she is. When she was diagnosed with a mjor cancer situation at a young age she decided to embark on a journey that would change her life. This is an interview about that. Listen close to the advice she has for all of us.
This micro-cast discusses the second principle of chiropractic, that we call the chiropractic meaning of life. "The Expression of this intelligence through matter is the chiropractic meaning of life". So if the expression of this intelligence is inhibited from expressing itself through matter what does that mean for the life of the person? We dive into this and discuss what this can mean for all of us.
These Micro-cast are designed to explore principles in holistic health and vitality. Dr. Jeromy Myers explores the 33 chiropractic principles that the health field is based on. The first Principle is called the Major premise. "A universal intelligence is in all matter and continually gives to it all its properties and actions, thus maintaining it in existence." This thought provoking premise gives us one question to ask ourselves - How should we approach our health? From a purely mechanistic perspective? Or should we approach health from a vitalistic perspective? This micro-cast begins the exploration.
This Podcast is an introduction to The Prize Inside. Dr.s Jeromy and Rachelle Myers and Massage therapist Bunny will explore ordinary people doing extraordinary things in health and vitality.
